This location gets a star because of the Corporate name. It gets a star because the manager didnt hassle me when I requested a credit after waiting more than 10 minutes for my mobile order that didnt materialize. It gets 1 star simply bc you cant do no stars. I appreciate that there was a car show going on nearby... and that's why I did a mobile order... so i wouldn't have to wait a long time in line. I left with out my coffee... and regret not stopping at the other coffee place down the road on my way to my appointment. The store needs to more effectively plan staffing for local events, especially those across the street. read more

Needed a pick me up so my Sweetness took me to get a white chocolate mocha. The service was great as usual! There was like 6 cars in front of us but they were amazingly fast! Guy taking my drink got both sizes wrong, so when I got drinks and pointed out wrong size, was told "well that's size you paid for" then he walked away!! I hate to be this person but I would put 0 stars if I could, But this is my first time at this starbucks in months. I received horrible and I mean horrible service here. I am a starbucks partner and I have been to 1000 of different locations and never received bad service no matter how busy it is. Even when it's busy nobody is suppose to receive bad service. I was told wrong information when I already know what is true and not true. My 2 drinks were made wrong. I asked for more milk due to them putting hardly any milk in my drink when the sticker clearly had the ask me but I was told they were going to charge me when I already paid for the milk in the first place. To top everything there was a plastic rubber band looking thing in one of the drinks.. I left the place shaking because of how rude they were. I would of rather sombody help me with a whatever tone in their voice then somebody who was going to be a snob while telling me. I understand things happen but for this many things in this one visit is not okay. I just paid four dollars for a coffee and it's horrible! Not to mention the 20 minutes it took for me to get my coffee! Nobody greeted me when I arrived and I waited at the register and then waited again for them to give me my coffee. The kicker is it was just drip coffee! They didn't leave room for cream like I had asked or stirred the syrups in and on top of it all, they charged me double for the syrups. when I went to put cream in my coffee there was no creamer either. read more

I usually try to avoid this Starbucks because they are SO SLOW. I have waited in their drive-thru for anywhere from 15-45 minutes with only a few people ahead of me. The second time I went there, I went through the drive thru and the person at the window short changed me and was really rude about it when I told her that she shorted me a dollar. Came to work a but and have my morning coffee and couldnt really do any of the comfortably bc it was FREEZING inside! The thing is that today was not a hot day at all but because DEBBIE the manager was "sweating" as she stated she decided to turn on AC even thought multiple customers stated that it was freezing and that the AC should be turned off. She blatantly ignored the freezing customers. While i was there one of the employee stated that it was a "blizzard" in her and she told him to move faster so that he wouldnt be freezing. I just think that this manager had no interest in the paying customers comments nor the customer service she was providing. Especially since this is the manager who is the ONLY one who is hot! When customers and employees are stating that it's freezing as the manager put her customers and employees first! But that's quite apparent she does not care whatsoever! One of my favourite places to study and meet friends. Tried their Unicorn and choc mint Frappe recently. I found both of them ok.

Quite possibly the worst service we have ever received at a Starbucks! We went on a Sunday and the entire staff was made up of teenagers. We ordered two coffees and two breakfast sandwiches. Oddly, the three sets of teenagers who ordered after us were given their items before us! Explain how that wotks!?
