The morning crew is always great. Friendly, fast, and accurate. Night crew.... There has been multiple times they have gotten my order wrong and for some reason it's always them forgetting my cold foam, which is like $1.50. I would correct them and ask if they could add it, but the line takes at least 15-20 minutes when I go at night. read more

I have gone there several mornings a week with friends for years! We talk and laugh over coffee. our group ranges between 5-8 ladies...until this week. We were reprimanded by a new manager for disturbing the customers(2) who come there to work. She was very rude. We thought it was a coffee shop not an office space. We will not be back! The service is very good! Everyone is friendly and helpful. The store is clean and is easy to work in. They keep the music at an agreeable level so that it's not so loud that you can't hear yourself think like some other stores. This is my favorite store!!! And I love about 20 minutes away! read more

I came here midday on a weekday to pickup an app order. I used the drive thru and the wait was fairly short. My pickup at the window was seamless and the staff was friendly. My order was not simple and they got it perfectly right! I did not go inside. The parking lot seems fairly spacious and clean. Gain entry by turning in the entrance for Meijer, no direct access off the main road. read more

Starbucks... Should be easy right? Apparently, not for this location. Drive-through seems to be constantly backed up, cannot keep up with drinks inside, food orders are frequently wrong though they do arrive faster than the drinks in most occasions, staff are surly and obviously inexperienced. The store is either so busy they can't keep up, which I find interesting considering I lived in New York City and the stores are considerably busier, with significantly smaller staffs, than this small suburban location or they are woefully mismanaged. I'm so glad Starbucks moved to this new location!! This store is a lot bigger than their old one and they have a drive thru! The new place has huge windows that provide really great light and their outside patio is bigger. Because of the more convenient location, added space, and drive thru, they've had a huge increase in customers. Just like any new business/business that moves (& it seems they have a handful of new hires), they're still acclimating to the new place, so take that into consideration for the time being. I've stopped by this location a few times this week. Yesterday, I went through the drive thru and the process was pretty seamless. Erin was at the window and made great small talk while I paid. She saw my drink being made with a slight mistake and made sure to correct it quickly. She even gave me treats for my dog! Today, I stopped by inside and there was a bit of a line. Noticing that, the manager stepped in to help take orders. It didn't take long to order and get my drink, which I appreciate. I saw someone accidentally take another persons drink and after the customers figured out what had happened, the baristas quickly made a new drink for the customer. Everyone at this location has been super friendly and the new baristas that I've seen have been working hard! The only issue I've seen has been customer error- the drive thru wraps around the building and people tend to try and turn into the drive thru from the entrance instead of going around. This can cause a bit of a backup. Obviously, this isn't the employees fault and they can only do so much with signage- people will do what they want! Haha so if you stop by, try to go around the building to get into the drive thru instead of blocking the entrance/back road. read more

I've gotten drinks here multiple times and it's just an awful experience at this location. First huge problem is that it takes far too long in the drive through than it should. Cars line up, commonly backed up into the road. Very frustrating. Another issue is that the quality of the drinks are awful. Taste terrible. I would not visit this location. read more

This is hands down my least favorite Starbucks to go to in the area. Every time I go to this location I regret spending my money here. The service is always extremely slow, and the staff is incredibly rude. What kind of management allows this kind of behavior from their staff? . Went through the drive thru for two strawberry acai refreshers and they were made with no water, no strawberries, and barely any ice. We went inside to ask for them to be remade and once again, the barista didn't put any water in them--they were the color of hummingbird nectar. My experience with this Starbucks location has been chronically negative (I don't think I've ever had a drink made correctly here) and I won't be going to this location anymore. The service is not very good either; a couple of the baristas are nice but most of them have horrible attitudes and get angry if they are asked to remake a drink. Additionally, the atmosphere inside this location typically looks grungy and unclean. read more

New Location is big and really nice inside plus they added the drive through having said that this is still the slowest Starbucks around I just waited 22 mins for an iced coffee usually try and put a mobile order in 10 mins before or avoid this location all together read more

It takes an hour just to get through the drive thru. Every time I go here, it gets worse. Don't go here unless you have no other option.

Compared to other Starbucks, the execution here is severely lacking. This is a chronic issue, as I have had to wait for more than 10-15 minutes on several occasions. It doesn't matter if it's drive thru or walk in they are slow. Since this Starbucks moved locations and added a drive through, they haven't quite figured out how to manage walk in, drive thru, and mobile orders. I try to avoid this Starbucks when I can and have even stopped going there in the morning before work because I never know it if it will take 5 min or 15 min to get a coffee. read more

Note: I have multiple bad experiences here and I have written complaints online 3 times and each time their solution is to just send me a gift card, they won't refund money. All 3 of those times I ordered soy milk and was given regular. I'm lactose intolerant so this made me very sick. The same employee messed up my drink each of these times. Since my emails he has not been making the drinks so I decided to give them another try. Here is my experience from today: When you order a Java chocolate chip frappachino with soy milk no whip from Starbucks and miss attitude behind the counter pipes up, "UM, do you like, have a milk allergy??" I said yes even though the sass in me was fighting to educate her about lactose intolerance not being an allergy...so she says, "Well um, you DO realize that the chocolate chips in the Java chip frapp HAVE milk in them, right??" .......*facepalm* ...nope. I didn't know that chocolate is a milk product. Also, I've explained to this girl on a different occasion about CARAMEL being a milk product that if it's COOKED it breaks down the sugars that I can't digest so therefore, I can have things like chocolate and caramel. But here's the kicker boys..I'm watching her make my drink (i'm paranoid, this wouldn't be the first time they've poisoned me on purpose) and this bitch gets the soy milk out, shakes it up, sets it down next to the milk, and eyeballs me as she reaches for the dairy. I look up at her, make eye contact, and she moves her hand from the milk to the soy and begrudgingly pours my soy milk into my drink.... so that's the last time I go to any starbucks. Not only is the Milford store blacklisted, the whole damn company is. read more

I'm not a Starbucks addict by far but when you get gift cards as gifts, you hit the Starbucks, right? While I just don't get the Starbucks hype, I have to say it's a fun thing to do occasionally. To me, the menu is just too over whelming. And like other reviewers have mentioned, this location is a bit out of the way and no drive thru. Worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Staff looks shell shocked and confused. I understand that it is fairly new, possibly Starbucks could have brought some people in from some of their local stores to get things up and running. Staff seems undertrained, unenergetic, not at all worthy of a $2.75 plain coffee. Drive through in their only interest. You can wait 5 minutes inside and be the only person in line for a coffee. Shame, convenient location for me. I drive another 4 or 5 mile to go to Eastgate just to not get pissed off at 7:00 in the morning. Wife ordered a Carmel Macchiato last weekend. We didn't have a clue with she ended up with. When we mentioned it to the girl a the cash register she looked at us in total confusion. No offer to remake, no offer for a refund. If you're not going to be able to make what is ordered AT LEAST get an understanding of how to make it right. read more

I have to say i love this Starbucks!!! my drink is made perfect everytime. i go there twice a day. and the staff is always smiling and energetic. they always greet me with A HELLO KYLE! and its to the point now when they see my car pull up im pretty sure they just start making my drink.most places want you in and out but i dont get that vibe from the crew. they actually try there best to get me to test other drinks. but i love my strawberry refresher. i cant praise them enough. they have some pretty solid nerves to work there when you know they always have some rude customer who nit picks everything. or bitches about the price but you want handcrafted your going to pay for it. i know they prolly wont see this but they all deserve a raise. this isn't just my Starbucks i escape all the people needing something from me or wanting me to stop what im doing and help them i can go to Starbucks and detox from life for a few minutes and relax while sipping a drink. so 5 stars easy they dont need to change anything at all read more
