The server was really kind she gave us some food recommendations on sides in which I tried their hash brown casserole. Not quite what I expected as it was a hashbrown mixed with cheese but it was pretty good. She allowed us to taste one of the beers before we committed on one. I haven't been to many cafés that have beer on tap but they have two kinds and I think that's pretty cool! I got a gingerbread latte which was tasty, not much of a gingerbread flavor. For food I ordered French toast with turkey bacon and it was perfection ! My boyfriend ordered a shrimp and grits and decided to get one to go because he had ordered it before and it's his favorite! We had informed the server about our to go Oder while ordering but when we received our check we didn't see it on there and ended up waiting a bit until it came out. The latte was probably my favorite part and the waffle grilled cheese ended up being our favorite food-wise. The omelette and French toast were good too, just a little more simple than I expected and felt like something I could probably make at home.
