I live down the street from Framework and genuinely love stopping in. The food is always great, and the coffee is good too. Unfortunately, our experience today was a little disappointing because of the customer service. We tried the iced flat white and an iced latte today. Both were good, but the flat white was definitely the standout. We also ordered two sandwiches, and when they came out, we noticed that one was missing the greens that were listed on the menu. When we asked about it, the guy at the counter told us they weren't currently serving greens because of the recent lettuce contamination concerns. We completely understand that, but it would have been nice to know when ordering, especially since it was listed as part of the sandwich. When we mentioned that, his response was dismissive and he walked away. We actually had to say, "Hey, you're being kind of rude." His response was, "Yeah, I know. Wanna talk to my manager? He's over there." The manager looked up but didn't come over or address the situation. We even left a good tip because you never know what someone may be dealing with or whether they're just having a bad day. But unfortunately, when someone is the face of the business and interacting directly with customers, friendliness and basic customer service really matter. We'll definitely go back because we genuinely enjoy the food and coffee, but this interaction was unfortunate and knocked the experience down a star for us. Hopefully it was just an off day, because we really do like Framework and would love to continue supporting a neighborhood spot we enjoy. read more

This is such a fun gem in the Mills 50 district. Sometimes parking can be a little nuts (like most places in this area), but you can typically find a couple of spots on the street or in the lot behind the building. Their coffee is really really good. I always find myself closing my eyes and savoring that first sip. Their baked goods are also fantastic. With creative signature drink favors and friendly baristas, I always want to love Framework, but end up finding myself a bit disappointed. This visit, I ordered the Coconut Jasmine Sage latte. While it was a well-made coffee, it didn't actually taste like jasmine or sage - I just got the flavor of coconut milk. If I'm going to pay for a specialty coffee I want at least a moment of "ooh yum", so I won't be likely to return. I love Framework craft coffee house. I have been a patron of theirs ever since they had a coffee truck. Their coffee is hands down some of the best in Orlando. The prices are fair and they have a lot of gluten free and vegan options. I love that they have other milk alternatives than just oat and almond. I always opt for the macadamia nut milk option because it's lighter than other milk alternatives. The employees are always so friendly and they have fun events like move nights. It's a great cafe to meet up with a friend or get some work done. They even have some cute local vendors instead if you are looking for a unique gift. They are open a bit later than most coffee shops in the area which I love for a mid day pick me up. You definitely need to drop in and give them a try! read more

Cute local coffee shop hangout. It is located on a corner of a strip mall with parking in the back. We were fortunate to find a space as the parking lot was almost full. You don't have to walk around to the front of the building to enter as they have a back door entrance which was nice. They offer both table and some counter sitting. Latte was smooth and chai tea latte was delicious. The sizes though are smaller so don't expect a 16 or 20 ounce to go cup here. read more

5 Stars for a great cortado, satisfying breakfast sandwich, and chill atmosphere. The coffee is goooood- that's always a positive start! They have pour over, espresso drinks, seasonal options, and drip coffee with free refills. They also have some great food options including several vegetarian options that include "meat" by The Kind Cleaver (a vegan deli spot that used to be inside Market on South). I loved my sourdough English muffin with egg, spinach, and a hash brown inside. I also appreciate the different seating in Framework and find myself sitting at the railing by the window enjoying the view of busy Mills Ave. Finally, there's plenty of parking out back so you don't have to struggle with Mills Ave on street parking. read more

I really enjoyed my visit to Framework coffee! My barista was very friendly, made me a great drink, and was a good conversationalist. He knew A LOT about their coffee and was willing to humor my coffee questions, which was awesome. Framework carries beans from a few different roasters: credo, kos, filagree, prairie house, leatherback, etc. The mood was bright & uplifting, with natural plants, vibrant murals, and local indie leaning art and zines. There's a parking lot behind the strip that generally has at least a few spots open, though on particularly busy days, you might have to scrounge for street parking. There's a decent amount of indoor seating, and at least one larger table that could accommodate a larger group. It's a chill vibe, and they carry goods from local vendors inside, so it's nice to peruse the retail section, as well as the constantly changing art lineup. The drinks are what I would consider more coffee forward, and that's not a bad thing but sometimes the subtleness of the syrups/flavors it *too* subtle for my liking. The vanilla latte is super solid, as is the mocha. The baristas are generally friendly and helpful. read more

They support the community in many ways, from selling local artists' work to their barter book. They do not up charge for switching your milk choice which I just LOVE THEM FOR lol. I stopped in with my kids yesterday after we had a failed attempt at vegan donuts down the street. The kids were full but I was looking for a good coffee and savory breakfast. I realized this place was on my list and it was only a couple of streets away so I drove up and parked around back. There were quite a few inside but no one at the counter so I ordered right away. I had a hard time understanding the menu so the cashier explained it to me. I ended up ordering a coffee, a breakfast sandwich, (a cookie - unintentional, I swear!) and a wrap to-go because it sounded delicious. The coffee came out fairly quickly then the food a little later so I enjoyed most of the cookie with my daughter. The staff were all super friendly and one of them gave my son some coins because he was obsessed with the machines. I sat and enjoyed my breakfast sandwich and the rest of my coffee. The English muffin came out nice and crunchy, and I was satisfied. Overall great place. I saved the burrito for lunch today and it was full of flavor. I'll start with the parking there's plenty of it. They have a parking lot outback parking on the side and parking in front so if that was your worry, no excuse the next thing is the food. I had a gluten-free peanut butter cookie and it was delicious and moist. It actually lasted me for three days because I'm a slow eater and I put it in a Ziploc bag and it retain the same taste until the end. The ambience is eclectic, but I liked it. They have plenty of seating and the crowd seem to filter through. I had a seasonal drink and it was delicious strong with just enough of the coffee taste to make you remember you're drinking coffee and not just a sweet treat. It wasn't over sugary over therapy or anything. It was absolutely perfect. This is a great coffee shop good place to meet up or sit by yourself and people watch. read more

Framework is in the heart of Mills 50 so if you live in the area, it's an easy walk and it really feels like your neighborhood coffee shop. They support all types of local businesses by selling local goodies like plants, honey, art...Also... their syrups are homemade, which I love! When I visited, it was pretty busy, so if you plan to stay a while, make sure you bring headphones! Most of the seating is set up for two people, which is perfect for a coffee date or catching up with a friend. But if you're coming with a bigger group, definitely try to grab the one of the big tables in the front before someone else does. I have had Framework previously when they had a truck, but this was my first time at their spot. Wow. I got a Peruvian drip coffee that was excellent, my friend got a cappuccino that she loved. Stopped by after lunch this weekend to check out Framework for the first time. The space is pretty large, with a good amount of seating available. There are different items for sale throughout the store, which all appear to be locally crafted items. The baked goods case looked yummy, but I didn't get anything - maybe on a future visit. I did get a quad espresso on ice with oat milk and while it is a much fruitier espresso than I typically enjoy, you could tell it is high quality. And the service was great. This place is amazing! Not only do they have fantastic drinks and eats, but they have lots of local goods! I got the House Chai Latte and it was delicious. Lots of flavor and spice! We also tried the Strawberry Fields Kombucha. Didn't like it as much but it was still tasty! All of the staff was fabulous and super friendly. We've found a new favorite place! Thanks to the Coffee Culture keychain, we were inspired to check out Framework a few weeks ago and now we've gone back multiple times. The coffee is delicious and you can tell it's crafted with compassion. Each person who has served us has been welcoming and kind. It's a great spot to read, relax, play cards, and enjoy a good cup! I've passed by this place quite often, but after they've already closed. My fiancé and I finally decided to check it out during opening hours and it was very nice. We got two drinks to enjoy there and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. It was nice that they served it in cups so that it didn't create waste. I love the selection of pastries from Valhalla Bakery and Buttermilk Bakery they offer! The vibe of the shop was very laid back and relaxing. I also love the little Knick knacks and products they offer from different local vendors! The barista was friendly and helped recommend drinks and pastries for my guest and I. Are you looking for the next cool and hip coffee shop? Well you got it in Framework. Its decor and relaxed environment screams Gen Z or anyone who is into a mix of hipster, industrial, books, and coffee shop vibes. In all honestly, I loved it here! It's a cozy space with a variety of seating and chairs. Not a single rude person to me. The employees looked like typical baristas at a cool, hip coffee shop: cool and fashionably dressed. Do you shy away from coffee shops because of your outfit? Well, I don't think they will judge you here but these people are dressed like they belong in some alt or trendy editorial. Seriously one guy was in an oversized blazer and suit! Fashion aside: the coffee...err tea in this case. I tried out the chilled 12 hour steeped tea which was Earl Grey at the moment. I absolutely hated it. It tasted minty and earl grey at the same time. It just was a very weird tea combination. Also it looked suspiciously like green tea but was not green tea. The here cup was nice and the drink was 4.34 dollars with no tip so not the cheapest small cup of tea. Since I did not like the drink, I took my time to drink it which made it worth my money but not really. I would go back to order another drink to give it another chance but it's really not near me so unless I am in this part of orlando again. I'll most likely skip. My advice is don't let the waiting baristas make choose possibly too early. Ask lots of questions and go with a safe choice that is NOT chill steeped earl grey tea. The vibes: 10/10 The environment: 10/10 The drinks: 3/10* based on my one drink The experience: 6.5/10 (the drink brought it down). If you are a coffee snub but also like a nice work center to do homework, some office work, a small online business, this is your place. If you want to come with a friend and just listen to her for a long time in an indie cafe, this is your place. If you are in the area or about 15 minutes away, definitely worth checking out. If you are further out, I would personally says skip unless you are in the area for something else. It's not worth it for the drive alone. read more

I was driving from Tampa to Orlando Airport to pick up my parents and decided to look for a coffee shop near the airport. I came across Framework Craft Coffee House, which had great reviews and looked amazing. The coffee house had a parking lot in the backyard, so I parked there and went inside. I was impressed by the cool atmosphere where some people were enjoying their coffee, while others were working on their laptops. They also provide free WiFi. Looking at the menu, I decided to order their special, the Sunflower & Spice Mocha, along with a Bagel with Onion Cream Cheese. Soon, I received my order of Mocha. It was delicious, with perfectly roasted coffee beans. I loved it, and highly recommend everyone to try out their specials as they are both amazing and delicious. Shortly after, I received my bagel with onion cream cheese. It was heated and crispy, and paired perfectly with my mocha. Overall, it was a perfect breakfast for me. read more

I had been to their sister location in WP and had been meaning to stop by to try their coffee. Finally made it and they have a good variety of not only coffee but teas, kombucha and pastries. The shop is cozy and there is a good amount of seating. The have things on display from vendors they support, which is cool to browse while you wait for your drink. The staff is friendly and happy to point you to the seasonal drinks or their regular menu. We ordered lattes with oatmilk and even though it was not as strong as we like, it was nice to not get a bitter or burnt taste.
