I have been to this place three times now. I was very disappointed in this trip. I ordered online, as usually so that I didn't have to wait. It took several minutes for them to get to me, I understand they are busy but if the company is offering this service then they should take care of their customers. Anyways I got my drink and headed out, because I have been burned by hot beverage I didn't drink it until I was on my way to work. It didn't taste like what I had several days prior. I then opened the cup and noticed that they didn't add some of the toppings I requested but it was on the label that they stick on the cup. I was disappointed in that. The drink tasted watery, like the barista didn't have the mixture correct and added more water than needed. I kept drinking it hoping it would get better but I was wrong. I was contemplating if I should throw the six bucks drink away. I ended up throwing half of it because at that point it was wasted calories because it was tasteless. Definitely disappointed in this place and this was the worst drink in ten years. So I went to this place on the 8th and 9th of December. I was doing one of their star dashes and since stars started to vanish I need to get some back. Anyways the first day I went there I ordered via the app. It started it would be anywhere from 3-7 minutes for my order to be ready. It was great because I was on my way to starbucks when I placed my order. It was really easy and had no problems. When I got to starbucks they were super busy. It took over 5 minutes for one of the barista to acknowledge my presence and she asked me if I was Chris and she gave me my drink. Apparently what they do is put the drinks over to the side once they are ready and will call your name once and then leave it there. Not the best solution because I couldn't even see if my drink was ready. I was pretty upset at how long it took someone to acknowledge I was there. I left and started my trek to work. When I started to drink my Skinny Peppermint Mocha it was slightly cold. I was really disappointed that it was really hot. Also the taste was not as good as other things. I was already on my way to work so I couldn't go back. I figured I would give it a second try today the 9th. The app told me 3-7 minutes so I ordered at 5 minutes so that it would be warm. I got in and they were busy again. It took 3 minutes for someone to acknowledge me, which is better from yesterday. I understand they are busy but if you are going to make a process to help you staff and customers you have to make it efficient. I got my drink and it was warmer then the day before. A little better flavoring. Would I come back here again, maybe. It is the closest to me but paying almost $6 for a drink that isn't that good....umm I will probably just not drink Starbucks and make my own coffee. We will see how I feel down the road. read more

It's no Underground. I do love Starbucks but never seem to be impressed with this particular store. There seems to always be a little mess hanging around and I never get my food on a nice plate with real silverware like I do at other Starbucks. I'm sorry but if I pay that much for coffee I deserve a little pampering. Overall it's okay. The coffee is simply Starbucks. The service is decent. I would agree with the last reviewer who mentioned low standards. It's a Starbucks yes, but the morning I visited this one the staff (teens) were having a little too much fun. The manager did recommend a drink to me, but the whole time I was there an off duty employee bantered with the on duty employees. They laughed it up, threw a couple of cups at each other, and although they all appeared to be teens, I still expect them to behave as professionals. This Starbucks has pretty low standards compared to every other Starbucks I have visited world-wide. The cashier did not smile and was rude. We were not asked if we'd like a receipt. Later, when we asked for the receipt the cashier did not know how to produce one and had to ask several other crew members. My oatmeal did not come with all the toppings I usually get at other Starbucks. I did not even receive a spoon and had to wait several minutes for one. Service was very slow. Just overall, everything about this Starbucks was wrong and put me in a bad mood. They need some better leadership and training here. read more

Every other starbucks i have been to in oklahoma has not been this bad. I got an iced grande caramel mocchiato. Not only was the service slow and unorganized but my drink was barely blended and everytime i took a sip i would get just straight caramel and nothing else. I have ordered this drink millions of times and loved it and this time it was ruined. I would definately not recommend the shop in target or the drink.. read more

Stopped by this Starbucks on my way to work downtown this morning and for the second time in a week I got a lukewarm at best White Chocolate Mocha. If this happened once I may pass it off as a isolated incident but this is the second consecutive visit this has happened. Both times it has been between 0500 and 0530 on a Thursday morning. What can I say this is just another Starbucks. However, this location always seems to be busy and baristas have always been super nice when I have been here. The drive through line is always long and parking is almost nearly impossible to find during the busy parts of the day when you need a coffee of sorts to make you through the rest of the day. read more

Despite the hectic parking from the busy AT&T next door, this Starbucks has to be the best in the area!! I've been a few times on my lunch break and meeting a few friends. The staff is super friendly. My order is always on fulfilled quickly and correctly with a smile and a family like environment. It's amazing to see how many customers roll in and out of this place with the baristas still keeping their cool and being super nice! A very well ran Starbucks and an even happier Yelp reviewer! I don't do a lot of Starbucks but when I do, I come here. Now it isn't the best but the staff is helpful and friendly so that's has staying power for me. Only once have I ordered a breakfast sandwich and it was still ice cold so I was pretty upset knowing I spent 4$ on food I couldn't eat. My coffee is always right, good, and they ask if I want double shot of espresso most of the time which I need usually lol. Overall, pretty darn good! read more

Today I visited the Starbucks in Midwest City. I haven't been here for 7 years due to living in Seattle. We moved back to Oklahoma City and since moving back I was pleased to see that this store has been nicely remodeled. I ordered my usual tall, triple cappuccino (dry) but the gal at the cash register kept asking me what does dry mean? I told her to ask the barista. Turns out that he also had never heard of dry cappuccino. After asking three other people here none of them knew what a dry cappuccino was. I explained to the barista how to make one and he made it just fine. Why does a customer need to teach a barista at Starbucks how to make a fairly common coffee drink? Nice store, friendly people, but severely undertrained. Since moving back here from Seattle, I've attended five different Starbucks stores and at each one of them I've noticed that most all of their workers are not very well trained. Seattle headquarters needs to send some training managers here and do a better job of training their baristas. read more

I just moved here from Colorado and this is the worst experience with Starbucks I have ever had. I have been to this location twice hoping the first time was just a fluke. The baristas are ALWAYS RUDE! Don't say good morning or anything polite they wont respond and will just look at you until you tell them what you want to order. One of the baristas even had the audacity to say something about my children (which were sitting down not bothering anyone). I've worked for Starbucks for 3 years and this store just baffles me. I always go through the drive thru, I know it's busy, but the employees are always rude, short, and non attentive. They slam the window shut so fast every single time after they hand out my drink. I don't know why they don't just leave the window open since they're constantly having to open it. They don't say have a good day, or ask how you are (which was always pushed at my store). One older woman in particular barley reaches out to hand me my items and seems like she doesn't care to be there. I always have to ask her for a sleeve and straw. The wait time is ridiculous and I don't feel welcome. I'll take my business somewhere else. read more
