They're usually pretty quick in attending everyone, and have plenty of seating (indoor and outdoor). My only con would be that the manager and staff on Sundays are super slow. You can wait in line for 10 mins and up to 15 mins if you're using the drive thru. read more

For whatever reason my experience here has been very hit or miss, in essence average. This location is convenient because it is right by my house and has a drive through that is typically super fast for service. However on several occasions when I have physically gone inside location to order coffee and food I have been given sub par customer service. Today was the third time I have been left standing with only half of my order because the other half hadn't been made. After standing patiently for about 7 minutes I asked if my order was ready. I was told yes it's being made. 3 minutes later I asked is it done? And I was told they had forgotten. I understand mistakes but this is not the first time this has happened and furthermore there was no apology which is what bothered me the most. read more

This Starbucks is conveniently located right off busy US-1. Staff is always friendly location is clean with plenty of seating both inside and out. They also are one of the few with a drive thru window which just adds one more star for me. The hours are also convenient open from very early morning to late in the night. Terrible service. They're printer is down so they decide hand write post it notes. The preparer lost the post it and when I complained they then proceeded to take another 20 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese. It took 30 minutes to give me a toasted bagel. Next time go to publix buy a bagel, go home, toast it and it will take less time. read more

Yes the drive-thru line is ridiculous most mornings especially during rush hour but I have to admit this is one of the better starbucks. Staff is usually super friendly and they remember my drink. I really do not have many negative things to say except maybe for their lines which I blame on location. read more

I am a Starbucks addict, but also a Starbucks snob. There are at least 2 locations that I refuse to go back to because of the service. I go through the drive through at this Starbucks once a week at 5 a.m. (they're open 24 hours), and the service is always amazing. The same guy is always there, but I don't know his name. He is always friendly and cheerful. I mean, it's 5 a.m.! I'm surprised at good service at any time of the day, but that early in the morning is impressive. I always come to Starbucks for a skinny vanilla latte with an additional shot of espresso. The staff is polite, the service is quick, and the location is clean with a busy drive through. What I like most about this Starbucks is the additional seating outside. It's pretty busy at times but the quality of the coffee doesn't not diminish. read more

Stopped in while attending a geocaching event right outside. I had never been inside this location. Inside was clean and the food case was organized and well stocked with many new items. My fave coffee order is a white chocolate mocha with an extra shot, however I saw something new, a Chile Mocha. I wish I had stayed true to my favorite drink. This Starbucks is like my second home. I come here often to study and the atmosphere is so welcoming and other people respect you and your space. The staff is amazing in customer service, they remember my name and my drink That I always get which is a green tea latte iced and they are also super nice and funny and they always get my order right! This is the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. I waited almost 20 minutes in the drive through with only 2 cars in front of me. I thought for sure the woman in front of me was ordering for the whole office because she was at the window for 10 minutes only to find out she only ordered 2 drinks and they weren't even coffee drinks so they didn't need to be brewed. I usually come to this Starbucks on my way to work and usually there are amazing Baristas working the Drive-Thru but after today's experience, I will no longer come to this Starbucks location ever again! They lost me as a patron of this location. After making my order on the Drive-Thru speaker, the Barista tells me the cost of my order and I didn't understand how many cents I had to give so I asked the Barista again the cost of the order and she says in a smart ass tone: "It's $13.54, what? Does it sound wrong to you?" and I said "No." and she said: "Okay, then." Talk about a rude experience. I don't care how bad your day is, don't make mine a bad one too. I worked in customer service before and I have been called every name in the book, but not once did I ever give attitude to customers. This gal needs to learn a lesson. I wish I had gotten her name to report her to a manager. She got away with an attitude with me, but if I were her, I would be very careful with the next customer that she attends because she might not be so lucky. read more
