I stopped in this Starbucks with a friend on a Sunday morning after staying at a nearby hotel for a Tanglewood concert the night before. I noticed lots of boxes to be unpacked near the entrance which was not attractive. I've never seen this at a Starbucks before. The young lady who took my order spoke very quietly and was wearing a mask which made it harder for me hear her. The only Starbucks in Berkshire (not the small vendors inside grocery stores). They really should open more business around, say price chopper/guidos, or downtown Pittsfield. Drinks are always on point, from basic pike roast to handcrafted drinks. I wish they had more toppings and add-ons to choose from. And again, more stores please! read more

Every time I come here I wait for 20+ minutes. I order online it will say it's ready on the app and the board in the store but I will wait there for ever. They either need more people or need to stop doing mobile orders because they cannot handle it. read more

Some of the worst customer service I've ever had. After waiting in the drive-through for 35 minutes, and attempting to place my order through the drive-through speaker to find no one there (I was at the drive-through speaker for at least five minutes trying to reach someone), when I finally made it to the window, she told me that because I had failed to place my order through the drive-through speaker, they couldn't fill my order at the window and I'd either have to come in or wait in the half hour long drive-through line again. When I explained to her that I tried to place my order through the speaker multiple times, but no one was ever there, she implied that she didn't care. She said I had no option but to drive around again or come wait in line inside. When I had my own business, my customers always came first. If she had been my employee, I would've terminated her on the spot for the way that she treated me. She was the girl with the braided pigtails. Extremely poor customer service. read more

Had the worse time there. I order online. I show up and my drink has this weird lid. I ask for the normal one they give it to me and a little straw. The little straw doesn't work to small. No big ones. Try to out the lid back on the thing explodes and no one helps me. They just stare. Never going back there. read more

20 minutes for a latte when no one was in line is ridiculous. If you don't order online don't expect anything in a reasonable time.

The Starbucks was in a backwater town in western Massachusetts. It looked like any old Starbucks, with plain, Simple artwork. The employees were pretty friendly, and made the drinks promptly. My drink, a pumpkin spice latte, was ok. It was really sweet, and lukewarm. There was way too much cream in there, because I couldn't taste any of the coffee that should have been there. If you need to stop here for coffee, come with an open mind, because it will be good, but not the best coffee you've ever tasted. read more

One staff member ruined my experience here. Another staff member did try to make up for it though. The ice coffee was also very sweet.

About 5 months ago something happened. The people working there overtly stopped giving a sh#t. Sometimes my drink is great, sometimes it's so gross I throw it out. Erika is straight apathetic, yet somehow she's a manager.they have a policy of we will make your drink til it's right but I just get a aw that's terrible. I love Starbucks. This isn't a one star review of the brand. It is just of this location. TWO things I can't stand about this location. This location fits into the archetype WHY PEOPLE HATE big corporate establishments. 1.) Their wifi rarely ever works. Once in 20 + visits. "Sorry. We don't control it. Sorry. You can call them, if you want. Sorry." Except they are not sorry. And they don't care. They are programmed to be a benign lacking compassion boomerangs .They have lost me as a customer because of this "whatever" attitude, which I've received from several staff members, over the last few months. My job requires me to travel and meet people, often not in an office. Starbucks was always an easy choice. If they want to compete, THEY should do something about their wifi. Not me. Or they should take "wifi" off their amenities list. It would, at this point, be the same as putting "free back rubs" on their amenities list. Spread one lie, what's it to them to spread a million. THIS STARBUCKS DOES NOT HAVE WIFI. 2.) I shouldn't drink milk. It doesn't agree with me. So, I don't. I often pay for something with Soy Milk. They ALWAYS charge me 60 cents for soy milk. Always. Even if I'm getting a small sized Americano. BAM, 60 cents for an ounce of it. I travel from New Hampshire to Maryland for work and this is the only Starbucks I've frequented that charges me for soy milk, when I'm using it as a condiment. I can understand if I'm getting a soy latte or something on the specialty side of the menu. However, this is an abuse of "up-charging" and I am tired of the discrimination of the lactose intolerant. I am a loyal customer, loyal to the brand. This location is not up to the standards of all the other Starbucks I frequent in Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania , Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, or New Hampshire.
