I just found it kind of weird that they had bunch of what looked like unauthorized character items. But other than that, no complaints. My drink was very refreshing and yummy. There's a lot going on in terms of ambiance. The service was good!

This is a place that has a wide variety of boba drinks to choose from as well as a large variety of addons. The interior looks so sleek and relaxing and they even have a few board games for customers to play while they sip away. I decided to get a large house special and orange creamsicle. This cost $21.70 so it's a bit pricey. If you're looking for a cold drink, I would advise not getting the special. Even though it's supposed to be cold, the boba in it is so hot that it creates more of a lukewarm feeling as you drink it. The quality of boba was nice. The orange creamsicle felt like it tasted like super sweet artificial orange rather than actual oranges. Overall, the drinks were nice if not a bit expensive.

tall lengthy guy served me the best boba i've ever had ;) there was another white guy there. also brunette. he was super handsome. but he also had really good customer service. the front guy with the glasses was also super good, took my order very well . 10/10 would go again!!

I am rarely on this side of town but I am so glad I was! This place is a safe haven for us dairy free peeps! The majority of their drinks come dairy free(there were one to two exceptions due to the nature of the drink). I personally got the taro milk tree blended and it was one of the best drinks I have ever had! The perfect balance of creamy and sweetness. It was not overly sweet where you could not taste the taro. The store itself was very spacious and had industrial decor. There was a wall full of Polaroid pictures and they even had some local jewelry for sale. I can't wait to go back and try more drinks!

As someone with a big sweet tooth I kind of expected my drink to be sweeter. I ordered a small thai tea and wasn't super impressed but I think for someone who doesn't like a lot of sweetness this drink would benefit them. I have been here before in the past but honestly forgot what the drink tasted like. I might come back one more time and try another drink. The service is fast and it's very clean inside. def a spot to have lunch as work from home at!

Watery mango syrup "mangonada" - I believe the recipe was changed to this cheap version that tasted like a melted snow cone.

We have been going to this place for years, specifically for the mangonada drink. We thought we found a great spot - until our last visit. I believe the recipe has been changed - possibly to cut corners? Ownership change? Maybe it's unintentional - but the drink is now absolutely awful. Also noticed that the cups no longer have their company name on them, just clear with no identification which leads me to believe someone is cutting costs and cutting recipe ingredients. Also noticed the inside has been rearranged and now supper awkward setup inside. The Mangonada now tastes very watery and has no mango taste. I believe the cheap syrup is a new addition which is contributing to the recipe change. The syrup and ice melt and within seconds of receiving it there is a pool of dark orange syrup that has no flavor. The mangos on top were fresh - but not ripe at all - and extremely small. The customer service was good when I brought the issue to their attention. They remade the drink but it was exactly the same - watery pool of syrup and slush ice. $23 for two drinks, and unfortunately, we will not be back. The gas station has better drinks.

Mostly ice cube filled boba tea.

I came here because I wanted to get some boba while I had some time to kill before my travels. I came here and I thought I'd get a lot more for the high cost than I ended up getting. This store unfortunately wins the award for the most expensive boba drink with the least amount of tea and boba. The "large" size wasn't large at all and it was filled with so much ice that I barely got any liquid to actually consume. For $7 including the barely there boba pearls, save your money and go somewhere else. I was greatly disappointed with the drink. The profit margin they make must be unreal based on their drinks being mostly ice cubes. I expected more from this shop based on the atmosphere and price.

Before I even start, it's one of those places you go and you'll go again bc of the ambiance. Really good work in the interior design. The merch they sell is also very interesting (plushies especially). They have many interesting bbt drinks and I've tried them with poppers, making them more fruity. Definitely suggest, go take pics and have fun. I have one suggestion for the owner, make more creative bbt drinks, you have a bright potential with this place. Easy access to parking and you're close to many restaurants. The staff are very nice! GO, I SUGGEST

I LOVE this place!! I've been going here for an occasional boba tea for the last 8 years. I'd provide a perfect five stars except for the fact, the price has gotten way out of hand. Like the rest of the world, right? Sadly, I can get a Starbucks latte for less money than a simple iced tea with popping boba is at Urban Boba Tea House. Still the occasional sweet treat but I'm no longer a frequent (almost daily) visitor.

Nice little place in a busy shopping center. Staff was friendly. Boba was good. Shop was busy, even on a weekday night. People walked in to a hugh standing table to play a card game. Others were relaxing and chatting on the sofa. Nice vibe. They have a small shop with stuffies and mugs.

    Do you have milk alternatives?

They don't have milk alternatives for cookies

    Do they have savory food?

They have quite a large menu for a boba tea house! Churros, Calamari, Egg Rolls, Wings, and MAC n Cheese bites to name a few. We really enjoy their potstickers!

Do they have any low carb options here? And do the use sweeteners instead of real sugar?

Real sugar! But no real options for low-carb other than your basic black teas and green-teas.

For my final parting words, if you are in the area or don't mind coming over this way, please visit them one last time before they close for good on Sunday, Dec 28. They have some amazing promos going as a final gift to customers and you will be supporting a local family that have been running this place. Parking wasn't too bad. Place was empty when I walked in witha good amount of tables and seating. Lots of Bible verses on the wall. I wondered if this was a newer boba shop. Lady at the counter was on the phone and didn't answer my question. I asked which of the milk teas she recommended and she said the golden milk tea aka classic. I ordered a large with easy ice, 50% sugar, and honey boba. Menu price is $7 and $1 for boba, but total came out to $9 for some reason. It even says tax is included in their prices, so not sure what the extra $1 was for. Drink was ready in a few minutes and I was on my way. First thing I noticed was the color: very light and white. Strange, as I expected it to be darker. Flavor wise: sweet and no tea flavor, disappointing. Tasted like a powder too. Boba balls were good; chewy and cooked nicely. That was a small redeeming factor. Overall not impressed with this spot and probably won't be back. Expensive and quality is not up to par.

Protein fillings were not skimpy at all- the grilled pork was not overly salty, the pate was a nice thin creamy flavorful layer, and the fried egg was perfect and fluffy to top. The produce- pickled veggies with decent balance of cilantro and thinly sliced jalapeños! Omg soooo good. All fresh and flavorful! Can you pls open another eatery in San Antonio?!
