There's a new Starbucks on the way to the Shenandoah Valley Wineries. The baristas are super friendly. The location is convenient because it sits right off Jackson Highway. You can pull in for a delicious cup of coffee, a clean restroom and some cool merch that often sells out faster at more populated locations. So much goodness here! Third visit here in a year as it is on highway on my way to somewhere else. Twice spent a few hours as it is a great spot with a lot going for it. New and nice inside and out. Seating indoor and out is plentiful (more than most places). Variety is seating includes six cozy chairs, four top tables, two community tables and four cute two tops with high stools, light and a mirror. Service here each time has been great. Always busy inside with guests as well as an active drive-thru (it is on a highway), the service has always been quick and friendly. The staff has been cheerful each time. This visit I ordered iced green tea and picked up a fruit and cheese package. Not hard to serve and it was fine as always. Stop by for a break, especially in good weather when the patio is perfect to enjoy. read more

Drive through DENAY definitely was super unprofessional and rude and asking for the order that I'm clearly reading on the menu ! Three items taking it wrong it's look like she hate her job ! I always stop at this location when I'm on my way. Never again unfortunately. The drive thru lady rushed me through my order and even cut me off. I had to tell her I wasn't done yet. There wasn't any customer or line behind me. Did not acknowledge me at the window. She looked of African American descent. Had glasses. Was on the bigger side, and had dreads. Did not appreciate her customer service at all. I did not expect this from Starbucks. I'll have to find another location or just stick with Dutch Bros. read more

I was there on Sunday morning. My wife and I ordered a sandwich and a frapp at the register. I received my sandwich in 5 minutes. Pretty typical. Usually the drink will come out 1-2 minutes after the sandwich (based on my personal experiences at SB over the past 15 years). I waited 22 minutes for a single drink. 22 minutes. The depressed barista (the store just opened) finally hands me my drink but does NOT offer a straw. I stood there staring in disbelief. I was burning a hole into the side of all their heads with my eyes but nobody would meet my eye-line so I could then ask for a straw. Stopped in for my birthday drink and breakfast this morning. My drink had to be remade because it wasn't done correctly the first time and then they forgot about my food order, served about 5 people who arrived after me which then the food I ordered was no longer available. I've been by a couple of times now. As expected they are very busy. The first time they didn't have the lobby open for pick up so I got my drinks a bit on the cold side. (I use the mobile app to order) so my drinks were done way before I made it to the window. The next time the lobby of was open for mobile order pick up. That was great, 'cause the drive through had about 14 cars in it. I was able to run in and grab my order. No fuss. For a brand new store you guys seem to be doing great! They are slow - like SUPER slow - I feel like their staff is entitled and had attitude- which is confusing because it's in a super nice area that is full of super appropriate people. They don't call out your name and then put your drink on a board under the wrong initial - like I'm supposed to play the drink roulette wheel.- very VERY frustrating to spend 6 bucks on a coffee, which I do A LOT, and have these frustrations. The thing that made me post this review is that I saw two other people today feeling the same kind of frustration. I'm truly disappointed in this Starbucks. read more

These people are the kindest people I've ever encountered at a starbucks! As someone who has worked in coffee for over 5 years, I can confidently say that their job is not easy. Working on adjusted hours due to covid constrictions is difficult for everyone involved. I can also say that the baristas don't want adjusted hours just as much as the customers don't want it. However, the baristas at this location always have such a positive attitude given the circumstances and are always making drinks exactly as I order them. Thank you guys! Keep up the great work! I have always gotten good service at this Starbucks. My order is always correct and staff is friendly. The only issue I have is the frequent closures. I understand we have covid and a labor shortage, but covid numbers have dropped dramatically, and all the other businesses here have managed to stay open, even if with limited hours. But to completely shut down for days and repeatedly, this I don't understand. I wish they would post the reason for the closure. I can be more patient and understanding if I know the reason why. read more

Came her to get my birthday drink and no surprise just like many other Starbucks they decided to close early with no reasoning. My friend and I went up to the door and they literally looked at us and and nothing. It almost looked like they said something to each other and laughed. I will NOT be coming back to this location. They do a great job here. Super friendly! They work on remembering customers names and drinks. They always have smiles on their faces.

I am shocked to see this place rated so low considering I have never ever had a problem at this Starbucks. The staff is exceptionally friendly and they really work to get the orders out in a timely manner, especially in an area where they are bombarded by entitled soccer moms who come in with all 8 of their brats needing frappachinos. I actually applaud the amount of patience, respect, and friendliness they have toward some of the extremely rude customers I have personally seen them have to deal with while in line myself. Aside from that, they do a really good job with the drinks! I've never had a single thing from here that wasn't up to standard. They always go out of their way to make sure that my drinks are dairy free, even remaking one for me once free of charge with absolutely no complaints whatsoever. The store is kept remarkably clean and it's always pleasant to eat in or out. They do their best to keep the drive through line moving even when someone orders an exorbitant amount of food and drinks. Seriously amazing, this place deserves an award. 100% recommend. read more

I get to the drive up window at 8:00....to hear"sorry we just closed " it would have been okay if there weren't already two cars in front of me waiting to get drinks. Still zero stars. All I wanted was 4 shots shaken. That's it. Nothing in it. The person on the microphone could not even figure it out. At one point she got it down to about $8.80 for some unknown reason. I tried to walk her through it because I've been to more Starbucks than she has but she just couldn't figure it out. Took a walk this morning to Starbucks at 6:30 am. AGAIN, closed. 5 employees inside. 1 sweeping, the other 5 sitting drinking coffee. Not sure what's going on at this Starbucks, but I will not be back. Many people going through drive- up as well. NO SERVICE! Today I stopped at the Starbucks for the first time and did not expect the service I received. I was not greeted by any of the workers when walking in and most of them were standing chatting and while the one male who seem to be prepping my mobile order placed two of my items down, he didn't let me know when the third was coming or say anything to me at all then responded to me with attitude saying "relax they're coming" when I asked about my third item. As if it couldn't get worse, when I finally saw that my item was ready he tossed it onto the counter rather than handing it to me like a normal person. Besides throwing my food item and saying nothing, neither of the workers said anything or greeted me on the way out either. I wouldn't recommend for anybody to stop here unless you want your food items thrown at you or honestly just your day ruined. Really hope they improve their customer service because it was already empty in there as it is. The worst experience I've ever had at any Starbucks and will not be returning!! Really just stop at any other nearby Starbucks than this one. read more
