Everyone is so attentive and friendly here, even when it's busy like mad. It has a lovely atmosphere, 2 public unisex restrooms, and tons of alternatives for dietary restrictions. Awful customer service and they will argue with you, when they are wrong. Awful organization, instead of placing mobile/to go orders all together, in a cup carrier, they are strewn about the counter and you are expected to sort through, to find your order, kind of gross to have to touch other people's drinks to find yours. read more

This starbucks constantly has issues. Today the brewers weren't working so....no coffee at all! Usually you can't get brewed coffee after 10:30am, which makes absolutely no sense. I mean.....you are a coffee shop, right? Muskegon needs another Starbucks...a good one this time!! read more

Very friendly baristas and I never have a wait, so I think that's about as good as it gets! My drink orders have been accurate. The drive-through is a little confusing to make sure you enter going the right direction, but that's my only (very minor) complaint. I'm very thankful that Muskegon has a stand alone Starbucks location! read more

Starbucks is usually most everyone's go to coffee shop. It is our only one in the Muskegon area so if you want Starbucks you go. I am appalled at how dirty the store is. The floors appear to not have been swept nor washed in sometime. If the appearance of the dirty floors, one can only imagine the bathrooms cleanliness. I asked if they had a janitor and the response was that if they had time they did it!! It is concerning that there is no assigned job to anyone working there. With Covid and now Omicron, practiced cleaning of floors and tables should be a everyday thing. read more

First of all. I come through this location almost every morning and haven't had an issue until just now. We had to repeat the order at drive thru 2 times. Asking for a white chocolate mocha with no whip. No one said anything about caramel. Get to the window and repeat again to make sure there's no caramel and the window cashier turned to repeat to barista. Barista shouts out oh the one I just finished!? Was asked to remake it correctly, then shouts out she loves wasting things right in front of us. Wtf really don't catch an attitude with us because you all don't have great communication it's fucking coffee calm down. Learn how customer service works. Say okay and remake it you get paid regardless. I hope that young lady has a better day and if getting 1 coffee order wrong puts her over the edge then maybe she shouldn't be working there. read more

My absolute favorite Starbucks! Brad, Kyle and Faith are by far the best! Unfortunately I moved from Michigan 7 months ago. Now I wait in drive thru 12-15 minutes with ONLY 2 cars in front of me, only to get a messed up drink. I will forever miss the BEST customer service ever. read more

Great coffee and friendly service! I love their seasonal drinks! I just so happened to stop by to grab a pumpkin spice latte this fall and they had pumpkin pie whip cream to go with it! My friends and I went inside and I had ordered and then my friend pulled up her phone to look at it and the lady taking our order told us to "hurry up I have a huge line" and I kid you not it had been not even a whole minute. Then after we order she waves to the friends behind me ordering separately and says "come on let's go". If you're short staffed I understand that but there is NO excuse to treat a customer like that. I've worked in customers service for years, that was so incredibly rude and would never be tolerated. If I knew her name I would write it down but she conveniently had no name tag on. Visit this location frequently. Have been very happy with the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff until the past couple of months. This location had maintained regular employees for so long and now seems to be a revolving door with only a handful of the long term employees still there. The beverages are off, the newbies don't seem to care to recognize you and it isn't as clean as should be. And, they seem to have this system for cleaning the steam wand that just doesn't seem to be very sanitary. would love to attach pic of their system. Basically a clear container of shallow liquid with a white cloth sitting in the liquid. It is used over and over to wipe the wand so if you have a dairy allergy be concerned as most of the time the cloth is not even in the liquid. Seems this is not very sanitary which is apparently their opinion of this method - to clean and sanitize the wand :-( read more

I visit this location multiple times a week and have problems almost every time. First of all, what is the point of having mobile ordering? it's supposed to make it so its faster to get in and get out with my drink. But every time I order through this method I go in and wait and wait and wait and i'm never even acknowledged. I'm not going to cut in front of people who have already been in line. It's like trying to catch the attention of a bartender to tell them my drink that I ordered is sitting there can I just get it? My drink is always cold by the time I get it. And I'm NOT the only one with this complaint. If they are gonna accept mobile orders, they need to figure out a better system so that we can indeed come IN AND OUT. Secondly, when I was first trying to learn about the starbucks app, I was very confused, a worker helped me learn it and she was very nice and helpful. I apologize, I do not know her name but I believe she has long braids every time I see her. Other workers treated my boyfriend and my friends like idiots because they didn't understand the app either. They wouldn't explain it to them and made them feel stupid. I've experienced this before as well when I ordered something with a shot of mint and the worker looked at me like I was stupid before she rudely replied "do you think you mean peppermint?" and she felt the need to say "it's called grande NOT medium," -I'm sorry that im not a coffee genius... I've hardly ever experienced good customer service here and it's never like that at other starbucks locations. And I really think something needs to get done about mobile ordering. I dont like waiting in a giant line and somehow with mobile ordering I've been waiting longer than ever. read more

I was a fan of this location, but my barista experience on 08/01/2016 has completely changed my view. Barista was verbally rude regarding a small misunderstanding. I asked for a venti and received a grande, all I asked if she could remake it in a respectful way. She responded angrily "well you guys did not even say a size and now I have to and so on" quite loudly that other customers looked our way. This has happened before and usually the barista says with a smile no problem let me fix it for you, but this Barista made my little sister and I feel embarrassed as if we had done something wrong. As someone who spends frequents that location, and spends quite a bit of money there, I was appalled by her response. I am a very respectful individual who works in customer service, and If I were to have acted in that way I now I would be fired on the spot or written up. I asked her if there was a problem, and why she was upset and continued to receive the same rude reaction. I asked for a manager, and she said you call him when he's back with a smirk. I called headquarters, and honestly received no resolution and no call from their location manager regarding my negative experience. My little sister and I are now even scared to go back because we do not want to deal with that barista. --They have lost a customer. read more
