Of all the places I visited in Little Havana Miami I stopped off at Starbucks. Why? It was the cool looking rooster outside! And I want a souvenir Starbucks cup. I was a little disappointed that the cup was not for MIAMI only but a general Florida cup; but it's better then nothing. The workers in this store is very busy with drive-thru orders! They move very quickly and they try keeping the place clean. There are tables & chairs outside too. This is a good resting point and a meeting spot and restroom! read more

I went back twice this week and ordered different menu items. I tried the pink drink which was delicious. To eat, I tried the grilled cheese sandwich, which was so cheesy and delicious. Another day I tried the cheese trio which was also good. Service here is always great. read more

Located on 8th street smack dab on the main road in Little Havana, this location was buzzing when we stopped in for a couple of cool drinks! The Miami humidity is no joke, friends, and this Starbucks is the perfect location for your non-alcoholic hydration needs. The girls at the counter were friendly and helped out my non-Starbucks-speaking husband with his order. We didn't have to wait long for our drinks, and the lobby was decently cleaned for the amount of people. There's lots of seating and of course, the wall of cups! They didn't have the location mug, which was a bummer, but aside from that we were ok. Cool AC, cool drinks, decent people. read more

In an area where Cuban coffee is King and many ventanita's exist, old traditions need to make room for the powerful Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino. What formerly was the local Burger King, Starbucks has carved their way closer into the historical Calle Ocho area. Although I'm sure it gets more traffic than when BK was around, parking and the horrible drive thru is still the same if not worse as now during peak hours cars are now backing up into calle ocho causing more traffic jams. Coffee and service are what you would expect from Starbucks friendly and fast. My only knock is the poor planning of the parking layout and drive thru lanes. read more

This corner needed a little revamp and even though I would have liked a small business coffee shop, this Starbucks location is unique and beautiful. They are open till pretty late for a Starbucks. I walked in at around 9:25 PM. There was ample seating indoors. What blew me away are the things that were added to this Starbucks to add that Miami flair. First of all they have a Ventanita now. If you are a Miami local you know how important and part of culture a coffee window is. Then they have the inside beautiful decorated with the most beautiful tropical tile and this beautiful mural. Last not least they gave their own Callo Ocho Gallo outside. Very nice location! I did see some homeless people coming in and out. read more

Let me just say... I've been to Starbucks hundreds of times. But nothing, and I mean nothing, prepared me for the spiritual journey I went on this morning -- accompanied by my lady queen Teddy (a sophisticated Shih Tzu who only drinks from glass bowls) and my gentleman disaster Charlie (a high-energy French Bulldog with a bark that could crack a windshield). We rolled up to the drive-thru at 8:12 AM. I was running on zero hours of sleep, held together by a single bobby pin and pure willpower. Teddy was seated like royalty in her doggy car seat. Charlie was already trying to climb out the window. The barista? Her name was Lily. Her voice? Soft. Soothing. Sounded like a Disney princess who just graduated with a degree in espresso engineering. I ordered my usual: Venti iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso (aka liquid life) Chocolate croissant (warmed, duh) And then I said, timidly: "Also, could I get two pup cups? For... Teddy and Charlie." Lily paused. Then said: "Of course. What are their personalities like?" Excuse me??? WHAT STARBUCKS MULTIVERSE DID I ENTER? I explained: Teddy is elegant. She enjoys light foam and silence. Charlie is chaotic. He would fight a goose for a crumb. Lily nodded solemnly and said: "We'll prepare them accordingly." Two minutes later, I'm handed my drink (perfect), my croissant (flaky perfection), and then... Two customized pup cups: One had a tiny dog treat balanced delicately in the whipped cream for Lady Teddy The other had TWO treats jammed in at wild angles for Sir Chaos Charlie Teddy sipped delicately. Charlie inhaled his. They made eye contact in the back seat like they finally understood peace. I cried. Just a little. Final Thoughts: Drink? Perfectly shaken. Like my nerves before coffee. Service? Therapy. With whipped cream. Dogs? Spiritually fed. Me? Renewed. If Starbucks ever opens a cathedral, I will convert. Teddy and Charlie would like to personally thank Lily for treating them like royalty. We will be returning. Daily. Forever. read more

This Starbucks is the closest one to my house but I now drive 20 minutes away to the north Miami location because it's the only location that seems to get my drink order made how it should be. I get the brown sugar shaken expresó and they make it wrong every single time. Sometimes I'll complain and get it remade and it's still really bad. They shake it two times and just pour it. That drink needs to be shaken 10x ! lol read more

"Whatever Corporate America wants, Corporate America gets." Formerly a decrepit Burger King, this location seemed to go from "Coming Soon" to "Now Open" in record time, and I have to say, it looks good. It's a simple but effective build-out, featuring a nice long counter from which to take and fulfill customer orders, and a rectangular space with plenty of seating and clearly Little Havana-inspired murals. This location also makes use of the ventanita concept - yes, if you want your iced pumpkin spice latte ("PSL"), but still want to feel like you're in old Little Havana, you can walk up to the window and order. Don't deny it, everyone has a little bit of PSL basicness in them, sometimes. There is also a drive-thru which seems relatively popular, though I never warmed to the idea of idling along a drive-thru lane for my coffee. I know a lot of people whined and moaned about having a Starbucks on Calle Ocho, but let's get real, that BK's best days were about 30 years ago. It'll be missed by no one. Also, the entire east-to-west expanse from Brickell to Coral Gables is a coffeeshop dead zone for some reason, outside of the SBUX on Coral Way and 27th, and that location has the worst, most-cramped parking lot ever. Other places like OMG Brigadeiros or La Colada have coffee, but inexplicably open at 11AM or noon, which isn't when I want to go out for my coffee. I won't lie, I would rather have had something like Per'La in the area, and I do think there's still room for a good indie coffee shop in between Brickell and Coral Gables, but this is a start! read more

Three employees working the store, yet 5 minutes waiting around without anyone greeting or even looking at me, I simply left without thinking of going back. Horrible service! No reason to have to wait over 30 minutes for egg white bites and be told 4 different times they were in the oven! Had to leave my money and leave without them - and the sandwich that was ready and getting cold in the bag ended up being the wrong one after leaving and checking bag!!!
