It's been a few times since my last visit here and I WI update the review because this location has gotten much better in many ways. The baristas are much more friendly than when initially went, the orders have always been right and the location seems to have gotten better. The wait still tends to be insane here with wait times being upwards of 45 minutes on the weekends during peak times, as stated by notes on their front door. The orders are always pumping out and the workers always seem to be enjoying what they do, no matter how busy and scrambling around they may look. Prices are generic Starbucks prices and I like that you get refills on your iced/hot coffee and tea for as long as you stay, so long as you have paid with your Starbucks rewards card and are a gold member. Honestly one of the locations that I'll try not to go to because the wait on the weekend is so long, they have signs out front on their door saying it can take upwards of 40 MINUTES to get your order completed. Aside from what is usually an insane wait on weekends during peak time, this location is rather nice and friendly and I've never had any wrong orders given to me. The staff is friendly and while at times they may seem distant, it's because they're so busy trying to pump out the orders. Drinks here are the same price as everywhere else when it comes to Starbucks and the flavors are always spot on for my orders. Their new seasonal drink is very good also, the pistachio cold brew. I'm not a nut person but this one is something I could drink for sure! Good place for a coffee or to meet someone. This coffee shop is located just south of 417 on the Northwest corner of Narcoosee road and Vickrey place. It is at the south end of a set of 4 stores. The drive-through requires you to drive around the entire building. As with many Starbucks locations, there is parking all around the large building and beyond due to it being adjacent to a larger parking lot that supports Lowe's. There is only a limited number of parking spaces directly in front of the store and the store seems fairly popular due to how busy it was when I visited. The traffic was not bad and it was easy to find and navigate the first time I visited. Both the outside and the inside areas were clean. The outside area is about 6 tables under a shaded area in front of the entrance with bicycle parking in front of that. The inside is a mix of low and high tables that each seems to seat about 4 people. It was the usual pleasant Starbucks atmosphere. The staff was friendly and the prices were consistent with other stores. Overall, it was a very nice experience that I would recommend for someone looking for a good cup of coffee in a nice place. read more

Well... What can you say it's a Starbucks. It looks like a Starbucks it smells like a Starbucks it taste like a Starbucks... Pure corporate Starbucks America. Now with that being said for this been a corporate Starbucks it's pretty darn good. Now the lines in the drive-through can get crazy around 7 AM or so when you have the traffic leaving the Narcoossee area as well as the Lake Nona high school also loading up with kids/parents. The reason I went ahead with four stars is because the crew at this particular story does try really hard. The anticipation of a coffee shop in this area has was very highly much so. Hello everyone today I bought a double bacon and cheese croissant. The first problem was there was no cheese on my sandwich. When I spoke to the young lady about the problem she replied, that's how its made and she couldn't do anythinig about it. Then I asked her could she give me a piece of chedder cheese on the side and she said thats how the sandwhich is made then she begin to laugh a little. I told her that the picture on the website didnt look like the sandwhich I had in my hand and she said ,"oh that picture was fake". Good God Almighty, this was the loudest fucking Starbucks I have ever been in. The architecture and walls make the acoustics really painful to the ear. On top of that, some fat-ass manager type was occupying a four-top for himself, with only a small note pad on the other table, while a few customers had nowhere to sit. Lastly, the restroom was awful, just awful. Somebody had pissed all over the toilet and toilet seat and it was evident the restroom had not been cleaned in some time. Let me start out by saying I never thought I would be a Starbucks fan. I have been here to this location several times now. Located in at the end of a strip of stores that include a cleaners and a hand and stone message location. All the staff here are very polite and eager to please. It looks great and is extremely clean. Bathrooms were clean. I have enjoyed the blonde roast blend as my hot coffee pick and it was perfect. (just the right amount of caffeine in the morning). I then on my next visit, moved onto the ice caramel frappuccino something, something that was amazing! I know most people have a preference with Dunkin as I had also but I think Starbucks might be a changin' that. I will be back. Lots of space to sit and work on your computer.
