I was hesitant to leave a negative review, but it was such a strange experience that I felt the need and our order was completely wrong. Only people in the store on a Tuesday 10am, greeted and had to ask if we could place our order as the employee kept cleaning instead of taking our order. Oh well... then we ordered 2 smoothies. Waited 10 minutes for her to even start blending them. It was so strange but I didn't want to assume anything. After 15 minutes (only people in store still) we received our smoothies. Not only did one not have the protein boost, but the other smoothie was clearly missing ingredients. Would leave no stars if I could, walked in to the store with two employees and two customers waiting. The two employees did not look in my direction or ask if I needed anything. I waited for 10 minutes until the customer waiting behind me (there was now two families in line behind us) spoke up and asked how much longer it would be until they took our order. The young man working then said "oh you haven't ordered yet? " then walked up to take our orders. The lady working said "there's just two of us right now" in a disrespectful tone. Paying 20 dollars for two drinks (one medium, one large) all to have disrespectful service is crazy. Need new employees or maybe a new manager asap. I stopped by Jamba Juice for a quick break, and it hit the spot! I ordered the dragon fruit delight bowl. It tasted indulgent but still felt like I was doing something good for my body. The staff were friendly and quick, even though it was a bit busy. The store was clean, and my bowl came out in less than five minutes. I appreciated that they asked if I wanted any add-ins or modifications without being pushy. The only reason I'm giving five starts is the price, for a reasonable amount and delicious taste the quality is there. Still, it's a reliable place to get a refreshing, healthy-ish treat. A very disappointing encounter here a few days ago. I ordered a large carrot orange with mango and banana. I know from ordering this exact same drink at other locations, how they're supposed to be made. This location does not make them like they are supposed to. The employee used only 3 carrots which made about a tablespoon of juice, normal is 1/2 cup, then piled in the other ingredients. When she was done she realized it was too small so then added more mango, banana, and ice to make the large. Like I said, I've seen this drink made many times and that is not how it's supposed to be done. The lack of following the correct recipe was very evident in the taste: It was not good. It was nearly $9.00 for me to have a drink made by someone that clearly has no regard for the integrity of Jamba Juice. I will not visit here again. read more

The staff here was very friendly on my visit. I am rating Jamba Juice with only 3 stars because the prices have become really over the top. I'm glad they aren't using styrofoam any more, but it shouldn't cost almost 20 bucks for 2 medium drinks and two pretzels. That's a small snack, not a full meal. Came a Sunday afternoon the juice is great and employees were friendly and fast. Only complain is holy moly does anyone ever pick up a broom or a mop around here??? Floors looked almost black, and trash everywhere. The floors were also really sticky when you walked on them. Outside trash can was completely over flowing with trash. I didn't even want to go into the bathroom, and I don't want to think about how it is in the kitchen. Managers here should think about giving the place a good wipe down or something, this is a health concern. read more

I don't want put down this Jamba, but for every other Jamba I've been too, the workers are always so hyper and perky, as if they've had a little too much of that energy boost. My dad lives in the area, so I'm constantly stopping by this Jamba Juice location. Honestly, I hope my race isn't the issue on why I keep getting horrible customer service here. Every time I am at this Jamba Juice, I'm treated differently than the rest of their customers (mainly Caucasians). I have had an employee roll her eyes and let out a huge sigh at me over having to restart a transaction due to her not giving me the correct information about coupons. Most recent incident I have had there was another customer cutting me off from starting my order to "add" another drink to his already completed and paid order. The man was two people in front of me, paid, and already sat down waiting for his drinks... But decides he wants to cut me off from saying my order. And the employee just backs up the other customer saying how he was already in line before and he was just ordering one more. Out of common curteousy, a customer who is cutting someone would be told that the other customer was in line first and if they could stand in line again. I have no problem letting someone go before me if he/she expresses that they are in some type of rush -- we have all been there, but for the employees to let someone cut me off and then they roll their eyes at me? Completely not okay. Other than the service I get, I do enjoy my Jamba Juice smoothies and will always be one of their customers -- just not at this location. read more

These guys are usually on the money. The staff is very pleasant, welcoming, and eager to help out any way they can. So many of the Jamba Juices that I go to either try to win you over by being overly enthusiastic (which always comes off as fake or unprofessional), or they just don't really care and are counting the minutes until the end of their shift.
