Was in town for the weekend, roughly two days, was craving coffee, desperately needed a cup but wanted something good -- came across Napastak Napa Valley. First thoughts -- upon entering, very clean and cozy. Very interesting menu and selections. Front staff was very kind and helpful and even shared her recommendations. I appreciated her expertise and patience. Ended up trying the White Rabbit Latte, Caramel Latte and an oatmeal cookie. Wait time was about five minutes. Wonderful quality drinks; exceeded my expectations. Drinks are on the pricier end. $9 each for drinks. The oatmeal cookie was very good, priced at $5. Ended up coming here twice during my stay in Napa. Would definitely return in the future. Drinks are top notch, wonderful service. Very wholesome and cozy ambiance. read more

Napastäk Napa Valley is an adorable little coffee shop which also sells edible artisanal gifts such as honey, spices, butters and jams. The service was helpful although slow because every item had to be put in by hand into the register. It led to human error and items being rang up for more than they were which wasn't great. All in all, the items themselves were delicious and we would definitely return, I just hope they endeavor to have a better register system set up. read more

We were headed home after a nice staycation in Napa. Decided to try out a new coffee place that was on the way home. We stumbled upon Napastak. I was lucky enough to find a parking spot right across the shop, so that was a plus. Walking towards Napastak, it was interesting to note that it was not necessarily just a coffee shop, they had olive oil, wine and other stuff haha. The staff was friendly. She mentioned their popular drink was the Bourbon Latte, but I decided to try the Carmello Al Tartufo Latte. It sounds sweet, but it was not. It was just the right amount of every flavor. Glad I chose that. There wasn't any seating inside, so don't expect to grab your coffee and sit and chat with people. I think there was some seats outside? I don't recall. Super cute whimsical, boutique wine and coffee bar in the heart of Downtown Napa surrounded by many eateries and a few blocks away from Oxbow Market . They sell curated food products from gourmet balsamic vinegar, crackers, popcorn, flavored olive oils, jams, and of course. We decided to try the bourbon latte and white rabbit. They have a variety of flavors but the bourbon latte caught my eye. Me not realizing that it felt like summer outside during springtime, we ordered both drinks hot. Sidenote, the drinks do come iced as well. In addition to our drinks, I bought lemon curd jam and rosè jelly. There was only one person working when we were there but we didn't wait long for our drinks which was a big plus. Aside from that, the bourbon latte was very tasty and I loved the fact that the bourbon syrup wasn't too overpowering. Next time I go, I'm definitely getting it iced. Napastäk is definitely a gem and I recommend stopping by to visit if you're in the area. If you love taking picturesque photos, this is the perfect place! They having tasting too! read more

Just in town for the week and got to hit up some spots with my mom. This place was so cute and a nice little stop. They offered 4 "bar" stools for the wine tasting area so I would say this is more of a grab and go but it was perfectly refreshing, it was a super hot day and I do wish my ice didn't melt immediately but not there fault. I got to enjoy a mint julep ice coffee and my mom got something sweet(i cannot remember the name but it tasted like honey). We also go to enjoy some wine shots in a little chocolate glass, it was so unbelievably delicious and the lady working with us was so patient with explaining the different wines and pairing. read more

Following our wine tasting, my husband and I saw an advertisement - Bourbon Latte. I'm always down to try something unique, at least to me. I was curious to taste the composition of flavors the bourbon latte had potential to bring. Inside, we were immediately greeted with a 'welcome in' and friendly smile. The cashier was prompt to take our order - large bourbon latte ($10). The latte was available as iced and hot. The cashier shared the hot version highlighted the bourbon greater than iced, so hot it was. The drink arrived promptly. The composition of the bourbon latte was perfection, well balanced espresso selection to complement and highlight the bourbon flavor. The drink was insane - amazingly delicious. I was sad when it ended, that good! The store itself is a unique shop offering a selection of uniquely flavored vinaigrettes, espressos, small bites, trinkets along with additional merchandise. Right in the heart of downtown Napa, this is a nice place to grab a drink as you walk around the area (not that much seating available). I got their Kyoto Matcha Tea with oat milk and it had pretty good matcha flavor! Not overpowering and good balance with the amount of milk. Service was quick and friendly. The one pastry I got that was supposedly from Bouchon was sad and stale. Cute store though. To clarify, I was not unhappy that Bouchon sold out as I was not informed of that. I didn't even know that I was misled by your employee that this was not a Buchon pastry until you told me yesterday. Stumbled upon this cute coffee shop while staying at the Andaz. Their menu looked delicious. How unfortunate we were unable to try anything, because no one greeted or acknowledged us. The entrance where the menu is wasn't the ordering counter and many patrons came in after us, so the line was growing. We made direct eye contact with the two beautiful employees there to which none said hello or hi or explained where to order. We were so excited to try their wonderful offerings however rude baristas is so off putting. Napa is regarded on being friendly and this was the worst experience we've had on the whole trip. But not to fret, the lovely Starbucks down the street was so friendly and greeted us immediately. read more

Excellent service, the baristas are so kind and accommodating. I originally ordered the San Francisco Fog but it turned out watery so I was offered another drink. Such a cute little boutique shop with coffee and wine tasting. I came in for some coffee. While I was placing the order I got distracted by the pastry case so I also got a mini chocolate croissant. The cappuccino is decent. I love the little chubby cup it comes in. Very cute. The mini chocolate croissant is from Winston's. It's a little bit oily and dense. There are oodles of other foodie delights to peruse through at the shop. It was cold outside on a drizzling December morning, so we selected the specialty drink of bourbon latte. Chefspresso and the House blended bourbon syrup! No alcohol in the drink : ). Our barista was bright and cheerful and informative. Anytime I see anything Armenian-owned, I will stop by to show support. I visited a lot of great spots while out in Napa and this was one of them. It's a super cute shop that offers coffee, wine, and lots of cute merch. I enjoyed the drink I got but I must say I was disappointed with the service. The two girls working were distracted and talking to each other. I asked them for suggestions on a couple of things both drink and merch related and they seemed eager to give me a short answer just so they could go back to talking to each other. It was my last day there and and I'm sure the owners are lovely and I would've been glad to be able to meet them, but overall, I'm just happy I was able to at least stop by. Me and my boyfriend was looking all over for somewhere to eat but all the restaurants was closed so they could transfer to dinner, we walked by this place and luckily decided to go in they have sandwiches pre made which was shockingly good I say this cause normally I'm not a big fan of premade sandwiches but man this one was sooooo good. While picking up a snack with my toddler daughter, I experienced terrible customer service at Napastak. In deciding what snack to buy my daughter, I asked the young woman taking orders (blonde highlights, hoop earrings, black sweatshirt) a few questions about the pastry selection. With each question, the woman responded in the least helpful way possible (saying as little as possible with the most unfriendly tone). I was shocked by her responses, and I could tell she was annoyed by my questions. All I wanted was to learn about the selection to pick out a nice treat for my daughter, but I was met by a grumpy attitude.
