Starbucks is consistently good but once I had a not too hot mocha and a sweet young man with a bun Alister... I think was his name tag.. told me to order a 180 degree mocha. Perfect! Now I order that every time. He's real nice gave my family pumpkin spice cold brew samples once awhile back and we were hooked. I love this store. The location is always busy, but the staff works so hard to create memorable but fast interactions. There is outdoor seating right now and one restroom open (due to Covid). The drive thru line can be problematic but the staff try to keep the line moving quickly so that people can stay in their cars and get their coffee. read more

I went to Starbucks on Sunday 1/27 to order a spinach wrap and banana and didn't get a copy of my receipt. I grabbed my banana at the register. When I received my order they gave me a spinach wrap and banana nut bread. I went back to the cashier and asked for a refund because I didn't order the nut bread I ordered a banana. They gave me a refund for the bread but charged me 1.25 for the banana when it was physically marked by the cash register with a price tag at 1.00. When I asked about the difference they indicated they can only refund what was in the system not what was marked. Haley was the manager on duty during this time. It was only .25 but that is not the point. They should have charged me the amount indicated on the physical price tag not what was in the system. The customer should not pay for negligence in updating the tags in the store. This was very poor customer service and a bad experience. My complaint was not handled. read more

Never put whip cream on the drinks, even tho you ask them 2 times to make sure. Slowest drive through by far. There is one manager there though that makes the drinks perfect and her lines always go fast. Not sure what the other shift is doing. I called the store to check on a seasonal item and Hillary answered the phone. She was so nice and confirmed they did have the item. Hillary said one simple thing that meant so much.. she said, "I can't wait to see you". It made me so excited to get ready and head out to get the drinks for my wife and I. I hopped in the car and went to the drive thru and ordered the drinks and actually met Hillary. She was just as nice in person as on the phone and made us great drinks. Although excited to have a Starbucks in the neighborhood now and with such a friendly staff, my wish is they would understand the "coffee lingo" better. Simply put when customers order a cappuccino "semi-dry", that just means less milk, more foam, otherwise it's a Latte with little foam and for my personal palette drowns out the expectation of a drink well made. I've only come across one Barista at this location who knew this, but unfortunately I don't always catch him. This is not a complaint but simply an opportunity to get it right. read more

I love this new location. They are always stocked. Drive thru is really quick. Inside it's very clean and the staff is very energetic. Tammy is a wonderful manager. She used to manage the Happy Valley store which was great under her management. They truly picked the right person to manage the new store. You can tell how great the management is when the staff is always upbeat and happy at their work place. Hayleigh and Alexis are truly the best! No matter how complicated our orders get they are extremely patient and happy to help. Our drinks always come out the way we want them! The energy of this location wakes you on its own before you start sipping your coffee. read more

I was excited moving to the area and having a drive thru starbucks right down the street that was newer and a place I could go to remotely work. And that is what I used to do until an interaction I had on Sunday with an associate. The drive thru was very long, with the cars interfering with traffic going to others stores, so because I had my child in the car and didnt want to go through the hassle of getting her out of the car, I decided to order online and wait a little bit in my car in a nearby parking lot. After about 10 minutes, I assumed my order of coffee and a croissant would be ready since the app said 3-8 minutes. I drove over to the area which was still very packed with cars in the drive thru, patrons walking in and out, parking, etc. and saw 3 handicapped spots open next to the side entrance. I parked in the furthest one from the entrance, left my car running, literally ran inside, and saw only the coffee. So instead of waiting there I decided to run back out drop off my coffee and wait with the door open. In this time, someone else with an order also parks in the handicapped spot next to me, runs inside, and then comes back out with their coffee and leaves. The pickup area was in my sightline, so when I saw someone bring over 2 oven bags, i run back inside, only to see someone else grab them and walk away. I'm there for less than 10 seconds when an associate says, "Ma'am, you need to move your car." I responded with, "I am just waiting for my croissant, i already got the coffee, and my child is in the car." His response to this was "That's not my problem." I was dumbfounded that someone in customer service would respond this way. All I said was "Seriously?!" because if I let myself say anything else it would have caused a huge scene. I immediately left, without the croissant (which was for the kid in the first place), unable to control my anger towards this ignorant, young, completely rude, flamboyant man. IT IS YOUR PROBLEM IF THERE IS NO CONVENIENT PLACE TO PARK FOR THE CUSTOMERS WHO ORDER TO GO. It is your problem to be so fucking rude as to not come at a mother who clearly has had a bad morning with kindness and understanding. IT IS YOUR PROBLEM TO THINK THAT YOU CAN TREAT ANYONE, ESPECIALLY A CUSTOMER, WITH THAT MUCH DISRESPECT. This company lost a customer forever. I reached out to corporate only for them respond by apologizing and saying they will give me $8. That money will go to complete waste. You could have offered me $100 and I would have given it away to someone who can stand to drink that shitty coffee. I will go as far to NOT have coffee at all before drinking one more ounce of Starbucks. read more

Friendly staff, fairly quick service and a drive thru. Drinks are always correct. What more can you really ask for at Starbucks? The staff is very chatty sometimes, so may slow down the drive thru. But I'm not complaining; I love that they are friendly and conversational. read more

I love Starbucks just as much as the next girl, but this location is the worst. Consistently have had to have drinks remade, due to them making them incorrectly or not filling the cup. I never have this problem at other Starbucks and prefer the one on Anthem Way, unfortunately this one is more convenient for me.
