Besides serving excellent coffee in their café, they also supply coffee to other businesses across Southwest Florida. On this visit, I ordered a cappuccino. In my opinion, a great cup of coffee is about more than just the ingredients; it's also about the barista, the equipment, and their technique. The barista here crafted a strong espresso with just the right ratio of milk and perfect foam. Delightful! The café itself is cozy and warm, and as usual, it was crowded. There's easy off-street parking since it's located in a small commercial strip center. This place represents what a great coffee experience should be--and it's right here in North Port. As soon as you walk in the ambiance feels cozy, warm and "like home". Very inviting. There was a really long line, which seems to be the norm here-- it's one of the only coffee shops in the area. I've passed by this area for some time and would've never thought this quaint place was hidden behind a gas station. The service is slooooooowwww, ordering ahead is probably your best bet if you're in a rush. I ordered a 20oz iced breve latte and toasted Cuban roll, which totaled $10. $7 for a latte seemed a bit much but maybe that's just me getting used to the new "norm" (or maybe I just need to make coffee at home lol) the coffee was really good. I'm beginning to think Northport just doesn't have local coffee shops with good customer service. I went and ordered a vanilla latte. The guy making the drink calls my name and sets out two drinks, both look the same, both with coffee shops logo facing my direction. As a first timer customer, I didn't realize they scribble the names and abbreviate the drinks on the back so I asked the barista which was mine and he condescendingly pointed out one was made with oatmilk and one made regularly. There was zero sweetener in the drink so I went back to the counter and asked the girl for more vanilla to put in my drink, she seemed annoyed, but she gave it to me anyways. As I was off to the side adjusting my drink, my name was called so I go up to the counter and a barista tells me I grabbed the wrong drink. I told her that I grabbed the drink that the barista who made them told me was mine to which she took the drink I had and responded "do you see where that drink says Jackie on it? Yours has your name on it" And turns away in disgust. Mistakes happen, especially during a rush, but the attitude and lack of professionalism made the experience really unpleasant. The coffee is the best that I've ever had from any coffee shop, and I also purchase their coffee to use at home. More importantly it's their mission that I love. I've given this place three chances, and I honestly have no idea how they're still in business. The coffee is just okay--not terrible, not amazing--but the real issue here is the service. Every time I've gone, there are at least four people behind the counter, but instead of moving with any sense of urgency, they're just standing around, chatting with each other, completely ignoring customers. It consistently takes 15+ minutes just to get a single coffee, and all three times I've been, I've ended up late to work because of their ridiculously slow pace. The final straw was this morning. I ordered a sandwich (which cost me $16!) and after waiting nearly 30 minutes--without any heads-up that it would take that long--I had to leave without it so I wouldn't be even later to work. So basically I paid $16 for... nothing. And to top it all off, the customer service is non-existent. No greeting, no smile, not even a "we'll be right with you" while they gossip behind the counter. Just vibes of "you're bothering us" when you try to order. Definitely won't be coming back. Plenty of other coffee shops that respect your time and your money. read more

Wow! My mom has lived in this area for over 20 years. When we come into town, we are always looking for new local business. We found this place on Yelp and decided to give it a go when we saw their coffee flight! It did not disappoint! Their North Port location is in a weird location, but they get a lot of traffic despite this. Not only is their coffee good, but they also give back! I had been trying to check out this place for months, since I saw them on Instagram promoting their new coffee shop in town. One Sunday, whike out with my mother, we decided to try to find this little hidden gem and give it a shot. When we pulled up, I didn't realize what a cute, quaint little shop this place is. Loved the cafe vibe inside and the chairs and table were you make an hour long stop and read your paper along with your coffee. Loved it! Now, granted they close earlier on Sunday's, so when we walked in at 12:30, the employees seemed anxious to go. Being my first time in, I really wasn't sure what I wanted. The employee waiting on me was tapping her nails on the counter, and kind of giving me the "let's go lady" look. Not cool. After reviewing the bubble tea menu, we settled on a green tea and a creme brulee bubble tea. The drinks were made quickly. Unfortunately, after we got our drinks about 5 more people walked in, looking to get their fix. I am sure they didn't realize the hours, and that they were closing so early on a Sunday. The teas were tasty. The decor was adorable. The owners seem super nice on social media, so this is why the 3 star review. Cute cafe, located next to Mobile gas station as well as the barber shop. This cafe has comfortable puffy chairs, as well as tables if you want to get some studying done. I came in around 9:00am and they were busy serving customers. There were two staff whose were friendly and quick with their service. I ordered an americano and an everything bagel with cream cheese. My dad got an abbe's glazed donut with chocolate and white chocolate frosting and a black tea. My americano was amazing (I added coconut milk to it--$0.75 charge) and the bagel with cream cheese was toasted perfectly and had the perfect amount of chewy/crunchy. Say here for a bit eating and chatting with my dad. It's a good place to sit and chat with someone, to study, read, etc. nice environment and cute decorations. Bathroom was clean and well supplied.
