Came here for brunch and overall... it was okay. Not bad, not amazing - just somewhere in the middle. Our waitress was super kind and attentive, which honestly carried a lot of the experience. And I have to start with the highlight - the chai pistachio latte. Phenomenal. Perfect balance of bitter and sweet, the pistachio flavor hit, and easily my favorite part of the meal (also just aesthetic). Food-wise, it was a mix. I got the Gouda Breakfast Burger and I loved it - juicy, cheesy, stacked, and exactly what I needed (pregnant me was very happy ). I'd honestly come back just for that. My boyfriend got the Kickin Chicken Benedict, and while the jalapeño hollandaise had a really nice kick, the poached eggs were more "gel" than runny... which is a little disappointing for a brunch spot since that's kind of the main event. Other than that, my boyfriend said it was alright. We also did ask for extra crispy hashbrowns and... they definitely did not understand the assignment. More soft than crispy, which was a letdown too. We also tried the Peanut Butter Stuffed French Toast - good, but not super memorable. For two people, our total was over $80 (three entrees, two lattes, a coffee, and an orange juice), which felt a little high for the overall experience - but not unreasonable if everything hit a bit stronger. Stopped in for brunch on Saturday with the girls. We added our name to the waitlist on the drive which worked out perfect because our table was ready when we pulled in. Quickly sat outside in the greenhouse type area at a six top. At first it was extremely warm but then they propped the door open for some airflow. we started out by ordering some drinks, so you're looking over the menu. We got an iced chai tea latte, and iced caramel macchiato and a mimosa. all drinks were delicious. both of my friends ordered the ultimate breakfast sandwich with the American fries. they love the brioche bun with the chipotle aïoli. I stuck with my favorite dish, which was the cali scramble. The pico and the jalapeño ranch is my absolute favorite 10 out of 10 favorite breakfast ever. If i could give this place 6 stars i would! To start - we were on vacation and wanted to try EVERYTHING that was bomb. And we did. We came in and got sat in this cute restaurant after about a 20 minute wait on a Sunday and got sat on their patio. The patio was cute and was winterized so it was perfect. After a short while Meghan came and greeted us and we put in an order for smoothies and coffees. SHE was a FANTASTIC waitress the entire time. Their speciality blueberry and matcha lattes were heavenly and the PB&J smoothies were amazing too. When we moved to starters the breakfast tacos, biscuits and gravy and avacado toast were all good and we agreed we'd come back for just those. Our mains came out and almost everything was absolutely incredible. The best choices were banana bread French toast and the buffalo chicken skillet (with fried chicken). We are from out of town and we went to Brunch House two days in a row because the first experience was such a delightful one. My husband is a pancake connoisseur, and I personally never order pancakes out. He got the regular pancakes with blueberries and I got the protein pancakes with blueberries. We each tried each each other's and were glad that we got the ones we did, but we both agreed that both kinds were excellent. They were light, fluffy, and had a nice taste. (The protein, pancakes, which I originally thought may have been made with almond flour, tasted like they were made with a high protein bread flour. They had a sourdough bread flavor, but not an overpowering one.) We ordered the real maple syrup - at first we thought it was a bit expensive at six dollars for the up charge, but it comes in a little glass bottle and it was enough for both of us to share so it ended up being well worth it. My husband got an Americano and I got a latte - both drinks were strong, coffee, and really tasty. We were seated very quickly on both days, even though they were weekend days at prime breakfast going hours. Service was excellent both days - slightly rushed because there was so much happening in the restaurant, but attentive and friendly. Well done Brunch House! read more

The food is amazing and the prices are reasonable for the quality. I have spent more at traditional diners for so-so food. With a daughter who doesn't eat meat, there are a lot of options aside from a salad or a western omelette minus the ham. The specials I've had over the years have been diverse and universally delicious. I have a hard time deciding what to order most times. The harvest skillet in fall 2025 was an amazing burst of flavors and textures. My one dismay is that there wasn't an option to get it without bacon for our family member who doesn't eat meat. The staff is friendly and drinks are top notch. The wait can be substantial at times. But generally there are reasonable wait times for food once you're seated. My one gripe is that on more than one occasion, my daughter has gotten scraps of meat in her vegetarian meals. I have asked the server to relay to the chefs to avoid cross contamination when preparing her dishes. My bf and I stopped by here Monday after Electric Forest, along with dozens of other patrons. I will say the restaurant staff was great and handled the crowd/rush so well and with such a positive attitude. Between the host and the waitress, everyone was kind and didn't rush us at all. I ordered an iced coffee and it was delicious! So I actually ordered another one as soon as I finished the first. To eat, I ordered the Cali Scram and my bf ordered the Southwestern Benedict and the Breakfast Tacos. Everything came in good timing and it hit the spot! I will say my avocados weren't ripe so I didn't eat them but everything else tasted good. My bf enjoyed his food as well. Overall, great experience! When you get there, there is plenty of parking in the front and back. The waiting area has a lot of room to sit as well. There's a ton of seating, and they have a cool enclosed porch area! The staff was very friendly and helpful especially for how busy they were. I went on a Saturday so it was pretty packed. They still sat us within 15 minutes. We got our food within 45 minutes of being there. The drinks took a little long, and due to the volume of people there it was a little bit loud, but overall it was a great experience! Quick, delicious, and fairly cheap! For the flight, a regular mimosa, and our two meals, the total came to $47. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great brunch spot in Muskegon! read more

What a gem in an area that appears to be run down, dated nonetheless. This building is quite new and stands out visually. The hit at the table was the chicken and waffles I ordered. Everyone tried a bite and had food envy, so we came back the next day on our way out of town. This time I went for the Everything Breakfast Bowl. Kori was our server on day two. She was phenomenal. Always topped off our cups of coffee and glasses of pop. The food was promptly served and hot. We were in and out under an hour. The day before this was not the case. I've eaten here several times in the last few weeks. Once I came here the first time, I can't stop coming now. The service is great every time - I never see the same staff, but regardless, they all do a good job. The wait time is never consistent. Sometimes you go and there is practically no one there, and you get seated immediately. Other times you wait for half an hour, and it is so busy that there isn't a single parking spot open, and you end up having to park at a different business and hope you don't get towed away. They have seating indoors, outdoors, and an in-between "greenhouse" like dining room - (truly have no idea what to call that portion of the restaurant). The food is sooooooooooooo good. Honestly, everything that I or my friends have gotten was so good and the portions are absolutely huge. I am not a sweet breakfast person, and I still was enticed enough to order french toast once. They have a very large drink menu - some coffee items but MANY alcohol drink options. There is always a small "specials" menu as well. But just the regular menu is big - probably too big, because every single thing on there sounds so good that it is hard to choose what to get. The latte's are great, I can definitely vouch for the french toast - the peanut butter stuffed one was fantastic, and also ANY of the eggs benedict are delicious. After coming here, I don't know if there is anywhere else in town I even want to go for breakfast/brunch. I am hooked. read more

I did a BYO omelette and it was excellent. BYO omelette: portobello, cheese, bacon, corned beef hash and avocado. But next time I'll do just bacon ... maybe double the bacon (leave out cheese & corned beef: as good as they were, bacon wins out). Oh and I'll add spinach! I love breakfast/brunch and Brunch House fell short for me. Coffee - I asked for half and half and raw sugar. I got heavy cream and brown sugar. ‍ I went along with it, but that was an odd start. I got the Florentine Scramble and upgraded to the stuffed French toast. Although both looked good they both were a miss. The eggs were over cooked and the potatoes not crispy or seasoned at all. I like fluffy scrambled eggs and crispy potatoes. The French toast was missing the "stuff" in the middle. The waitress had it remade but it came back the same. Just a thin layer of liquified peanut butter and not the "stuffed" French toast I was expecting. The place is clean and the service was good. I just won't be coming back for the food. read more
