I work remotely and come to this Starbucks almost every weekday after dropping my daughter off at school--it's become part of my routine and genuinely one of my favorite places to spend a few hours working. The store is always clean, well-organized, and fully stocked (the napkin/sugar/straw station is never lacking, which I really appreciate). They also consistently have some of the coolest merchandise on display. What truly sets this location apart, though, is the staff. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and creates such a welcoming atmosphere. Since I'm there for several hours at a time, I've had the chance to see both the regular customers and the team in action--and it's clear they have a great dynamic. It's actually pretty awesome to watch how well they work together. A special shoutout to Cooper, who goes above and beyond. He's engaging, attentive, and genuinely makes people feel welcome. That kind of energy makes a big difference, especially for those of us who spend a good part of our day there. Even if this location were farther away, I'd still make the drive. It's that good. The staff is on the younger side, but they are definitely very professional and always nice. The space is always clean and I have never had an issue finding a seat or had them run out of any items that I typically order. I've been visiting this location for a while and have always had a good experience. I typically use the drive thru and it moves along really fast compared to other Starbucks locations and competitors. The baristas are always friendly, energetic and courteous. The drinks I get have always come out just right and when I do get food, it comes out quickly and tastes great. The inside of the location is clean and keeps up with their corporate image. Pretty sure the staff here is racist lol I used to come here and work off my laptop and I started noticing that shortly afterwards they would start playing Spanish music. Like every time. Then when I come for mobile order quite literally no one ever says hi or anything to me. So I just grab my drinks and leave. Staff here is extremely rude. I don't recommend visiting this place. Came in on a Thursday evening to the lobby while out looking at Christmas lights. My son had to use the bathroom and I was going to order a drink for my wife and me. They refused to take my order and told me I could use the drive through for the next hour as they were closing the lobby down. I accepted that. Went out to the car to let my wife know. My son was still in the restroom and the last customer was walking out so I went back in so my son wouldn't be locked in and sat in the lobby. Employee was rude stating the lobby was closed. I let him know I'm not leaving as my kid was still in the restroom. A few minutes later my other son came in to use the restroom and he was rude to him. Told us we had 5 minutes to leave. I walked up to him and asked for the manager of which I got "I'm the supervisor." "Great!" I replied, "I'd like to get your managers name." "I'm the manager right now", he responded. I asked for his name so I could report him. He refused stating he wasn't comfortable giving that. Horrible service. Don't know what the kids name was but the name on his apron was Taylor. Came in Sunday morning and as soon as I pulled up, I was welcomed in such a friendly manner, told me good morning, and took my order. I pulled up to the window, my drink only took a minute to make, it was very quick. But even during those few seconds of waiting the barista made the effort to get to know her customer. Asked how my morning was going, she made small talk, which I really appreciated today. Mornings are rough, but she had a calming, kind, and seemed like she genuinely cared about her customers. I stopped coming her a few years ago after one employee was bad mouthing customers in public. I took my issue up with the district manager, that's how inappropriate the behavior was. Anyways, we stopped by on our way to San Diego and wow how I regret it. I mobile ordered and it said 5-8 minutes - not a big deal we ordered ahead of time. It ended up taking 23 minutes to receive our order. Luckily my saint of husband was waiting inside because I probably would've asked Morgan why she works at Sbux if she hates her job. My husband advised that Morgan was rude to other customer who were asking for their orders too. My husband asked for a straw and apparently Morgan was annoyed that he was asking for one and asked, "a straw??" Yes! Yes, Morgan his wife likes to drink her coffee with a straw, so give him a straw for the $6 coffee he just ordered for his wife. Honestly, had it been me waiting I probably would've kindly asked Morgan if she likes her job? Maybe if all was well in her life? If she was having a bad day? Hi, so stop by this Starbucks to grab a coffee because it was on the way and ran inside because drive thru was too long. I noticed that no one said hi or greeted me then, I was waiting at the register a guy came and I waited for him to at least say hi and what would I like and nothing and that really irritated me. Customer service has gone down hill. They are always out of something, drive thru line will have only 2 cars and still take 10 mins to get through. They are never apologetic. I have to drive further away to get a decent Starbucks experience. Nice, new clean facility. Its not as busy or as small as some of the other locations. I can always find a spot to sit and work during lunch. The bathrooms are always clean and stocked and the staff is friendly. This spot also has a drive thru but I tend to work during my lunch, so I just walk in and grab a snack or refresher. This is my favorite Starbucks to come to. I live by the one off of Archibald and I choose to drive the extra time just to come here. The drive through is always fast, everyone is so nice and welcoming. They all know my order as soon as they see me. (I get the same thing every time) but just shows how much they pay attention to their guest. I love going to this Starbucks even though I love right next to the one on Archibald and Schleisman! The customer service is here is above and beyond. I would go through drive-thru and I am always immediately greeted with a warm welcome. When there is something from the "secret menu" they don't turn you away if they don't know what you are talking about. Instead, they simply ask you for the recipe and will be more than happy to make your drink for you. This morning, 6/22/2020, was NO different. I drove by for my morning coffee, and I wish i got the name of the barista that was working the drive-thru window because he and all the other baristas know more about what customer service is about!
