Located in the heart of Red Bank on the main strip, no matter what time of day, this is a great place to get your caffeine fix or a quick bite to eat. I've always had great experiences here. The baristas are friendly and even when it's super busy, they manage to get your order out quickly and accurately. The atmosphere is great and the prices are reasonable, especially if you're a member of their rewards program. They have delicious pastries, but my favorite thing to order is the Nitro Cold Brew with Sweet Foam. It tastes like soft serve coffee ice cream! read more

Me and my friend ordered drinks and I paid for a venti, got a grande, and the manager tried to make me pay for a new drink. My friend ordered a cookie and a drink, meanwhile she only got the cookie. Then the manager proceeded to refuse to make her a drink because she paid in cash and they didn't put the order into the system. This service is horrible! read more

Employees were talking and chatting without doing anything while our food was already made and sat out getting cold for 15 minutes, then they served that to us. Lazy service and not great in general. my experience at this starbucks has been so bad in the last few months. I've had my drink stolen more than once, and then i haven't received a refund. The service when this happens is also horrible, with them not even offering a refund for the drink that wasn't received. Went to the Starbucks this evening with my two kids. I walked in and waited. After standing there a while, I asked waiting customers, where do I order from? They pointed across the room saying the lines over there I said OK. Me and my two 14 yr old daughters continue to walk to the back of the line across the store and then a manager came out and started yelling at me in front of my kids telling me that I should walk out of the store then back around so I am not to come in close contact with the other customers. At this point I was halfway through the store and told him I was sorry. He continued to come at me and embarrassed me in front of my kids. I then told him he's doing a great job and keep up the good work. He then threatened to throw me out because he thought I was being sarcastic. Perhaps I was but being a prior business owner myself I can't throw somebody out of the store for being sarcastic. I will never go back to the Starbucks again nor will I let my kids go back. my favorite local starbucks in town. I wasn't always a fan of starbucks until I started coming to this location. The staff is always super friendly and they make the drinks so well. Dan is THE nicest barista. He always has a huge smile on for every customer that walks in through the door every morning (even when you're not fully awake yet yourself). I've been coming to this starbucks for about 2 years now, and I have never had a bad experience or drink. This place really could be great but there are a few issues holding it back. First, the bathrooms seem to always be a disaster. Not sure why but they need to be cleaned more often. Second, the staff needs to be properly trained. For example, when I get a refill on a hot tea, every other Starbucks will automatically throw out the old tea bags and give me new tea bags. This is the only Starbucks that assumes that all I want is more hot water until I correct them and ask for new tea bags. Also, other Starbucks will ask if they should leave room for milk or not. This one will automatically leave room for milk...guess what, I don't add milk and would rather have the extra water. This is basic training that they should be following the Starbuck standards that I assume are in place. Also half the time the employees are busy gossiping among themselves instead of focusing on the business. Or they are talking to their friends who are visiting, not just for a minute or two but for an hour. As a customer, I don't want to hear this. The location is great. It is really down to poor training and total lack of management at this location. I want to add that I visited this location on weekends. I can't speak to how it's run during the week. read more

Left my bag with my iPad there. There was nothing inside that had my name or address or phone number. They posted under my name on my Facebook to let me know that I had left my bag there. With their phone number. And when I called them the person I talked to was genuinely relieved. And let everyone know the next day I was coming to get it.
