A note on accessibility: there is a ~5in step to get into the bakery, so I had to lift the front of the stroller. And the door to get in is a narrow double door. Someone on the inside had to unlatch the second door so that our stroller could fit. I think it would be difficult for someone who uses a wheelchair to access the bakery.

Now usually it's pretty common for Starbucks to run out of items, it happens and I understand. But this Starbucks is exclusively out of everything. Out of the 50 times I've been here I think maybe once they've had their sandwiches available. It's a high volume store, so I get that they would often be out of items but whoever does the ordering just really needs to increase their supply. Today I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, and they forgot the cream cheese. People are human they forget things but after being extremely neglected only a few minutes prior I felt really let down. A bagel is just bread. You really gotta have that cream cheese. In addition to today most of the time I come here it's about a 45 minute wait for the drive thru even if it's five cars ahead of me. Every. Time. I have to say I won't be going to the Starbucks anymore. I usually come on the weekends on break during my 11 hour shifts and I don't have the time to wait 45 minutes for a food item they probably won't have.
