I stopped in here to pick up a coffee order I had made for my friend: a tall Americano. I parked, placed the order from the parking lot and then slowly walked inside. Checking out the counter, I didn't see it. And after a few minutes, still not there. So I go up and check each one. Welcome to California where Starbucks serves coffee in reusable cups even though there's no plan to reuse the cup. More plastic than a regular paper cup. I'm just not sure what's going on here. I was waiting for my order and saw the most disgusting thing. One of the workers was licking her fingers while flipping through a notebook. I mean she was going in on those fingers. Then she grabs the sandwich i ordered right after and she didn't even bother to wash her hands before doing so. I immediately asked for a refund and then she had the audacity to say she can remake it. Why would i want that after what I just witnessed. She was touching the equipment and tongs too not just the food. Please be more sanitary. This is how people get sick! read more

It's another dirty day at the Starbuck's in the corner of the plaza next to the Radioshack. It's another month of trying to make ends meet by serving these people their coffee every morning. The coffee, as hot as the sand on a July 4th beach, still cannot warm his soul, brighten his day, or put a halfway decent smile on his face. I come into this Starbucks pretty regularly and love all of the workers, they provide great service. However, a newer manager named Megan is a horrible addition to the team. I have seen her continuously belittle and act in an inappropriate manner to the workers multiple times. I've seen employees be written up for things as small as not having 100% leather shoes, which may not be realistic for a lot of people to get right now. A manager should be helping them lead and succeed, not be the biggest divider. Fuck you Megan. read more

I came to Napa to pick up a 3 month old goat, so Starbucks was a welcome stop after my 90 minute drive from Healdsburg! I needed to use the restroom and wanted an apple fritter. Hooray! Starbucks had both! The apple fritter tasted like it was a day old and was so small, that I did not recognize it as an apple fritter. An apple fritter should be at least as large as my fist. It was as large as a child's fist. This is what I got for $2.25. It was the bathroom that I needed most. The bathroom was clean and welcoming. read more

Typical Starbucks, atypical area. It sits within a plaza and off in an area with a lot of outdoor seating. Beware, smokers love to smoke here for long periods of time but there are plenty of places to. Pizza, Radioshack, natural foods, smoothies and a grocery store complete the immedaite surroundings. Makes it quite convenient to just hang out and that is exactly what the high school kids do during their lunch hour. Lot of pretty girls work at this one. read more

This one is located in Napa's nicest shopping centers. Nob Hill Mkt, New York Pizza, and a host of other fine establishments. One of my favorites is Hop Hing. Chinese to take out or dine in. This is not the best coffee in the world (or town), but it's close to work and the folks are nice. The coffee is often a little over-roasted, but that's Starbucks in general. I typically opt for the blonde roast. The La Boulange baked goods is a nice addition and about as good of food as you can dole out in such high volume. I'd rather give my money to a local-ish coffee shop but Ritual is in that dang Oxbow. read more

No complaints with this Starbucks. It gets a little busy in the mornin, but not overwhelmingly so. This team seems to work well together! They bust out a line of drinks fairly quickly and with a good attitude. I haven't had a drink made incorrectly, aside from them forgetting a shot in my chai (but we were having a messy confusing transaction so I don't blame them). They didnt have lemonade to steam for my tea and were very apologetic. They gave us a "make it right" card that valued at $4. It was greatly appreciated. I used to come here all the time as I live close. Came in today and was helped by Raven who was a complete and utter bitch. What happened to the happy, amazing, bright and cheery staff you used to have!?!?! During my order she interrupted me many times and had an attitude about my order. Then when I got my drink it wasn't what I ordered and there was mocha sauce all over the outside of the cup. This is a shame. I used to come here a lot with groups of friends. This Starbucks is OK. There's an outdoor patio, while the store itself is cramped. The baristas are friendly&service is swift. It's got a clientele that ranges from professionals to those who live out by the river, bringing with them huge bottles of soda. They try to keep the place clean, but it's cramped. The new Le Boulange pastries are good; the cheese/tomato one is A LOT like pizza for breakfast. It's an OK place. I don't love it, but I like it. read more

As far as Starbucks stores go, this one is just okay. The staff is always friendly and courteous, so that's a plus. But there's hardly any seating inside, and the outside seating gives you a good view of some bums and kids smoking cigarettes. read more

I still like to go to this Starbucks. It was the first in town and still makes the best coffee drinks. When you can get a table it's fun to sit outside and watch traffic go by. The spot has a tendancy to get dirty and help is slow to keep it polished and clean. read more

I came for a cup of decaf coffee after my dinner only to hear the cashier tell me 'we are out of decaf would you like to wait 10 minutes"? Their service is bad. They need to learn how to interact with customers. Never going to this starbucks again though it is just walking distance from home. In fact after the experience here I always look for an alternate local coffee shop in the area before landing into another star bucks. This is for the Trancus ans Soscal location and the location at Soscal and Imola runs a close second. Stores are grossly short of merchandise. At 1:00pm there is a line out the door and the food displays are empty. EVERYDAY!. The Trancus Soscal location is understaffed, a line out the door and two people behind the counter, sometime 3. They all fill the coffee cup to overflowing so you spill on yourself by the time you get to the car. Hellooo? When I inquired about product available they said "It's the program we use". Really? No one thinks to change that? I know, they are not paid to think. Starbucks is not too big to fail, they are too big to care. Sad read more

I LOVE THIS STARBUCKS. The people that work there are so friendly even though their customers are pretty snippy at times. I think they've only gotten my order wrong twice...but considering I've been here probably 30+ I don't even care. It all tastes good. Did I mention that they're FRIENDLY? All Starbucks are the same. I don't think there is a good Starbucks in Napa.....This is just as bad if not worse as the others. None of them make a drink the same or taste the same. This one is the dirtiest..inside and out. I hate to think what behind the closed door looks like if they think the front is cleaned?!?! read more
