Unlike the reviewers who had poor experiences at this Sbux location - I had the exact opposite experience. I pulled up, ordered and paid for a Grande cold brew with cream - in the Starbucks app, then headed inside. I was inside for approximately one minute and my drink was ready. The cold brew was strong and just what my ole brain cells needed to get firing! There is a decent amount of seating in this location - seating is available both inside and outside. I was very grumpy today because I did not have coffee. I finally got out of my house around lunchtime and ordered an amazing mocha on the mobile app and went to Starbucks in Purcellville to pick it up. When I arrived, a lovely barista asked my name and said that they must still be working on my order so I waited a couple minutes. She asked me my name again and asked to see my app where she pointed out that I had ordered from a Starbucks 30 miles away. The speed of service is consistently pretty decent earlier in the day but in the afternoon and evening drinks can take 20 minutes when they're not even particularly busy. The lobby is generally a mess but the tables are wiped down pretty often. The trash is always overflowing and the bathrooms are usually out of toilet paper. read more

I've never really been displeased with Starbucks service but this absolutely sickening. This is my hometown Starbucks I go here often but I went inside today and there were flys everywhere and even grosser when I went to go look at the baked goods there were so many bugs, dead and alive all in the food case. It was absolutely sickening. They were crawling around all over the cake pops, bagels, and scones. I ordered 2 drinks and they both were wrong. One was so bitter (and it's my moms go to drink it's nothing new) and mine tasted weird (my regular drink as well). I'm very displeased especially because we go here often this was the first time I've been inside in a while but if this is how it always is I'm going to take my business somewhere else because the amount of bugs was sickening read more

You may get lucky and have the weekly a.m. crew, but forget any nights or weekends here. We have now had several terrible experiences here. They have nothing on their app showing that they are closed due to no flowing water. Therefore you waste your time you typically don't have on a weekday morning. We've ordered and had a 40 minute wait crammed inside on top of each other no space. Pieces of your order here and there. Ones cold while you still don't have the other. Or there's when you order ahead and they are closed inside. You have to sit in the terrible line that is tight and blocks everyone into parking spots. One word: Flies. This store has a pronounced issue with flies that makes it difficult to sit and enjoy a drink or work. That's unfortunate, because otherwise the staff is very friendly, and the service is generally very good as far as Starbucks go. The store has a blower over the front door that an employee told me is intended to be some kind of anti-fly shield. It's not working! You may order what you want, but they make your order the way they feel like making it, then they attempt to defend their stupidity. I've had to ask that my drink be remade here multiple times. The sad thing is that I use mobile order nearly every time, so I am unable to babysit the making of my drink to avoid an issue. I am forced to use mobile order because of how incredibly slow this location is. I can actually order from home, drive down here, and still wait for my drink, (20+ minutes) at times.
