I wasn't transported to my happy place like Happy Gilmore. Instead, I was greeted by what tasted like a cup of warm milk. There was no salted caramel flavor. There was no espresso flavor. Just milk and disappointment. I have my own espresso machine at home, but since I had an appointment around the corner, I decided to give this place a try. Unfortunately, the customer service wasn't much better than the latte. I wasn't greeted with a smile, thanked for my business, or told to have a nice day. The customer service was drier than the Arizona heat. For almost $6, I expected more than a cup of milk. I expected a latte that actually tasted like espresso and salted caramel. Maybe I'm the odd one out for expecting flavor when I order flavored coffee, but I don't think that's asking too much. I am always the first to say that just because a place is packed doesn't mean you're going to like it. Would I have gone back and given them another chance instead of writing this review? Absolutely.
