She continued trying to play it off and said she just got my order and that she was working on another online order. My order wasn't ready until 12:38, 20 minutes past the time it was supposed to be. When I explained that I ordered ahead of time because I have somewhere to be, she gave me an attitude. Disheartening that she couldn't just own up to not having my order ready. She ended up upgrading my drink to an XL instead of a L but it wasn't really worth it in the time I waited. It was also very sweet when I ordered 50% rather than 75 or 100. Also, the online ordering is useless because they take long regardless. If you want quick service like boba cafes should be, this isn't the place. The only reason I give them two stars is because the drinks taste decent (most of the time).

I really like Gong Cha's non-plastic straws. I believe they're made from sugar cane fibers. Unlike paper straws they don't just disintegrate

After finishing our drink, she noticed she had a little extra and instead of wasting it, she kindly gave my daughter a small cup of her own. That completely made my daughter's night and made her so happy. We thanked her and told her how sweet that was. She was warm, thoughtful, and genuinely went above and beyond. Service like that is exactly what keeps customers coming back, and I truly hope we get to see her again. And if you happen to read this review, I just want you to know my daughter was so thankful for the drink you gave her. Your kindness truly meant a lot to her.

Horrible customer service . I went to this Starbucks for coffee as I usually do. The Starbucks staff took my order and named me Marcus because law enforcement was behind me in line. I asked the women that took my order where is my coffee and food it's been over 10 minutes. Her response was I put it under the name Marcus isn't that what you people call yourselves. Well since I was ever so humbled today. Starbucks will no longer get money from this your people Marcus even tho I'm a black woman person . I don't want to get anyone in trouble but why doesn't Dutch Brothers in Lancaster want to give good customer service. I've gotten those same drinks from Grants Pass Oregon all the way to Lancaster... No one questioned me just gave me good customer service. The drinks are more expensive than most places and to be able to order them the way you like them is usually a normal thing.
