Pura Vida Naples is more of a grab-and-go concept -- you order at the counter and then find a spot to sit -- but don't let the casual setup fool you. The food seriously delivers. We had heard so much about the strawberry matcha, so of course we tried it. It was good and clearly popular, but just not our personal favorite. That said... the food completely won us over. Everything we tried was genuinely impressive. The toasted chicken and summer chicken bowl were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced -- the kind of dishes that feel light but still satisfying. The baked empanadas were another standout, and the orange poppyseed loaf absolutely stole the show. I will genuinely be thinking about that loaf for a while. One thing that really stood out was how helpful everyone was. Even though it's self-seating, there's plenty of staff around and lots of seating, so it never feels chaotic or awkward like some fast-casual spots can. The whole experience still feels polished and intentional. So while we may not be rushing back for the matcha, we will absolutely be back for the food. I love the peanut butter smoothie so much. Once we arrive, there was no line so we were serviced fairly quickly. I usually get it when I visit Florida. My dining partner had the chicken wrap which was also delicious. The interior is all white with artificial plants making for a trendy tropical vibe. We stopped here after attending the Mercato Cars & Coffee for breakfast and coffee. Pura Vida Miami is marketed around healthy living and premium ingredients. While waiting to order, we couldn't help but notice a recurring theme from other guests while they were ordering-- the prices were extremely high, and the portions seemed minimal for the cost. The ambience inside was beautiful and it felt like they brought Miami flair here to Naples Florida. We ordered the Perfect Egg Sand-which, A Chicken Empanada, Capuchino, & The Banana Brew. Bonus points for the Jammy Egg! The food was good, like mentioned if you are paying 20 dollars for a wrap I'd hope to at least receive a side to go with it. To clarify food and service are spot on. The only issue is we arrived and were told all orders would need to be to go as there were no tables. Tables were filled with people that had not ordered. There was even a table of people sitting looking at menus. You should NOT be able to sit unless you have a number. Easy to implement. You can only grab a table once you've ordered and have a number. How are you going to tell arriving customers that all orders need to be to go only? read more

I've visited Pura Vida for years and usually love the experience, but unfortunately the Naples location was very disappointing. Around 3 PM today, my order was brought out incorrectly, and even after explaining the issue, the replacement still came out wrong. The staff seemed very distracted and not focused. To make things worse, I even found a clothing thread inside my omelette, which was extremely unpleasant. I truly hope management improves the attention to detail and quality control at this location.
