I still decided to utilize their walk up window simply because I had a car full of dogs and I didn't want them to miss me. The window is pretty easy. It does have an awning, but it doesn't really work very well when it's raining cause it's a little narrow and width. However, the barista prioritized me standing in the rain and quickly took my order I told her I was gonna go back and wait in the car because I had a car full of dogs. When my coffee was ready, she noticed that I was getting attention to my dogs and she decided to hand-deliver my coffee to my car. It's a little things like that that make a difference to somebody's day. Whoever does a hiring at this location has a talent for picking the best people. The latte tasted like there was way too much milk. If I decide to return, I will order extra espresso shots as I didn't taste coffee. I understand lattes are made with milk but I prefer a balanced flavor of espresso in my lattes which I find typical at other coffee shops. My assumption is that the Biscoff flavor comes from the cookie butter on the walls of the cup. In order to taste Biscoff, you have to scrape the butter off the sides. Not what I was looking for. App & Pre-Orders: I was impressed with their app and ability to preorder. The app is very nice but according to the employee at the register - if you buy coffee beans or other merchandise, you cannot get points in the app. Not a deal breaker but would be nice if this was made possible.
