Pros: most of the staff is friendly (minus one gentleman who usually opens) and not as crowded as other sbx which makes it good to study in Cons: my biggest complaint is the WiFi, absolutely horrendous. Works decently for the first 15 mins here but after that it completely becomes unusable even after signing out and back into the network, this is the only factor which would keep me away from this sbx and go to another location as they have more reliable WiFi. read more

Rudest employees ever. They don't look you in the eye, not even when you're standing right in front of them. They don't thank you or show appreciation even though you just spent $7 on a 45 second transaction. I go to Starbucks every day because I travel every week for work and Starbucks is easy for me. They do have some good associates throughout their system. Unfortunately, most times I go to one of their stores, I leave with a piss-poor attitude from their awful service. I think I owe this place a review since I frequent it often (I work nearby). They are always nice, it is clean, and orders are timely. I often do mobile orders and I've never had an issue with timing. My only reason for subtracting a star is that the layout of the parking lot straight up sucks and honestly is kind of dangerous. Depending on which way you enter, the drive thru can even be a pain to access. I wish it was better thought out. I'm always in a hurry when I visit, and sometimes I avoid going in fear that I won't be able to find a spot to park quickly/be able get into the drive thru. Hate to subtract a star for that reason because the service is great, but it does impact my visit. read more

I was really happy with this Starbucks. My boyfriend's flight got delayed out of MCO, so we pulled up to this Sbux at 5:55am. They hadn't opened the doors yet, but they saw us and a couple others waiting and opened the doors early. They served up our drinks quickly and with a smile. I go to this specific Starbucks simply because it is convient, and on the way to work. The drive thru is very fast and efficent, and the employees are very kind. But the many times i have went inside, the employees are not helpful or cheerful at all, like the drive thru is. There has been many times that they stand there talking to eachother while you are standing there waiting to order. They are normally accommodating and fast, but when it comes to mobile orders, they are horrible. I order my drinks in my app 10 minutes before I get to the store because I know how busy they get. The food and coffee are generally fine, it's the service that is terrible. First, I must say, I'm starting to feel this way about every Starbucks, so this place is no different from the rest. I find Starbucks employees to be "fashionably" rude and oblivious to their customers. When you ask a simple question, they stare at you and role their eyes. While you're waiting for your drink and or food, they don't yell out your name, they just simply drop the bag or cup on the counter, mumble something incoherent, then walk away with their nose in the air.
