Stopped by the Nespresso Bar at Dadeland today and, as always, the team there knows what they're doing. They're true barista pros -- always ready to serve you a sample and help you figure out which coffee you'll actually love before buying the full sleeve. This time we tried the Vanilla Sweet Decaf, and it was spot on -- smooth, not too sweet, and definitely one we'll be getting next time. Isa handled the check-in perfectly msuper nice and quick. Her colleague (pretty sure his name was Legio) made the drink just right, with the perfect amount of 2% milk. Only thing to note: it can get a little busy, so you might have to wait a few minutes if you're picking up capsules. But honestly, it's always worth the stop. read more

Even though I've moved out of Miami, I make it a point to stop by this Nespresso boutique whenever I'm in town. It's the perfect place to restock on pods, and I love that you can sample a few coffees while you decide what to buy. The staff is always wonderful--friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help. They offer the same promotions as online, but with the added bonus of getting your coffee right away--no waiting for shipping! I've always had a great experience here, and even though I'm well stocked for now, I'll definitely be back on my next visit. This boutique location is great. Isa helped us at the counter with our purchase. She introduced us to the Nespresso Family, since we are new to our nespresso machine. She was so sweet and answered all our questions. Taty, the manager, was also amazing! She made sure we were taken care of and helped us buy a nespresso gift card, as well as Fernando. I didn't get the name of the older gentlemen that made our coffee, but he was such a sweet guy. He asked which coffee I wanted, I said the Nola one, and he delivered. It was delicious btw. This location is awesome. I go to the mall almost every weekend, and I will be stopping by here often. The ambiance was clean. I'll be back very soon. I never thought I'd be a coffee pod loving girlie but here I am, utterly obsessed with this machine and the quality of their coffee. I have the Vertuo machine and it is wonderful. What I love about going to the store in person, is you can try different coffees. They typically sample their seasonal offerings. This is how I discovered my beloved coconut cold brew for summer. I generally order on line; however, this time I ran out of pods and went to the Dadeland Boutique in person. I was greeted by the manager who was making tasters for visitors and she made me a great decaf expresso with milk. Then at the counter Johann helped me. Johann was friendly, personable and helpful. Nicely organized boutique, but what I loved the most was the customer service I received by Mr. Jorge Pita. Very polite and professional. He took his time to answer all my questions on specific products and suggested a very nice machine that we are all happy with at home. Super helpful staff. I bought my first machine and had no idea how to pick the coffee. One of the associates helped me register my machine and get started with the right coffee selection for me. They know their product which is good because I'm a Nespresso newbie. I love that you can sample new flavors and I LOVE that Nespresso recycles your used coffee pods. 1/13/2020 quick addition: Dadeland needs to do better with the parking in this area. I know they are doing construction but maybe the valet can use another lot and free up all the parking on that side. I wasn't able to get my coffee this weekend. I know that there is mail service but.... how about another Boutique not in a crowded mall? read more

Wonderful Five Solid Stars!!! This Nespresso boutique located inside of the Macy's at the Dadeland Mall is one of my favorite spots to get my refills. I always go there and I know I will be treated like a queen, amazing service, impecable place, unbeatable prices and after I buy what I want and need one of their staff so well prepared go and make me the coffee of my preference. Wish I remembered the names of the girls that attend me whenever I go to the boutique, but they are absolutely marvelous! I love coming here and getting recommendations of new flavors or how I can switch up my usual purchase. Yes I can definitely buy online and receive my shipment next day at no additional cost, but nothing beats the customer service! I live about 25 minutes away but I don't mind the drive. We always have great customer service experience that's why we go to the store instead of ordering online. Unfortunately this time we had a horrible representative assist us by the name of Jose, he was extremely rude. I asked him about one the coffees and he didn't even acknowledge us because he was making jokes with the customer next to us. He continued to get into everyone's conversation that was around us but did not help us at all. We wanted to buy more sleeves of pods but we ended up leaving because we couldn't continue to tolerate the horrible service. At the end I asked if the receipt was in the bag and since it wasn't I asked for it and he asked "why do you need it?" Terrible experince. This store has gotten worse in the last few years. Understaffed and the few that work could care less if you are waiting in the small line. Is almost as if they like it that you wait o on line. I was on line 25 min and the line had not moved. Told the clerk to asst with the line and she ignored me completely. I have three machine and will get rid of them. Having a nespresso machine now I realize your hooked on buying only these pods to have coffee. Por choice I made. My wife and I love shopping and choosing items together. We were surprised when we were told by the lady there that only one person per party can be in line and shop while the other has to stay away. My wife was very unhappy that I could not shop with here. We drove far to get here. It was only 1:30 and only 3 people in-line and no one else was shopping. Honestly, so far the best staff I've found. It's like ok, you can go online and purchase the sleeves, take out your lawn chair and sit next to the mailbox for the awesomeness to arrive. Cool right? No gas, no driving. In my point of view, the stupidest choice ever. Nothing beats going in the boutique and bumping in to Abagail, Silvia and Hailey. Always there with a smile, helpful and willing to have to taste whatever new capsule is out. That's something that you'll never get from buying online. Unless you order on line this is really the only place to get your Nespresso coffee pods. Unfortunately you no longer get a cup of your choice when you buy a few sleeves. The information about the types of coffee and its pricing is limited. I was incorrectly told a price on one type of coffee. Why this information about the different types of available coffee and pricing is not available long before you hit the front of the line is a mystery. The suggestion that you know what you want before you get there is a good one. Don't daly with information gathering as there is a definite feeling that you need to keep things moving along. This even though two of the four staff were doing things other than assisting customers. I may well go to ordering on line on if I can avoid shipping charges since there is really nothing to be gained by going to this location. read more

This Nespresso Boutique is small but it gets the job done. It is located inside the Woman, Children, & Home Macy's (not the one that sells colognes and Cosmetics). The staff is ALWAYS friendly, helpful, and with a huge smile across their face and best of all are very knowledgeable about all their products. NOTE: Since this is a small Nespresso boutique (with only two registers) it CAN get pretty packed. I have had to wait a good 15 to 20 mins to be able to purchase my coffee pods. Always remember to ask for the recycling bag so that all of your used pods can be disposed safely without harming the environment. You can mail your used coffee pods or simply drop them off at this location (I am assuming all Nespresso Boutiques have this option available). read more

So I usually don't write reviews on retail establishments however seeing that they serve coffee I believe I can make an exception. Yesterday, I went to get my supply of coffee pods. While waiting I was approached by a young man who went on to describe the two new flavors: Venezia and Istanbul. He then went on to describe the ingredients contained therein in the fashion of a bazar merchant describing his wares. You could almost hear the góndolas paddling by the grand canal or the smells of the bazaar. He had my complete attention and when he got to the Yemeni coffee content I was hooked. I quizzed him about how Nespresso was able to get coffee from Yemeni--a failed state-- and he walked me through it. Unbeknownst to him I had written a scholarly article on Yemen and am intrigued by the country. He then went on to discuss the Venezia blend and how it was inspired. Having read the Nespresso press release I knew that Venezia was inspired by Cafe Florián (see my review of said cafe) located on Plaza San Marcos in Venice, Italy. I showed him and by now the cashier my pictures. Both were enthralled about the cafe that inspired this coffee pod. And herein is the crux of this review: everyone here is exceptionally knowledgeable about their product. However these two gentlemen were more so and went above and beyond their duties in service and knowledge. For them it was a passion in doing their jobs that is absent from younger generations. Therefore, kudos to them and their manager for hiring them. This is the difference when retail is done right. It's not a click it's an experience. read more

We love nespresso and considering this is the only spot in our area, we feel lucky it's so close! We loved Amanada and a few others there! Some changes may have happened our last 3 visits have not been the luxury upscale hospitality service we are used to. And our poor grandmother tried to buy coffee and the young girl was not very nice or patient. Having sampled a cup of Nespresso espresso about a year ago at the Miami Beach store I knew I would some day move ahead and purchase a unit for my home. While holiday shopping with my wife in Dadeland today, the brilliant marketing minds of Macys had a pop up store at the entrance/exit into the mall. Impulse took over my body and I stopped to see the holiday deals and sample another taste. The taste, the texture, the deals, the entire premium coffee experience offered by Nespresso convinced me now's the time to pull the trigger. Enjoyed the experience here. The gentleman who assisted me was professional, polite and knowledgeable of the products in the store. As you make your purchase they give you a complementary espresso. The Nepresso brand itself is worth trying- very good espresso. I bought the vanilla & caramel sleeves. One sleeve brings 10 espresso coladas and costs $7- so much cheaper than Starbucks. Machines are a bit pricey but look in Macy's- they always have sales. read more
