Terrible service from the Trancas napa staff 8/2/25 6:32pm. Store was empty and the 2 younger staff members ZACHARY would not honor my VALID offer on the jamba app. He kept offering to increase my order instead of just taking care of the problem. I have to escalate it to corporate when they are open. Check #83 Update, contacted jamba corporate thru their website nothing happened, no reply. it took 6 days to get through on the phone. Super cold generic uncaring response. They eventually admitted they did get my email but didnt do anything and would take 36 hours for a callback. And nothing was resolved. Great Jamba juice location! I am lazy and like to order acai bowls for breakfast, so have used both uber eats and pickup here. They have a few choices for acai and its always really good, and I get the flatbread pizza sometimes as well (SO GOOD). They are consistent and friendly and would definitely recommend to anyone! read more

So today I go to the trancas street Jamba Juice and order my usual Orange dream machine with real Orange juice and have always been charged a minimal upgrade for the fresh Orange but today the cashier charges me 75 cents times 14 which brought my order to $22 for my drink with 3 waffles so I questioned the cashier who inform me that his owner advised him to charge 75 cents for every 2 oz of fresh Orange juice. I thought maybe he would see his error and correct it but he stood behind the charge so I ended up getting a regular drink. I cant believe this store can seriously charge $16 for a drink. I went to Jamba Juice today with a friend and the service was terrible. I don't do Yelp but this was really bad. There's a woman who works there named Roberta and she is extremely rude. She snapped at me 2 times. I also asked for a savory and a sweet pretzel because that's what the menu said and when I said that she yelled " WE DONT HAVE THAT" like b I'm just reading off the menu . I stopped in here while running errands and ordered the island pitaya bowl. It was really yummy and fresh! The serving is quite large and the price is reasonable. The store has just a few tables inside but plenty of tables on the front patio outside. The employees were very friendly and I enjoyed a nice chat with the girl making my bowl. OK, how different can a corporate chain be from store to store.. well I usually go to the other one because its closer to my house, but I hit up this one when im on my way to work. Ive been in probably 5 or 6 times in the last few weeks now that im on a Jamba Juice kick, and its usually pretty good.. the only complaint I have it the staff. Last time I was in here, there were 3 kids working (yes I say KIDS because they were all young, and not acting professional AT ALL!) and no other customers. after all giving each other looks to see who would have to help me, they finally took my order. After the kid pretty much threw my change back at me, they all went back to just chatting with each other. Hello, is anyone gonna make my smoothie?! I seriously almost said that to them. Luckily, one of the girls asked the other, "are u gonna make that"? The girl said "psh, no" Girl #1 says "ughhhh fineeee, ill do it." All of this taking place right in front of their customer, me. WTF?!?! I think this girl Shoshanna is the manager and she is great whenever im there. If she was there, im sure they wouldnt have been acting that way. Jamba Juice, just like the other one. Difference is this one is in a Plaza with more foot traffic during lunch due to the High School getting let out. Place is usually pretty quiet but very small. Good place to use to get your drink from instead of plain old soda. Some reason there is a wooden beam inconveniently placed near the registers, probably was there when it was built. read more

This Napa Jamba Juice has a pleasant location- it's on a courtyard, and is a short walk from a riverfront trail. The service is pretty fast... go when there aren't many people there, like the early afternoon. The people are friendly. They make a delicious strawberry smoothie. One can also do people watching, and there are other restaurants nearby. read more

Roberta is always super nice great customer service so she is the one that deserves the 5 stars! The lady that was working with her I didn't catch her name but she was working with her this Monday morning is very rude she was speaking to Roberta as if she was a child and that's very disrespectful especially in front of a customer and you could tell that she was very bothered by Roberta. read more

So I just went in there this afternoon and bought a chocolate PB moon with a friend of mine. We had been looking forward to these all day at work and so I was super excited when our order was done. The best Jamba Juice in town! I live in South Napa and I'll go out of my way to come to the Trancas location because the customer service at Soscol is horrendous. Coming to Trancas is always a pleasure. Hannah and Venesa are always warm and friendly, and other associates like Daniel or Michaela will strike up conversation while making my drink. Just stood at the register for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged. Four people working, cleaning a hundred more pitchers clean (there were already a bunch clean on the shelf) and stocking straws is apparently more important than live customers. read more

This is the WORST customer service experience I have ever had. The craziest part about it, is that it was an interaction with the MANAGER, can you believe that?! The manager being BRENDA WHEELER. I'll start off by saying her behavior was completely inappropriate and inhumane. I was so appalled, no manager should at all act in the way she displayed. In front of multiple customers she was yelling and ignoring me and had NO shame. As a viewer of this situation I would've been at a loss for words. Situation: I called to place an order for 2 small drinks, Brenda immediately had an aggressive attitude informing me that jamba juice rather we order online (but she'll take my order THIS time) , I was definitely thrown off by her tone and her statement, I've been calling my order in for over a year, so I asked her why? She responded with an attitude, ignored my many questions, and ended the phone call while I was still talking. I spoke in a very direct tone towards her. I don't care if it came off as an attitude or not she was being completely inappropriate over the phone, I had all the right to have an attitude. Picking up my order, I already had it in my mind that I was going to ask whoever I spoke with on the phone for the manager but when I walked in and asked who took my order she walked up in all black so I knew she was the manager. i asked her if she was then asked her for her bosses contact information. She said "Why", I said I need to speak to them about you. She went on to yell about how I was attacking her and being on the phone. I told her regardless of how I was acting, she is the manager and should in no way EVER interact with a customer how she did with me. When I asked for the number again she ignored me and walked away, and started talking to another customer instead of me. So I stepped away from the register and asked an employee for her name, I called her name and asked her could I speak with her she told me to "hold on I'm busy." I waited and proceeded to call my friend she walked over (while I'm on the phone) and said "you wanted to talk to me" me clearly holding a phone to my ear I told her "you can hold on just a moment" she said " you know what I'm not going to talk to you if you're going to treat me like that, you can leave" I don't know who she thought she was speaking to. A customer walked over to me and said he's been listening to the situation and he's so sorry that Brenda is acting in this way as a manager it is outrageous. All in all, I feel completely disrespected and treated inhumane, I am disgusted by her behavior towards me especially with customers viewing this scene. If I was as inhumane I would have literally opened my drink and threw it on her. But I didn't, I hope you all find this review helpful and I hope Brenda gets her act together :) read more

Don't ever go here on lunch hour! The place is over packed with high school students and the employees loose their customer service skills! Was told u can call in an order and pick it up..when I did a lady working named patti got her panties in a bunch and said " just because u call in ur order doesn't give u the right to skip the whole line" ? I'm sorry patti did u not see me standing in line until ur employee called out my phone order and almost have it to me without having me pay???
