Worst ever! I would rate a zero if I could. It used to be okay but 3 times over the last 3 times I went there, the order was either wrong, weak, and or a long wait. The last time I was there I ordered an iced chai latte and it was all milk. I could tell the second I saw the color of it. They took it back, shook the cup and handed it back. They did not add chai to it. The person who made it had an attitude. Once in a while I get there could be an issue but 3/3 is NOT good. Don't recommend. Go a mile up the road to Giant. I was going to write a review reflective of my negative experience but oh my! My experience has been consistent with other customers going as far back as 10 years! Haha. Echoing the past reviews, the only pro to this Starbucks is its location, that's it. It's located at a place of high traffic. Other than that, this Starbucks absolutely requires you to purchase something before refilling your water or allowing you to use their bathrooms (should be a basic human necessity but that's another point). I drove into drive thru, to see a piece of paper stating the speaker not working and to drive up. So I drove up to the counter and was told that the machine actually isn't broken and they were allow to take my order at the window and I must drive back around to order.... This place is horrible! I will NEVER visit again. I went through the drive through and ordered a medium, caramel latte and a blueberry scone. When I got to the window to get my order the scone was cold. I shed the lady at the window, who seemed annoyed already, could she reheat the scone as it's now cold. She's stated, rudely, she had already warned it. I said to I knew this but I was in line for a while it isn't warm anymore. So she warned it and have it back. Great coffee and free WiFi. Depending on what time you go, their staff is either super nice (mid afternoons) or really rude (late at night). There's no in between. I've literally had a younger employee give me attitude when I asked about my iced coffee that took twenty minutes when I mobile ordered it. I get that customers can be annoying, but I was polite, in a rush because I had work, and ordered the simple drink ahead of time. I've also has the same teenager on a different day tell me the Honey Citrus mint tea "didn't exist" and "wasn't a real drink," when I've had it before then and since, versus telling me that those Teavanna teas were constrained. My favorite Starbucks in NE Philly area. Great selection comparing to those inside Target. This Starbucks have indoor and outdoor seating which I found nice on a comfortable sunny day. Be aware that their parking lot is very limited, I believe is less than 15 cars can be parked. That's when the drive thrus come in handy. There is plenty of times when my hubby can't find parking but settle for the drive thrus. The only complaint I have is drive thrus are supposed to be quick, but not this one. Drinks are usually ready by the time you drive to the window. I should wait no more than 5 minutes for one venti drink. Instead every time I've waited nearly 15 minutes for 1 drink. Absolutely worst starbucks ever. Always, always out of whipped cream along with others as well caramel, freeze dried strawberries, just to name a few, I'm sure other things too. All starts at the top. Complete fail from the owner to the management to not have these things ordered correctly and available at all times. This is by far one of the best Starbucks in the northeast. But not really that many. Wish was as many as Dunkin Donuts. I stop in once in awile for a good strong hot cup of coffee. On pricy side. But if it's strong I'll pay it. I like there holiday frappicno in the holiday seasons. But that's about the only time I get them. Alot of seating on the inside and out with free WiFi. I enjoy on a nice spring day sitting out side enjoying my coffee. It's a starbucks that can't be missed across from the airport and on the corner of grant and Academy roads. They can get kinda busy on weekdays early in the morning. So you are looking sometimes at about a 10 min wait. Haven't been to a Starbucks drive through in quite some time, decided to give this one a go. No. Not only did it take roughly 15-17 minutes entry to exit, my drink was entirely wrong ( see photo). I used to work Starbucks a long time ago, and I totally understand how busy it gets . And of course if you choose a drive thru ( I wasn't in a rush) you understand that there may be a little bit of a wait, and that's fine! But I do think 17 minutes is pushing it. I noticed about after 5 full minutes we didn't budge a bit. Eventually I pulled up and ordered " Iced tall 2 pump SFV light ice coffee in a grande cup" which I did have to repeat back because the barista repeated back " Okay that's a venti iced americano??" So imagine waiting about 15 minutes rolling up -- driving away because I felt pressured with the line behind me.. and seeing that I had a an all iced coffee. As in, there was so much ice in the cup and i am NOT exaggerating, I had trouble putting my straw in!! I literally had to maneuver around the ice cubes so my straw would fit.. remember i said LIGHT ice right ? 4 sips and it was gone... glad I spent that money.. Wouldn't return on that poor experience. Pretty big Starbucks, with lots of nice seatings and nice, friendly staff. Like any Starbucks, they have all the drinks and foods you like to grab on the go, or to sit down and catch up with friends or paperwork. Overall, this Starbucks was not noisy at all when I visited. It was full in all of its seating, but the noise was under control and I was able to focus on my studying. It's a great location! I'm going to be back for more studying sessions. read more
