They don't have a drive-through or indoor seating, but they have a fluid operation of baristas that turn around a staggering number of orders both online and in-person at supersonic speed. If we are driving north on I-95 for a road trip or on our way to Costco or somewhere else, it's a dependable location to order cold brew and London Fog lattes. If you go during rush hour, it may take a few minutes longer, as this location is the go-to for many people commuting either east on Northlake or about to get on I-95 to go southbound towards West Palm and further. But it's a dependable location to grab your Starbucks fix. They do have outdoor seating, but we only pick up to go. If you're looking for a Starbucks with indoor seating, go further north. And if you see the traffic that comes in most mornings, you understand why there isn't indoor seating. It's a small enough location where it's not a spot to kick back and relax. Starbucks largest store is the Starbucks Reserve Roastery Chicago where all of the coffee is roasted fresh on site. This Starbucks is located on Northlake Plaza in Palm Beach Gardens. It is very convenient to I-95. I am not generally a fan of chain of coffee but I was at the start of a long day, had a stack of gift cards, and was stuck waiting in the plaza for a little while so I decided to grab breakfast. Like all Starbucks this is a busy location but staff got everyone caffeinated and out quickly. I picked up a couple of breakfast sandwiches and cappuccino to go. The young lady who took my order cheerfully went through my multiple gift cards, even the years old one which wouldn't even scan anymore. She got every last penny out of the cards lightening the load in my purse. For her efforts I am giving them five stars for customer service. Oh and how cute is the Starbucks Florida Discovery series. Stopped here to get my nephew a favorite drink of his for his birthday. I would have liked a drive through but they didn't have it. The line was long at 3:30 in the afternoon. This location needs an overhaul. Confused, sad baristas. No effort at all to make the store welcoming or comfortable.

This is a small SB, mainly to take orders to go. Few chairs and tables are available outside. Inside the store they have some nice merchandise. When we went, the store was little messy and dirty. But the staff were friendly. Orders were prepared within a decent time. I tried the Christmas special cran-merry orange lemonade. The cranberry was too sour for me. read more

Ordered one coffee and took almost 30 minutes to get it and was on top of that made incorrectly , they need a real shift leader to get on top of things or this store will continue to fail moving on. Service was extremely slow I ordered a matcha latte that was incorrectly made & when I asked her to fix it this girl had a slight attitude. After remaking it , my drink is still missing simple syrup. Not my first time at this location. This location is super small and if there aren't enough staff members be prepared to wait a while. We went in and there was a huge line to the door. So we mobile ordered it. By the time the last person ordered ours was supposed to our order complete. We ordered a nitro drink as one of our drinks, which is made on a different bar than the front coffee line. One drink was ready while the nitro bar had no one doing anything on. The staff was just walking around. The girl at the bar asked us what else we needed and had to tell the nitro bar to make it. He failed to read the cup and gave us the wrong drink. We got to the car. I had to go back in and het a new drink. I wish this SB was a better one read more

The inside and outside takes and chairs were clean. The staff wear masks and everyone seems really nice and easy going there. The guy who took my order was Deima (pronounced Dee-mah) and they were happy they could finally make a drink from the Secret Menu today. I ordered the "Minnie Mouse Frappuccino" and it was so yummy. This is the smallest SBUX I've been into. There were only two two seat tables in the place. So don't come here expecting to sit down. That being said, the store was clean, the queue moved quickly and there were about 8 tables outside, overlooking a parking lot. Lots of parking spots. And, they didn't sell bagels. I wanted a bagel. They didn't run out of them, they didn't stock them. Why? Because. I was disappointed. So if you're driving through this area, I'm not even sure where it was, you can get your SBUX here but don't expect to sit inside. read more

This Starbucks location is okay. It's smaller then your typical Starbucks so there is limited seating inside. Plenty of outdoor seating here overlooking the parking lot. I tried the new strawberry green tea infusion which was very tasty. The staff is helpful akin suggestions and giving feedback on new menu items. I frequent this location often because it is conveniently located off of Interstate 95 right on Northlake Blvd. it can be a little tricky to see because it is slightly set back off main road. If you miss the turn in, go to the next light and take that right. You can access the cafe from the parking lot. Enjoy! read more

I go to this Starbucks all the time but it's always so busy and has such a long line so tonight I decided to order through the app. Everything went well order my 2 drinks "caramel brûlée and a white mocha both venti. They were ready on time and exactly what I ordered but 1/3 of the drinks were missing along with no whip for some reason on the white mocha. Both drinks are made with steamed milk and Starbucks is already super pricey. So yes absolutely don't fill the cups to 20oz just because a person didn't walk in and place there order. read more

I stumbbled onto a conundrum at this Starbucks. Most Starbucks locations have plenty of signs indicating where they are, lots of inside seating, and not enough parking. This location seems to be opposite in all three ways. There was abundant parking, seating for only two people inside (plenty outside though if the weather is nice) and only a general sign of text (no trademark logo) indicating its existence. It also was tiny inside which made for cramped quarters with a line to the door. This may have been impart to the fact that this location doesn't have a drive through so anyone wanting a fancy bev has to go inside. 3 Stars for operations issues and an average experience. read more

It's a small store with really nice people working there. The clientele is also very kind. Just a few sketchy people wander through the plaza but there are plenty of people which makes it safe. Got a lot of studying there. My complaint is that it is too small and barley any outlets so you will need some luck on your side if you are planning to get some work done there. read more

Fast and friendly service overall - but their WiFi doesn't really work outside (they aren't allowing indoor seating during COVID). Workers have trouble walking outside to tend to curve side pick up orders and its just overall overwhelming.
