Service is nice. Drinks are decent. Where they mess up is the employees blast their own personal music over speakers FULL VOLUME. I've heard everything from rap to dubstep to reggae. As someone who comes to Starbucks to study, it's a nightmare. I simply cannot focus or even carry a conversation. The music is blasting. And frankly, I'm not even sure if this is in alignment with corporation policies as Starbucks is pretty strict with what type of music is allowed to be played at their stores. read more

My boyfriend went out to grab me an iced green tea from this starbucks, the location I normally go to. When he got there, the drive through attendant told him that they don't have green iced tea, or any tea options, only matcha tea. He calls me to confirm that I wanted regular tea not matcha I said yes! He then tells them that he knows Starbucks has green tea because I got one yesterday! My poor boyfriend is then being lied to by three employees that there is no such thing and settles for this matcha monstrosity and still paid! There was no label on the coffee so I have no idea what's even in this. I don't mind matcha I just think the lies and troubles are not worth it. Won't be returning and extremely dissatisfied. My Yelp friends in Japan seem to enjoy iced coffee as much as we enjoy iced tea. I am trying to think if I ever had ice coffee and to my best memory I have not. Hot day had to wait for Mrs. K. to pick me up so I wondered over to Starbucks to achieve a life first. Iced Coffee. I walk up and told the barista I never had iced coffee. I ordered it with cream and as she served me she said if I didn't like it I could order something else. I would never order something and then say I don't like it. Used the drive through and ordered drinks for my 86 year old mother and myself. Mom's lid was not secured and her drink spilled all over her and my car. I pulled around and parked and went into the store to ask for napkins and to inform them of what happened. An employee gave me napkins. When I asked him what I should do about the cup of coffee now all over my car he said he was sorry that happened. How about a refund or offer to replace the coffee mom was now wearing? read more

This is by fat my favorite Starbucks in Naples, FL. Besides it being conveniently located (easy parking, close to home) they truly have the best staff. It's the only Starbucks around town, in my experience, I am always greeted and thanked for being a customer. Never any real issues with drinks and if I had one, they resolve on the spot for me. my experience this morning at this Starbucks location was unfortunately not a good one. I buy doctors offices breakfast every day, usually shop at Chick Fil A & Wawa today I decided to check out this Starbucks closest to my home. I spent close to $200 with 2 separate orders. All the food I ordered which included a variety of different breakfast items was given to me all together, many without stickers. When I asked if they could separate, I was given attitude & told "it was all there". Oscar was kind enough to help me in separating the orders. The bags are small so I had to carry many and instead of a staff member helping me with all the drinks & bags to my car, I had to make multiple trips (Chick fil always helps me take food to car) & a CUSTOMER saw all of this and offered to help me. She was also shocked at the customer service here. Starbucks on Vanderbilt I am very disappointed and will not be returning for my $200-$300 orders. Chick Fil A and Wawa have much better service & deserve my business. read more

There is a very long and nicely leathered booth seating that can sit many parties and the drive thru area is no longer hidden by a wall. I've never left a review for a Starbucks before because they're generally pretty consistent if you like Starbucks great if you don't think they'll go to Starbucks. But this Starbucks is the worst Starbucks that I've ever been to. And the thing is, I'm essentially forced to go there all the time if I want Starbucks because if it's proximity to where I live. I get the simplest order every time I go to a Starbucks. Tall, flat white with two pumps of vanilla. How difficult is that? Well, I can tell you, it never taste the same and it's never good. And I get my haircut at a barber shop, in the same plaza in before I can even say anything my barber commented that the Starbucks is the worst he's ever seen because they all try to order coffee from there and they never get it right. All he did was see my coffee cup, and I had already been thinking the same thing and he had the same sentiment. That's pretty sad. Anyway. For what it's worth. Not a great Starbucks. read more

Mind you, we are in a deadly, very contagious pandemic. i ordered my drink, a pink drink with strawberries, and they were out of strawberries. this girl ordered a caramel macchiato. she asked for a caramel drizzle, and they didn't give the caramel to her. she pointed it out after noticing there was no caramel, and the barista said, "oh sorry, i thout we are out of caramel." You know your standard Starbucks...but here are some things that make this Starbucks unique: 1. It's in an interesting location. Hard to see from the plaza and I already don't like the plaza its in because it can be confusing to navigate. This isn't too much of an issue once you've been there at least once, but for new comers to this location I can see how it might be frustrating. It's also not built for a long drive through line, but usually there are no more than 3-4 cars in front of you so that's not really an issue. 2. Their sandwiches always come out way too hot. 3. I don't like their new chorizo spicy breakfast sandwich. The meat tastes way too processed (like more processed than normal). read more

Although quite busy this Starbucks has one of the shorter waits in Naples. The drive through moves pretty well as most of the customers go inside to order. The staff is friendly and efficient. There is a nice patio if you don't mind staring at the cars in the drive through. read more

I am really disappointed in our experience. I came alone a couple weeks ago on a Sunday and was impressed with the coffee, service and fresh interior. So I tell my husband let's go back. It's like a whole new world. Like wow. Barista was beyond rude. I ordered a decaf and her first words, we don't have that we only have pikes place and dark roast. No options suggested. It's a coffee shop and I ordered decaf. It's not like I wanted a burger and fries. So I order my husband a medium dark roast and it was not hot and had to be returned. They did brew fresh. I requested a pour over decaf and she didn't say anything just rang up the order. The place is dirty as well. They missed the basics, first smile and be happy you have a customer as it's why you actually have a job. Offer alternatives. Make sure the coffee is actually fresh and hot. Keep the place clean. And just because I'm uber annoyed turn the music down it's ridiculously loud. read more

I've had so many bad experiences at this particular Starbucks, I'm not sure why I go back, other than it being on my way to my destination. I always use the app.. and I'd like to know, how hard is it to make one trenta black tea and one trenta green tea? But on multiple occasions, they give me both black tea or both green. I didn't think the order was that hard, but I guess I was wrong. I would chalk it up to them being busy, but every time I've gone.. there's been no line, and the baristas are just inside talking and laughing with one another.
