This particular location failed to offer a welcome as I stepped in to grab my order. I even lingered a bit to see if an employee would acknowledge my presence, but no one did. I never have that problem at my regular location, however. My Potato Cheddar & Chive Bakes were very tasty. Forgot to add a hot sauce condiment this time, which was a bummer. It is a convenient location, being that it is on this Main Road intersection, the fact that they have a drive-thru, they have some outdoor seating, and more. The service was friendly and I was in and out in a decent amount of time. So why only three stars? Honestly, I just think that the price point is a bit high for the quality that they offer. Out of all the Starbucks within my area this is without a doubt my absolute favorite location. I always get such great customer service here and I always get my order right. You know what I mean right? There's always that one Starbucks that manages to constantly mess up your order, for example, the piece of crap one over in Waterford lakes (avoid at all cost). The funny thing is that for a long time I avoided going to Starbucks because I felt like their coffee had gone downhill and there were much better independent coffee shops (which there are, don't misunderstand me) but then they came out with the almond milk honey flat white and that's basically all I drink from them but it's so good that it's worth frequenting Starbucks just for that alone! A couple issues with this location. I went through the drive through with my boyfriend and got a salted caramel cream cold brew along with another drink and some food. When we received my drink, I noticed it tasted like straight syrup and the wrong kind of syrup as well. My boyfriend and I went into the store to get a new one and as I walk up to the counter, the woman behind the counter noticed that I had my drink and already started giving nasty looks towards us. After she finished with the customer in front of us (she was also a little rude to that customer as well), I explained to her that the drink tasted off since I always get the same drink. She tried telling me that they only added vanilla syrup and then proceeded to ask if I wanted it without the syrup, looking at me like I was crazy and was causing her stress. She told the barista to make it without syrup, mind you I wanted CARAMEL and not vanilla AND mentioned that. I normally don't complain about drinks or service, but when I know my drink isn't made right and the barista has the audacity to treat a customer with disrespect and contempt for asking them to make the drink correctly and still didn't make it properly either. I appreciate the barista who stepped in to try to help and making the drink as she told him, but they need to start being more mindful of who they hire. Maybe hire baristas who want to make coffee and genuinely enjoy doing it, maybe my coffee would be a real Salted Caramel Cream Cold Brew and not the knock off they're now trying to sell. read more

This location's store hours are from 5:30am to 9pm Mon-Fri and 6am to 9pm on weekends. Yet, they randomly close indoor sitting at 2pm-3pm and 5pm. The last time I was here sitting, eating, drinking, and working on my laptop, a staff member told us "sorry we're closing at 5pm you have to leave" ?! Really?! within an hour of me getting here? Yesterday, 4/14/22 at 1:40pm, again closed!? With no actual reason, just a sign "apologizing for the inconvenience," I don't understand why? I go to other Starbucks locations and never go through this ridiculous situation. It seems to me that the afternoon staff are lazy and there's no supervision. So I really enjoy visiting this location. Specially since I usually visit this location around 6am, while driving to the Orlando office. Long story, short, the company I work for has 11 locations and I drive a lot. So one of their locations is in Orlando and this is maybe the only location that is on my way to their Orlando office. I always order ahead, through their mobile app and depending on the traffic, waiting line at the drive-thru, and to be honest, my mood, I will either pick up my order through the drive-try or stop real quick to pick it up inside. I really enjoy this location because I feel like it has the friendliest Starbucks Baristas I have ever seen. Having gone there mostly at 6am, it really surprises me to see employees in such an upbeat and friendly mood, eager to help. Maybe my expectations are low, given the time of day, but to be honest, employees here are so friendly, I don't mind talking to them at 6am. lol! Order is always perfect and ready for me to pick up. Drive thru review! We stopped here while driving in the area and hit the drive thru since we were on the go! There were a couple cars ahead of me but there line moved quickly. They have the new large order screen where you can see the drive thru barista inside taking your order. It's super handy cause you can see your order as they enter it, and ensure all is right. Your total for they purchase is there as well. After a short wait we were up at the window and the cashier was friendly. After my first couple less-than-amazing visits I have almost exclusively gone through the drive-through and I have to say the drive-thru employees are pretty awesome. Most of the employees really go out of their way to try to engage me in some conversation, which can be really tricky when I'm in a pre-coffee zombie state. I appreciate their effort. Lines at the drive-thru are rare, but predictably longer during peak morning hours. Even then the line seems to move fast. Happy, super fast employees, not too crowded since people don't know it's there yet and all the furniture is brand new. This location has a drive through (yay) but the inside is relatively small. There's a small lounge with four arm chairs. In the front window there's two high top tables and a bar at the end of baristas area. There's an 8 seat common table and maybe six 2-person tables. Considering that this area is close to the hospital and in the midst of many middle class neighborhoods, I predict that it will be well patronized (read: crowded) Anyway, it's in a great location. This location has been one of favorites for two reasons. The first (and more obvious reason) is how close it is to my house. I can literally roll out of bed, place my order and pickup in less than 5 minutes. When picking up I always go inside because the drive-thru line here is always packed. They always have my drink ready inside within 5 minutes of ordering. EVERY TIME. Besides proximity, the baristas here have consistently been the nicest, sweetest and most caring that I have ever experienced. No matter how busy they are they always take time with the customers and give recommendations and rectify any issues with orders or products that are sold out. I visit this StarBucks several times a week and they are always get my morning started off right. The line is never too long, and when it is, the line moves fast. They always get my drink right. I had not been to this location since it opened but since I was in the area I had to get me a quad shot venti caramel macchiato... lol That is my crack of choice... The gal that took my order seemed to be a bit distracted and I had to repeat my order. Bear in mind I have already handed her my gold card and then she asks me my name instead of just looking at my gold card like all the other stores do. The barista made my drink and just set it on the counter without even calling out my name as they do in the other stores. The store itself is beautiful. There is plenty of space for the customers if it is busy and to sit down after they receive their order. There is a patio area for the people to go sit when the Florida weather cooperates. New stores always take time to work out the kinks and I am sure in time everything will be addressed but the friendly factor needs to be stepped up a bit.
