I appreciate the fact that they are friendly and know their regular customers. But when things are busy, maybe don't spend time talking to people so much? One other kind of disturbing thing, I don't find it appropriate for one of the employers to give a passionate kiss and long hug to their significant other. A quick peck or quick hug is one thing. A long passion movie type of kiss right by where people are ordering inappropriate at worst, and awkward at best. Their bagel sandwiches and other food is always good, as is the coffee. A little employee coaching might be needed.

Based on that I got a double shot 16oz. hot latte and a hot mocha for hubby. She then asked if whole milk was ok but I said more like a 2% preferred. Another gal made one or both the drinks and confirmed which was which. They were nice & hot, hubby said his was good, I on the other hand could barely get the coffee flavor unfortunately. I don't typically get a 3rd shot unless I know it's not very strong coffee. But this tasted more like hot milk with touch of coffee added.
