The cookie butter typically comes as a breve, but I asked for it as a latte and just got regular milk instead. As someone who enjoys sweeter coffees, the latte was perfect for me. Tucked in the heart of Port Charlotte, discovering this place was a breath of fresh air as boba have been a staple back home. I opted for one of my top 3 favorites which is taro smoothie with honey boba. The drink was tasty and creamy and the boba had a nice consistency. One of the girls from my class took a leap of faith towards the Vietnamese coffee as a first timer and loved her drink. The right amount of punch smoothed out by a blanket of condensed milk to ease the edge. Our drinks barely made it out the shop and I was close to ordering a second one. The place was an absolute vibe with a nice greenery backdrop and a decorative neon light for IG photos. The workers were really sweet and we had even met the owner of BobaBae who had been so genuine and kind. It was beautiful and inspiring to hear her passion and love for both boba and Florida.
