This one is inside Randalls, like 20 steps away from the real Starbucks standing on its own .... ha ha.... still a good idea to have a place to buy coffee within the store for those times when u are shopping and have that food craving... I pampered myself into trying the Iced brown sugar oatmeal shaken espresso (I had to write that down lest I forget ). Cream and sugar is never in the ' healthy' bracket but it is tasty for sure and with Oatmeal it can be treated like an exotic new breakfast item. Good to try. read more

I don't ordinarily stop at in store locations, but this one was worth the stop! These lovely ladies made my sister and I some amazing white hot chocolate! They were super friendly and talkative even though we were a hot mess and couldn't decide what we wanted! It's a cute little shop inside of the Randall's and it helped that it was right by the entrance we used lol! Pay these ladies a visit they will help make your day a little better! read more

It's boring reviewing Starbucks. They should just rename themselves Snorebucks. This Starbucks is way down in Pearland and the people working here are friendly and it seems nice enough but the products are awful. Now and again Barbie is in the mood for a latte so we share it and I don't think it's the worst thing on their menu but I don't think anything on their menu is actually good. I've been to so many of these so I have a good idea of what everything tastes like. If the prices were even slightly more affordable I would give them an extra star. read more

Ran into a barista that just didn't want to work before the rush. This is the one inside Randall's. Made us wait while nobody seemed to be waiting for their coffee to tell us they didn't have grande cups, and are out of stuff to make Frappuccino. Asked if they were out of coffee and the response was vague but basically not out of coffee, just out of the stuff necessary to make any coffee drinks. read more

This location gets super busy! The line was almost out the door during lunch time. They need more seating for how busy this location gets. It's really narrow and feels cramped inside. Knocked off two stars because I had a personal cup and they accidentally gave my cup to someone else.... I don't get how that happens because I kept the lid so how they gave it away and how a customer took it literally BAFFLES me. Then the guy at the register didn't even say sorry or offer me a new cup, I had to ask him to replace the personal cup he gave away to someone else. read more

When I hear them order, all I hear is: "Venti 114 degree, 3/18's of skim milk, 2 and a quarter shots of espresso, 7 pump vanilla, no foam, 3 splenda LATTE" Eh?! And they say it as fast as that hot wheels guy from back in the day! That may be over-exaggerated but that's just how insane I feel it to be. What ever happened to just ordering a cup o' joe? How does this place have such high rating!? The last two times I've been here, they've managed to mess up my cappuccino. How? Well, they made me a latte instead and the "barista" commented "oh, you didn't ask for it dry". This is my favorite Starbucks location. Service is always fast and friendly. My vanilla blonde roast coffee, Vanilla latte or any other drink I order is always made as requested and taste wonderful. In the morning there is always a line, so I rarely go here except on the weekends. Horrible customer service. We arrived at 10:25 and ordered our drinks and were told that they were closed as soon as we receive our drink order. We were not planning on staying but the overall attitude was we were not welcome. I literally saw the staff knock on the bathroom door at 10:30 and tell the customer they needed to hurry up because they were closing. Was in the area and decided to meet a client here to go over a project. They have a great community style wooden table with power strip attached to the lip of table, very convenient. It was a great work space. Would of enjoyed the patio area also if the weather was cooler. The staff were very friendly, though at the time I was there they ran out of ice and we're turning customers away. I thought that going to the grocery store in same center or to the nearby starbucks they were sending customers too for ice would of been a better option. read more

I decided to give this location a second chance after a previous bad experience. I just tried the double fudge frapp and it was delicious!

The food and coffee is always good but I only give three stars because for one they don't have adequate seating. I suppose this isn't their fault because the building is small. And this place doesn't have the relaxing ambiance and studious atmosphere of most coffee shops. It is very fast paced and LOUD. Inside there are regularly ppl horsing around and being loud, carrying on loud conversations in person or over the phone. The outdoor patio doesn't compensate because the sounds of 518 are atrocious and many times people are out there smoking nasty cigars. Moral of the story... Come here only for a drive by snack or if you like to enjoy your coffee in a crowded noisy bar type setting. read more

Waited twenty minutes in line at 1015 AM on a Thursday. This place really needs to pull it together. I would forgive them if they were slammed with customers, but it was empty. I'll stick with my Starbucks in Montrose and never make the mistake of stopping here again unless I want to be a half hour late to work. WARNING! DO NOT GO TO THIS STARBUCKS! THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU AS MUCH ESPRESSO AS YOU PAID FOR, EVEN IF YOU ORDER AN EXTRA SHOT! I have been a Starbucks regular for a little over 3 years now, meaning I go in almost every single day. After going to this location for over a year, I never expected this extreme level of unprofessionalism. Grace, a Starbucks employee, deliberately put egg nog in mine and my boyfriend's drinks to make them taste bad. I have never had to drive back to a Starbucks, and accuse someone of sabotaging my drink, until now. The worst part about it, when we drove back to ask her to remake it, she started throwing a temper tantrum and throwing things everywhere (even splashing coffee all over the counter & almost on my boyfriend). She didn't even try to deny tampering with our drinks, and adding eggnog, which she had mentioned to me before that it was disgusting. As of that day, we completely quit going to this terrible location. We have started going to Barnes & Noble cafe, only to learn that at the other location, they were not giving us as much espresso as we paid for. Meaning they were not only making our drinks with less espresso than required, but they also charged us for an extra shot every day, but didn't put it in our drinks. We honestly have never been rude to any of these employees in the slightest way, so I think it's safe to assume that bad management is to blame for the extreme lack of customer service and skimping people on espresso. read more

Many employees at this location are fantastic and very friendly (a few are not). However, this location is one of the worst when it comes to freeloaders who "occupy" tables for free wifi and free water for hours and hours. It doesn't help this problem when the store is so small to begin with, which is all the more reason why employees have an obligation to ACTUAL CUSTOMERS. Correct me if I'm wrong, but Starbucks is a BUSINESS that depends on profits to exist--not a social services program! Such profits can only come from CUSTOMERS. The last time I was there, 4 of the 5 freestanding tables were occupied by non-paying freeloaders; like Ive grown accustomed to doing at any Starbucks I visit and need to get work done on my laptop, I wait to become a customer until I have a table. Once I secure a table, I then get in line to makes purchases. So, on that particular visit, the poor lady in front me purchased 28.00 for multiple food items she was taking with her and also bought a cup of coffee for herself and a pastry. Unfortunately, she didn't think strategically enough for this store, this well-paying customer found herself standing there unable to sit down and enjoy her morning whilst the four occupiers sat there smugly looking up from the tables they believed were their God-given right to have (also taking tons of bandwidth in the process). The older lady stood there both dumbfounded and clearly/rightfully frustrated at what she saw as she was essentially forced to go eat in her car when it was 90+ degrees outside!! I then approached an employee about the problem and he smugly replied "they arent bothering anyone, so I'm not telling them to leave"; Wow! I said he should simply tell them that tables are for customers (what a concept!) and he didn't seem to grasp such a fundamental component to doing business as he said I should leave if I didn't like it. I guess when he's not working, he likewise goes out and occupies tables at other Starbucks locations without purchasing anything? read more
