Just moved to the area from Atlanta and this was my first Starbucks run at the closest location to my new home. Sadly it will not be my go to Starbucks. So I get that I will have to accept that Starbucks is more expensive here than it is in Atl. But they do not offer a "vanilla chai latte" the vanilla is an up charge which was not the case where u lived previously. Then they ignored my scan for points and when I asked them to do it they said they can't...but I was holding it up and they just asked for payment. Lastly they messed up my order. I do 2 pumps vanilla only and light ice. It has 3 pumps vanilla and was definitely not light ice. I don't have an overly complex order so I'll be going to a different location gong forward. read more

Not such a great experience at this location as we just happened to be in the area. There was no greeting by any employees including the girl taking our order. Just basically silence from her and the communication went in only one direction as we tried to engage some friendliness or a smile to no success. I had a caramel macchiato and my wife had a Cortado. I spelled my name to her and she completely failed as our beverages had the name 'Edith' instead of 'Ethan'. It was not loud in there. I understand sometimes people have bad days; but, if you are in a customer-facing position, you just have to sometimes be a performer. At least smile, welcome to Starbucks, or thank you for your order, or would you like your receipt(?). The coffees ordered were not as good as we've had at other Starbucks locations in Orlando. Need to work on cleanliness in store front and the bathrooms were gross... however, the reason for the review is I asked for a tall pumpkin spice with two extra shots of espresso which I've asked for the past 10 years so I know what one taste like. If I could give the Starbucks, zero stars, I definitely would. Especially when it comes to their treatment of customers. The man who greeted us in the drive through was so kind, but after about 20 seconds of our car (4 items), trying to make sure the person by the window knew what everyone wanted, a woman rudely hopped on the intercom and tells us that we needed to hurry up because there were people behind us, but she did it in a way that crossed a line. Her attitude was way more than necessary. I could understand if we had been sitting there for even a minute, but there are so many nicer ways to do this. Considering everyone in our car has/does work customer service and jobs that deal heavily with the public, we understand that sometimes people are a lot to deal with, but we also all agreed that if we would have spoken to anyone in that tone, it would have only escalated a problem. My go to Starbucks in the area when I am around home. The drive thru line is always long, but some days they do Service the drive they line efficient. All the drinks I have order is always correct and they have friendly workers at the drive thru. Inside is very nice with seatings throughout the store. They also have an outside patio. There was only 5-6 people in the store. It took them 20 minutes to make my one drink. People in there with us were super angry. Screw the mobile orders. I'm right here. This is not the first time I've noticed Diamond (the girl at the window) snarky attitude while coming to this location. She has no customer service skills and seem to be bothered by working at this establishment. The store number was 8957. There are many young people looking for jobs in this girl doesn't seem appreciative to working at an establishment like this. After a long day at work, sometimes you need a cup of coffee to push through the rest of your day. This Ocoee Starbucks certainly delivered! Food: I ordered the chocolate cream cold brew and vanilla cream cold brew in the "trenta" size. Both drinks were delicious though I preferred the chocolate cream. At over $5 per cup, I felt it was a good value given the inflationary times. Service: The cashier, K, was pleasant and we had a brief but enjoyable conversation. Within five minutes, I had both cups of coffee with my name spelled correctly on both and I was out the door. Ambiance: Both inside and outside the store were clean and inviting. I have been to Starbucks stores where the furniture was busted or the tables needing cleaning up--not here. Very happy the renovations are over! When I go inside, everything looks rather clean and bathrooms are not disgusting. When I use the drive through, it is a little slow but it moves pretty well for the morning commuters, in my opinion. The location isn't my favorite only because of how many lights are near it. You do have to make a U-turn at a light if you are traveling west on 439/silver star rd I would definitely recommend this location to new comers! read more

As an avid Starbucks customer and drinker, I was quite surprised when I visited this location. Both of my hot drinks were given without the protectors applied nearly burning my hand but I had to return to this location due to my drinks not only being flavorless and my cookies not warmed as requested, and the customer service I received was not satisfactory or welcoming. Tried to politely explain to the young lady April behind the counter that I simply wanted a remake of my beverages and my cookies but she immediately and very rudely dismissed me by waving her hand and walking away to allow another employee to assist. Could not recall her name (because I was so shocked by this girl who so nonchalantly acted as if I was not a paying customer) but she definitely apologized and ensured our orders were corrected. Love these new looks but a little disappointed. What did I get No issues with the drinks. Placed my order on the app while waiting in store and surprisingly the drink was made a couple of mins earlier than scheduled. Environment Love the big windows! A lot of sunlight in the place. BUT I don't like that not all the tables have outlets especially the tables by the window and also those in the center. There is a row of bench with 4 small tables and that whole section has outlets. There is also outdoor seating with about 6-7 tables. I know one locations even outside has outlets, but this location also doesn't have outlets for the outdoor seating. Niceness of the staff I had minimum interactions with the staff. But observing the staff interacting with the guests seem nice Dollar Typical Starbucks pricing. Nothing different Yes? I have been a loyal member since high school years and that is a long time ago... My friends and I would often go here to study, to talk, or just to catch up. Personally, I preferred the old location (next to Chik Fil A) better since it was more convenient of a drive for me. Even so, I love the spacious layout and the drive-thru of the new location just as much. There are more tables and chairs compared than before. The environment here is usually calming and relaxing and the barista are always so friendly and cheerful, which makes it a perfect place to drink coffee, read a book, do homework, etc. At time, especially during lunch hours, night time, and weekends, it tends to get crowded and a bit noisy, but it is not the end of the world. That is where my airbuds come in! Sometimes, I like going to Starbucks just to check out their cups and seasonal items. What I usually get at Starbucks? When it comes to pulling an all-nighter for exam, I would get the Emperor's Cloud hot tea and/or the Vietnamese Iced Coffee or "Ca Phe Sua Da." These 2 drinks definitely will keep me up all night! The recipe for the iced coffee is 4 shots of expresso with 5 pumps of white chocolate mocha in a venti cup of ice. You can alter the recipe depending on your taste bud and personal preference of bitterness or sweetness. I usually use the app to pre-order but at times I would order in person just by saying 4-5 or 4-4 or 3-4 (only certain locations know what it means). On a normal basis, I often order the Verry Berry hibiscus, Iced Green Tea, Strawberry Acai, and Mango Dragonfruit. I love refresher drinks, especially with Florida's intense heatwave. During Christmas season, I would only get the Caramel Brulee latte with extra toppings! The richness and creamy taste uplifts my mood right away and keep me warm throughout the day during the Florida's "cold" season. read more

This Starbucks has exceptional customer service in the drive thru. The line was very long but it moved pretty quickly. There seemed to be multiple orders in every car in front of me and yet the employees were lighthearted and professional. There were smiles and friendly banter from the beginning to the end of my experience. I was a little bummed that they were out of peach juice. My favorite drink is black tea with peach juice instead of water and half the sugar. Since they were out of what I wanted they suggested that I replace the peach juice with guava juice. It was a good enough substitute. My grandson loved his strawberry açaí refresher along with egg bites and a Birthday Cake Pop. read more

Solid 'newer' location that has all the bells and whistles. They have a drive-thru and plenty of space inside. We dropped through for a quick drink and everything was as expected. They have a larger parking lot, which is nice for this chain, as not all of the locations have good parking situations. The staff was friendly and the drink was made as ordered. I normally come to this Starbucks to study or do my homework assignments with my friends. The atmosphere is really calming and it's not too cold. Although it can get a little loud do to the other customers, that come in with their group of friends, I simply just block them out with earbuds and jam out while working on my things. The two main drinks that I get here are the Iced Matcha Green Tea and the Mango Dragonfruit. A lot of the time, when I order a Matcha flavored drink, there's a bit of a fishy aftertaste, but the baristas here really know how to make it perfectly. The Iced Matcha Green Tea with Soymilk makes the drink a little bit thicker and creamier. If you're feeling adventurous, add whip cream on the top. If you're not feeling in the caffeine mood, the Mango Dragonfruit Refresher is interesting. It comes with the actual Dragonfruit in it and the flavor is not too sweet and is really refreshing, especially after being in the Florida heat. My drinks are always made correctly and taste great. I have not been in a situation where they have been out of any drink yet unless it was a seasonal drink at the end of the season (had that happen at all Starbucks locations). This location definitely has one of the nicest staff! No matter what time of the day you go there is always someone really friendly at the drive-thru window! They are super quick and efficient. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes total from order to pickup even when there are multiple cars in front of me. This Starbucks staff is also really great at consistency!! (I usually get the same drink everyday) and they make it EXACTLY the same everyday. We visit Starbucks several times each week and almost always have the same experience. Today this Starbucks hasn't been as good. It too more than 20 minutes to get one drink out of 4 in our party and it was made wrong, but the order was taken wrong. I ordered a strawberry green tea lemonade and it came as a watered down strawberry green tea. I drank it anyway and ordered a refill of what I had originally ordered. Because we have a gold card, the refill is usually free. Today they charged me .89 for a Strawberry infusion and this is even after I told them the first wasn't made correctly.
