This location never lets me down. Currently their front entrance is closed bc the sidewalk is being redone but you can get to it from the hotel lobby. When I order ahead, my drink is always accurate and it's always done before the estimated time. Service is friendly and quick. This location is a hidden gem downtown, located inside the Bohemian hotel. It has an elegant decor, modern, sophisticated touches, and the furnishings are more elegant than your usual Starbucks. Since the Bohemian own this Starbucks, you're allow to use your app but they do not take rewards here. The staff is always friendly, and if you enough they may know your name ;) My only complaint is that they close early at this location, I believe around 7pm. It's also a good spot to get some work done. Good amount of tables, chairs and high top that looks out the window for people watching. Also, don't forget about the art gallery right next door that features Jean Claude Roy... if you like Vincent Van Gogh you'll enjoy this artist's work ;) oil on canvas and he's exclusive to the Bohemian chain. This is the worst starbucks I've ever been too, I work downtown and go here often. Terrible service. You put an order in online, they send a notification that it's ready, when you arrive it is never ready and they are working on a million orders before yours. It's a huge inconvenience to place a pick up order and falsely be told it's ready for pickup and it not be, especially when you have to clock out for your lunches. Terrible service. Please get a new manager or hire more workers. read more

Sadly, this location is slowly but surely going downhill. Lately, they can barely manage to open on time (7a weekdays). The employees don't seem to be very happy and the customers are starting to notice, and I don't know what management is doing but they need a new game plan. This is the only Starbucks in the area and it's attached to the Grand Bohemian so folks will come here no matter what because they want their caffeine, but we have an expectation when it comes to customer service and this location needs to up their game. read more

The customer service here is atrocious. When I walked up the lady (didn't get her name but she was Friday American and young) had thrown the utensil toward the counter and it fell on the floor. She huffed and shrugged her arms. Then after I ordered coffees and pastries for my kids and I. I asked them to warm them up. The lady went on to make the coffees and completely ignored our pastries. She started making coffees for those after us and after a while I asked about our pastries. She said she would get someone in the back to try to get it. Like WHAT?!?! Finally after some time of no one doing it I went back up and asked for it as our Uber was coming to pick us up. She didn't warm up the lemon bread. They said it's their protocol not to bc of the icing up top. I told them I don't mind it getting melted. The new trainee said she can do it but it might melt. The other worker that was rude the entire time started yelling at her that she can't promise that and that they are not going to do it. I was in shock not only at how she treated her coworker but that she didn't find some compromise as they just could have cut off the icing and heated the rest. She had a bad energy about her, was dismissive and rude the entire time. Eventually I saw what looked like a manager walk out to ask her what happened. Why THIS manager didn't come out when she heard the issue happening is beyond me. CORPORATE, take a look at your employees here!!!!!!! read more

Inside of the Grand Bohemian this location caters to the hotel guests and local businesses. As it's in the hotel, this location has no drive thru. they do however offer mobile ordering, which is must faster usually than waiting in the line and then getting your drink. It's clean and well-kept, but smaller. It's really nice, but the service and drinks are a little hit or miss in consistency. I've been a few times, and I'd say half the time it was good and per the usual expectation, the other half it was slow and the order was wrong. So, it's not the best, but not the worst I've ever been to for the chain. Overall: B- Needs to work on consistency, but a really nice location. read more

2017's Yelp 100 Challenge 96/100 This is the most beautiful Starbucks I have ever been to! It is connected to a hotel as well as a restaurant and bar. It's hands down the cleanest Starbucks I've ever seen. There are plenty of seats as well as a lot of the tables. There are high waisted tables if you want to sit on stools, there's also normal seating as well as extremely comfortable chairs. The Barista who took my order spelled my name correctly lol which is always a plus, and they gave me the most delicious drink I ever had. I actually tried the coconut cold brew today and it had just the right amount of sugar; I didn't even have to do add anything to it except a little vanilla (personal preference) and I was on my way. The drink was ready extremely fast, I think I waited a total of five minutes. It was just a pleasant experience all around and even though the Starbucks is downtown and it's about 15 minutes from my job, I will definitely go out of my way to go to the location in the future. read more

I made a quick stop here in DT Orlando, and I was actually pleasantly surprised to see how fast the service was. We walked in to a relatively clean coffee shop, and the baristas greeted us once we walked in. Even though there were a few customers in the shop, the line moved very fast, especially for an early Sunday morning. I ordered an iced coffee, while my friend ordered a hot latte. Both drinks came out within a few minutes after ordering; there was seriously no wait. When I tasted my drink, it did lack some sweetness, so I asked the barista if they could add a few more pumps of syrup. They gladly helped me immediately after finishing the drink they were making. Great location in downtown Orlando. It is located under/connected to the Grand Bohemian hotel. Because it is not a standalone establishment - rules are a bit different here. They will not let you use certain rewards/free drinks. They do participate in some "happy hour" events though and will have some specials on occasion. This location - depending on the time of your visit - is usually fairly busy. There is usually quite a line. There is also a decent amount of seating inside - on a normal day you can usually find someone in there having a meeting. The inside is actually quite small compared to others. It's the Starbucks inside the Grand Bohemian and has an entrance on the street as well so there is always a crowd. I have been working from here for the last two weeks pretty regularly and they have some issues with their WiFi working. I have had to request them to check their connection and some days it just isn't working at all. That's no fun when you are there to get some work done. The art on display is usually from local artists and right now the wall is full of amazing things. You have to stroll through just to see all the art =) There is an amazing long table to set up at for some work time with a buddy or two (if the interwebz is working). read more

This location can get a bit crowded in the morning hours during the week with everyone working downtown getting their morning coffee before work, sometime there's even a line out the door, but the morning crew can always get you in and out fairly quickly! My drink is always made correctly when I go here, and if it's not they will remake it and sometimes give you a gift card for a free drink next time you return for having to wait. Great customer service! Also, for any basketball lovers....the majority of the visiting NBA teams stay at the Grand Bohemian and grab their morning coffee at this Starbucks before heading off to the Amway Center to practice. This Starbucks location is different from most. Located centrally off of Orange Ave. in downtown Orlando, this Starbucks is incredibly convenient if you happen to work downtown during the day. With that being said, it is unique in the respect that it is actually connected to the Grand Bohemian hotel. When first visiting this Starbucks, I did not originally think that the Starbucks was actually connected to the lobby of the hotel, but it is...if you happen to be sipping your coffee in the chairs next to a window towards the back of the cafe, you even have a prime view of cars being valeted. Honestly, this makes for a bizarre experience; however, the good news is that the Grand Bohemian is a very high-class hotel, and so ultimately it does not detract too much from the Starbucks ambiance. As far as drinks go, I can't recall having any major slip-ups with my drink order here. But as a few other yelpers have mentioned, this store can get especially crowded considering it is really not large at all for a downtown location. Don't plan to zip in and out unless it is an off time in the middle of the day. All in all, this Starbucks is great for stopping into while you're downtown. The bummer is that they aren't exactly open at night (which is usually when I tend to find myself downtown). read more

I come here consistently and every time the employees seem distracted and have no sense of urgency. I've often had my drinks made incorrectly which is an easy fix, except the service is super slow. Also inconvenient if you've gotten all the way back to work before realizing it was made incorrectly. Also they don't let you use rewards at this store and you can't order ahead of time, since it's part of a hotel and not an independent starbucks. If the customer service and consistency was improved, I'd give it 5 stars. read more

I think that SB needs to denote in their app the franchise stores. This is one of those times. I like SB but these places do not offer everything you expect to find at SB. First of which no reward usage here and also you can't use those app coupons that SB sends you. When trying to get a reward drink it was sprung upon me these things. I ordered my usual white chocolate mocha and got a slice of that pound cake. The drink came out relatively quick as did my cake. The drink tasted as expected and the pound cake did as well. The Grand Bohemian location = love. First off, they have such great artwork on the walls, paintings, photos, etc... (a lot of Starbucks I see are ALL windows). But I really like all the artwork. They get your creativity flowing when you get stumped so it's a great place to get some work done. They also have a TON of tables! Yes, comfy chairs are fun, but sometimes I just need a place to work and tables can get scarce but not here. Most Starbucks have nice people working there, but it can be hit or miss but the guys working the night I went were really friendly and welcoming.
