I've been to Ziggi's numerous times and the service is always incredible. The staff are extremely friendly, polite and jovial. Everything I've gotten from Ziggi's (both food and beverages) is made to perfection. I would highly recommend the caramel macchiato blender and the waffle sandwich. OWNER PLEASE READ: Your coffee at this location has expired! I know what tastes good is subjective but objectively coffee is NOT supposed to be sour. I had the people remake my drink with a new carton of almond milk as well so it's definitely the coffee at fault! This could get people sick! If anyone's reading this and your coffee was sour lately, don't buy again! The coffee was fine 2 weeks ago so I don't know what happened. PLEASE check the expiration date on your stock and even if it says it's not expired please try a latte yourself to see what I'm saying. This is dangerous! read more

I knew they had ziggis in mesa/tempe/gilbert area but didn't know about this location! I downloaded the app and got a free coffee because I just had a birthday and $2 off for their summer happy hour, so we got 2 coffees and our total was $3! I got a cold brew with oat milk and coconut and my husband got a caramel latte, iced. I put in my order through the app, when I arrived they said they had issues with the ticket printer so my order wasn't ready but I didn't end up having to wait super long. There have a drive through and a walk up counter so I walked up to get my drinks. Was easy to find too. Our drinks were pretty good, I think mine had too much syrup in it because it tasted overly syrup-y, so I'd ask for less next time. But otherwise it was good and great deal in an era of $10 lattes being the norm haha. read more

Very clean and crisp coffee drinks, Italian sodas, slushies, and breakfast burritos, sandwiches, etc. Have been here a couple of times during their soft opening. Went again during the grand opening for the free 16 oz drinks. PROS 1. Great coffee. Very clean and fresh tasting. I don't typically like coffee because of the aftertaste but the kind they use here doesn't leave that bitter aftertaste. 2. Location. Much needed in this part of the neighborhood and not far off of I-17 for travelers going up North for the weekend. 3. Customer service is very good. Energetic, friendly and helpful people working here. CONS 1. A little pricey - 24 oz blender (basically a frap) and a small-ish breakfast burrito with a small tip was a little over $14. I decided to give Ziggi's another try this morning so I could get a better picture of how they might be. Today I decided to try the drive thru instead of the walk up. I was surprised to not have to wait in line so yay! We were greeted right away and the menu in the drive thru was so much easier and I could see more options so that helped. I opted for a sf vanilla iced latte today instead of cold brew and we also ordered a daily brew. We were greeted right away at the speaker and we pulled ahead to pick up our drinks. Service at the window was again quick and friendly. It was such a better experience this time around. Last but definitely not least is my latte was amazing. Perfectly sweetened, but not over done. The daily brew was hot and good as well. I'll definitely come more when I'm the area. Options are limited in Anthem so I'm glad I gave them another shot. read more

Keep going back in hopes they figure out how to better serve. Why ask for my name when I'm the only one in the drive through? Seems to take three or for times repeating that all I would like is a 12oz black coffee. Last coffee was full of grounds at the bottom. It seems that each time I put in a mobile order, there are issues. I've had orders wrong 2x and late 2x. Today was no different but definitely the last time. My order was promised at 7:44. I got there at 7:45 and went to the window. I was told they were working on it. In the meantime the person in the drive thru was placing their order pulled up to the window and got theirs while I was still waiting for mine. At 7:57, I finally got my order. I was late for work because you couldn't deliver when promised. read more

This was my family's first time visiting a Ziggi's so we had a lot of questions. The staff was so nice, patient and even explained what was in some of the drinks a couple of times for my father-in-law. The drinks were delicious and even toddler approved! My daughter (who is 4) drank her entire smoothie before we even left. Definitely recommend. read more

Coffee is consistently hot and decent flavor. If there are more than two cars lined up I will turn around and go elsewhere. The drive thru is slow. The service is poor. Why they ask for your name every time in the drive thru is beyond me. Even at 7am if I'm the only car they want my name. This place needs employee training. read more
