This Starbucks is terrible. Barely any staff, the line was moving so slowly I asked for a refund on my frap, versus waiting. You had staff off the clock placing orders and wasting time. To be completely honest, I was on the road, a little early for a meeting....and i needed to use a bathroom. Threw Starbucks in my GPS and found my way to this location. I tried to use the restroom prior to purchasing my beverage, but there's a keypad on it and one must know the super secret code to enter. It wasn't too busy, so I got in line, was about to order when a young man jumped in front of me and placed his order....I didn't rip his face off since I clearly don't exist. Anyway, I decided on the nitro iced coffee-the vanilla cream flavor (it's only 70 calories!). I got the special bathroom code, took care of business (restroom could have been a little cleaner) and picked up my drink (after thoroughly washing my hands, of course). I will say-I'm now a fan of this nitro stuff. It was strong, creamy and just lightly sweetened. Definitely jacked me up for my meeting! Wonder if that's why I couldn't fall asleep that night...... This has to be one of the most poorly run Starbucks I've ever been to. There are only two employees that are actively running the store, while there is a massive group of people just sitting around for their drinks. Avoid this store at all costs unless you want to be waiting 30 minutes for a drink that at another store would take little under 5 minutes. Hi. I'm a valid rich customer and I went to nobu for dinner and the raw fish did not sit well with me. I went to go find the nearest bathroom on the way home from nobu . I had explosive diarrhea and couldn't control myself. I went to go ask for the code and found out I had to pay whilst I had diarrhea. it was five minutes before closing and my pants were another shade . I had to buy a drink and they over charged me while giving me a sippy cup. Mind you the poop was on the floor at the point. And then she gave me the wrong code so I was pooing my pants while putting in the code. I gave up and shat on the floor. They are banning me due to the damage. remind you before I pooed on the floor they drew a gang sign on my receipt. I think my drink gave more diarrhea. I'm still recovering and won't be coming back. This one has dirty windows, many flies lazily wandering around the store and settling on chairs and tables and none of the dispirited and disinterested staff barely notice customers. I have been a gold card member for years and a Starbucks lover. I have traveled all over the country using my Starbucks card and have had nothing but good things to say about the employees until now! THE WORST SERVICE AND ATTITUDE FROM AN OLDER FEMALE BARISSTA EVER! I waited 15 mins for my drink while she pretended to clean up her station. My latte was her only order at the moment while the line started to grow out the door. When I looked over the counter to see if my drink order was even near the espresso machine she rather rudely asked me what I wanted and then told me I had just ordered my drink so why was I looking! Wow! No words can express her outright rudeness! I continued to wait another 5 minutes while she filled orders that were placed after mine. At long last it looked as if she had finished it while it sat there on her bar and then she told me it would be another 2 mins! They were all gathered in front of the cash registers when I arrived, and no one really seemed to be interested in taking my order except for one guy, who then proceeded to ring me up as well. This place has gone so down hill over the years, especially in the last year. I use to be able to customize my coffees, pay whatever extra they charge and get exactly what I ordered so the cost was worth it. Now a days, I pay $10 for a coffee with extra shots and no foam and instead I get NO extra shots (I've tested this) and the cup only 2/3 full. Basically if you order anything besides a plain coffee or coffee with milk you are getting jipped, they charge you and don't actually make what you ordered. LIke I have said many times before, I don't drink coffee. Because there are seven million coffee places I sometimes am forced to meet there or stop in there and on this occasion, I needed to kill at least an hour using WiFi and drinking green tea. Why do you care about this? Because I will not rate the baristas on how they made my double half-caf vanilla latte with a touch of foam and soy because I just order iced tea and few people can mess that up. This Starbucks is pretty spacious and has a lot of seating options. There is one communal table, four arm chairs and at least ten other small tables to sit at. It is also in a good spot, right in the middle of Mt. Kisco's main drag. Parking is simple as there is usually street parking and the big lot for the train across the street. I thought the service was good, friendly and attentive. Again and always, the unfortunate part about most Starbucks is the customers. You have to listen to their conversations even if you are just trying to surf the 'net for 30 minutes. While I don't make people look at my web browsing history, I wish I too was spared the intimate details of their lives, out loud and in living color. read more

Very slow and dirty. Countertops are covered in spilled drinks, whiff of sour milk when you walk in, and the bathroom are beyond filthy.

When you want a fresh coffee drink and a pastry that is NOT baked on premises then this is the place to go. The menu is extensive with several types of coffee, lattes cappuccinos and frozen beverages (aka frappuccinos). Everything is made to order, well beverage wise at least. When it comes to their pastry case I wouldn't get too excited. Most of the items are average if that, and certainly not bakery quality. If anything I'd say go for the chocolate covered graham crackers or one of their new cake pops, both go nice with a cup of coffee. If you're on a budget I would stick to coffee and steer clear of the "fancy" drinks. Most are rather expensive, and addicting too. I must say, I treat myself once in a while since they are so tasty!!! All locations have cozy seating areas with Wireless Internet service so either bring a friend or your computer if you plan on hanging out. One thing is for sure this place is managed well. This particular location is always extremely busy but I still normally manage to get in and out in less then five minutes. The employees are always friendly, even when the line is out the door. Unfortunately, you have to pay for parking at this location since there are meters everywhere. This does not help with the budget. Overall good place with great coffee. read more

I generally spend about an hour a day at the Mount Kisco Starbucks either reading a book, or talking with friends. I really enjoy sitting in the leather seats near the fireplace. Unfortunately, there is a group of 3 or 4 guys that seem to spend many hours at Starbucks. I think it's great that so many people like to hang out there, but the guys that "live" at Starbucks take away the leather chairs for hours. Maybe management needs to have a conversation with the 3 or 4 guys or make more leather chairs available. Maybe moving the large table to the left of the fireplace out and putting nice leather chairs or couches in its place would be nice. The people that work at Starbucks are friendly and helpful. The store is often busy and they do a good job managing the lines that can form quickly. read more

About 6 or more every morning sit in the store order nothing, but the smell is as though they have not bathed in days! It is disgusting and repulsive, management needs to do something! As if that alone isn't enough to make you not want to buy a drink or food, the staff is out in outer space. All together I don't think one could make a drink correctly! Stopped by here tonight on the way home from work for a coffee. I asked for decaf coffee and she stated it's a pour over it's going to take a few min , I was fine with it . There has been a time where I avoided this Starbucks. In recent days I enjoy the welcoming environment, and the sense of acknowledgement when I walk in. I returned my drink about a week ago, and the manager/supervisor with blue, purple, green hair apologized and quickly remade my drink. I stopped in yesterday and she recognized me and asked how my drink was today. Surprisingly, she also asked if there was anything they could do differently to make my experience better. I have not had one great experience at this Starbucks location. I go to Starbucks on a daily basis and I also used to work for the company as a barista. Today at 1:30pm I went in to get a simple iced coffee, and as usual, received huge attitude from the cashier who was tapping on the counter as I quickly got my card out of my pocket to pay. As I was waiting for my drink I saw the girl making it, holding my drink up to the espresso machine as shots were being poured. I confirmed that the shots being poured were not for my drink and along with a smug look, this is the response I received... "No, these shots are not for your drink. When I'm making drinks there is a process and this is just part of it, so no, these shots are NOT for YOUR drink." I was appalled by the attitude I received when she simply could have reassured me that they were for the gentleman behind me. When I finally received my drink the cup was filled to the brim with ice and tasted like burnt, overbrewed coffee. No matter when I have gone into that particular Starbucks I have received nothing but attitude, impatience and carelessness Usually the employees are always huddled around, looking unphased by the long line of customers. The only reason I go to that Starbucks is because it's the closest one nearby. But, for the most part, I travel 25 minutes to the Starbucks on Mill Plain Road in Danbury, CT because they are the BEST Starbucks I've ever been to. There is only one boy who works at the Mt Kisco location who is ALWAYS pleasant. Unfortunately I do not know his name but he is thin with dark hair and black rimmed glasses. He deserves an award for having to works with the lazy, rude employees who also work there. I am very disappointed in my experience there and will not be returning. I would rather drive 25 minutes just to get coffee in CT then go to that location again. read more
