And the neighborhood is urban commercial/industrial 2 if I'm right, ya know, not yuppie stuff - so very organic small maritime city with many layers of history: Franco-Ottowah, Mid-Atlantic swarthy Irish/Mediterranean/Balkan, Great Migration Success Story, and your unique Netherlandy people too. All hungry and at the mercy of the big orders of the day! That's a good small business for you. Four stars to make it clear you can park in the gravel "employee" lot if you're poor at streetwise parking. Easy fix and it's a 5-er! Evan Kearney (ÓCaernaigh)

I ordered a 2-pc catfish meal which came with two sides. I thought that I was ordering extra tartar sauce at $0.75 each. However, the two that I paid for were the only sauces that I received. To add insult to injury, I received two packets that I could have gotten from Long John Silver's for free. *see pic*I usually wouldn't complain about how much I paid for my food, if it is good, but I cannot say that I was impressed. I might have been more amiable with my review had I been given more tartar sauce. Sweet Potato Pie and oatmeal cookies were okay. Service is received was okay, but nothing to write home about. I wouldn't penalize the business for that.***I forgot to add that you cannot proceed with ordering online without entering a tip amount. I, actually, left a tip and I am mad that I did that, considering I had to pay for two generic packets of tartar sauce, which is quite easy to make from scratch. Four hours later and I am still salty over that, almost as salty as the fish.

I like that they offer frittatas and light sides such as pasta salad, pesto tortellini and chicken salad amongst a few other options. I imagine this space would be great to get some work done but most certainly to catch up with people you wanna spend time with. I tried the Cafe miel....a first for me. Espresso, honey, cinnamon and oat milk. I added a shot of vanilla and I loved it! The bacon + cheddar frittata was yummy! Some may find it too salty but I enjoyed it. It's a quirky space because they also sell vintage clothing pieces and books. But it's really cool!

If you have an interest in architecture and local history, this coffee shop is located in the historic Shaw Walker factory, which is currently (2025) undergoing a major repurposing- turning a crumbling building into condos and retail. It's really cool to see the transformation.
