I've been going to this Dutch Bros pretty often for a morning coffee run on my way to work. I'm so glad they finally added a menu of ready to go hot foods like breakfast sandwiches. I have the app and ordered ahead of time. I decided to order a small Golden Eagle Freeze with no caramel drizzle and a Sausage Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich. My drink was made perfectly and they didn't add the caramel drizzle like how I ordered it on the app. However, what disappointed me is that I was given the wrong food order. I got a Coffee Cake rather than the Sausage Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich that I initially ordered. It looks like it was from another mobile order so it probably got mixed up. I did notice they were pretty busy this morning so I am understanding of that, but just bummed I didn't get the breakfast sandwich I ordered in the first place. The drinks here always hit the spot, from the fantastic lemonades to the hundreds of options of coffee drinks. The staff at this Dutch are always kind, friendly and efficient. I enjoy seeing my usual favorite staff each time I show up for my caffeine fix. The drive thru moves quickly and my drinks are always perfection. Lately I've noticed the area has had some homeless people coming around. I noticed one of the staff being aggressively harassed by a homeless man. I've seen the sign up while they were in construction about 6-8 months ago and finally this DB's just opened about 2 months ago. I see some low reviews but my experience was totally different than the other yelpers. The service was quick and straight to the point.... less than 7 min from ordering till I got my drink. Excellent service! The girl that took my order was very nice. But the best part was my iced CoCoMo Drink. This was the best CoCoMo I have ordered at any Dutch bros. I had a very disappointing experience today. The young woman taking orders kept helping cars that arrived after me (I was in the right lane). I finally asked, "Excuse me, are you going to take my order?" She apologized, saying she thought the other cars were ahead of me. I clarified that I was there first and asked if she could take my order next. Instead, she ignored me, finished helping the other car, and walked into the building without a word. Another employee eventually took my order. At the window, I asked for a manager but was told only the shift lead was available. Before I could give him feedback (not even a complain), he accused me of cursing at her, which was completely untrue. I asked if she was around so she could clarify the situation but the lead kept accusing me of cursing at her and had a confrontational attitude refusing to hear my side of the story. I'm shocked and deeply offended by the false accusation and the lack of professionalism from both employees. I hope the young lady gets disciplined for lying and the lead for his lack of professionalism. read more

My husband and I go to the Dutch Brothers on Sunrise and Herodian twice a day. The Manager, Sierra, and her staff are wonderful and hard working people. The two employees that helped us today went above and beyond my expectations of their job requirements.They both are outstanding employees -- Taylor and Sydney.  Today, they made me a latte that I love is on the menu, but I REALLY love it a certain way! After hearing from me that the only time I get my drink right is when the two of them are there. Taylor proceeded to write down how to made it RIGHT for other employees. Never going back to this location, I have given this location multiple chances out of the five times. I have been there only two times my drink correct this time what was the last straw. I ordered a toasted nitro, cold brew, medium of a specific holiday flavor I even added extra liquid to it, so there's no chance that my drink would have fit in a medium sized cup but yet that's how I got it every other time at every other location I've ever ordered drink they say oh there was a little too much there so we went ahead and put in a large cup for you so granted that large cup wasn't even close to being full, but it was more volume than what fits in a medium also I did not get nitro cold brew in my drink. Cold brew has a very distinct flavor and even the way I get it dressed up you can tell when it's nitro cold brew or when it's a couple shots of espresso, a couple shots of espresso is way watered down, compared to the nitro and I got a watered down drink, so they either put in less than half of the can of nitro or (and more likely) the the person making it miss that instruction entirely and just made it a regular espresso drink. Though the staff is nice and I know that if I had time to turn around, go back, they would remake it, but when people are on their way to work, they just can't spend 10 minutes waiting in line and then another 10 minutes to have them fix a mistake that they did so I rather save the money and go without the coffee and only stop at locations where I know the staff and know that it's gonna be correct when I order it. read more

this was my second time coming here. I have only been to Dutch Bros once in my life so I'm not familiar with the menu and that was over five years ago. I figured I would try it out because I am super tired of Starbucks and I live at super close to the new Dutch Bros in Rancho Cordova my first time coming it was me and my son who is autistic and the menu is very vague so I asked for assistance as to what to order and what else was on the menu, the gal that initially help me the first time was very not knowledgeable admitted that she was new didn't know how to help me or navigate me and my son became very overstimulated as I was trying to order a got whatever I could try to put together because everything I asked she said she hadn't tried anything on the menu yet which was fine today at 1:20 PM. I decided hey why not give it a second chance I go to the drive-through I come across the manager by the name of Taylor he was super super sweet I explain to him what happened last time he told me that he was the manager he had been there for three years not to worry so we talked about life. I explain to him about what I had liked and that I had wanted something that didn't have too much coffee and that was possibly blended because the last time I came to drink was watery so he suggested a kicker which is something with Irish cream and it's supposed to be blended instead of just the freeze, so I was super excited just by him I started to write a yelp because he was freaking amazing and when I got to the window, the girl that was helping me also was super amazing. She had a reddish orange hair didn't get her name. She had braces super kind again my trip was going super good until I got my drink my drink had chunks of ice in it. It wasn't blended properly and when I went to taste it, it taste like coconut I said oh no, no this can't be the right drink and they assured me there was no coconut in it and I said OK they asked if I wanted something else i explained I wasn't familiar with the menu and as I looked in my rearview mirror I noticed there was a huge line forming so I said that's OK. I'll just get a refund at that point I said actually, can you get the guy that was helping me he was super kind and knowledgeable. They said that they didn't know where he was or who he was then the manager by the name of Syd came interrupted and got in the window she said she was the manager. I explained to her that it tasted like it had coconut and I said I wanted to get another drink but there was a line she finish giving me the refund and said OK !and I said I felt like they should've been a little more sensitive or even offered to get me something else or offered to give me a free drink. Next time I come I have now been in this line & at the window for 25 minutes and still walked away with nothing. She was extremely rude and she said respect is earned. I did not know where she was coming from. I said that I had not diminish her or talk down on to her once I only asked for the manager she said I'm the manager I said the guy I was speaking with was super nice can you get him? She begin to demeaning him and say that is not a manager he's not a manager he's only my lead I'm not gonna go get him I said OK can you please give me somebody else I could talk to you she said I am the manager. My name is syd she said "you can call corporate if you want go out right ahead I don't care !"I said OK do you have the number she apparently thought I was asking for her name again she "said it's syd it's not that hard to remember but OK I'll write it down" I also referenced up to the camera and I said I hope somebody watches this to see how you spoke to me I never demeaning to you or never spoke badly to you and I didn't deserve to be treated like this. Please get Taylor she said I'm not gonna go get anybody for you. I said OK I'm not gonna move I refuse to move. She said she was going to call the cops. I said go right ahead, my anxiety begin to grow as I was waiting in line I decided to leave while I was leaving the drive-through I seen Taylor I explain to him what happened he said he was so sorry and he said he is a manager. He is a lead completely apologize for her behavior and did not agree said he would've never treated me the way she did my only advice guys. Unfortunately, I really was hoping this would work and I hope if other people have bad visits, they report it do not go to this Dutch Brose. Just prior to Christina finishing the order for the car in front of me, another car pulled in to the 2nd drive-thru line. Even though I had been waiting more than 5 minutes, Christina chose to take the order of the car that had just pulled up. There was no doubt that Christina saw me. This action made me leave and drive directly to Starbucks. DO BETTER Dutch Brothers and train your employees correctly. You have lost a customer. I'm definitely coming back here! They were ready to take my order right as I walked up. They were friendly but not overly! Other locations I've been to can be annoying and overly interactive, practically harassing me, but this one was hospitable without annoyance. My drink came out very quickly and was great! Perfect sweetness and I would order it again. I also liked that it was pretty chill, they had a shaded area with tables to sit at while waiting for your drink or to drink your drink. I appreciate that they weren't blasting music, at multiple other locations I've been to they would BLAST music and I could barely hear. At first I thought their cold brew menu was sparse but then I realized I could order any drink as a cold brew and that gave me tons and tons of options. I can't wait to try more flavors.
