I like this location. The staff are polite and super patient. They also have recommendations if you don't know what you want. They are also knowledgeable about new menu items and willing to let you know what most customers say about them. It usually helps when deciding if you want to spend money to try them! They have a few tables and chairs inside, and the time I actually decided to do some work in there, there were also quite a bit of people in there. Overall, still a pretty good place to have a coffee date or do some work! I ordered a strawberry acai refresher without lemonade and the cookie croissant swirl. The refresher is my go to drink, but the cookie croissant swirl is a fairly new menu item I think. It tastes just like an Oreo cookie croissant. It's pretty good, but a bit too sweet for me. I have ordered the Dragon Drink from this a Starbucks quite a few times and they ALWAYS mess up the drink... no coconut milk, a refresher.... and today no dragon fruit. When I called the restaurant to let them know, I got the most flippant employee. She told me there was a National shortage on th dragon fruit pieces. She tried to tell me it WAS a dragon drink just not fruit. I said it's not the dragon drink because it had no fruit. She argued that it was. I asked if you went to a restaurant and they didn't give you one of your items, then you would not have your order'. She stated we are not a restaurant. Now my husband will is there and MIRACULOUSLY- another restaurant (during a National shortage) delivered some dragon fruit pieces in the fifteen minutes since we were there. The only reason I have given this Starbucks 3 stars is because the staff has consistently been friendly and my drink is made correctly. However, I actively go out of my way to the Forest Hills Starbucks due to the harassment I receive from the individuals loitering outside of this Starbucks location. Every single time I have gone there, there is at least one person taking up the entire patio with their backpack/things and asking for money. You have to physically walk past them to get through the door. On multiple occasions I have been cursed out/ yelled at when I either ignore them or say no. So I had a gift card to use for a project at work and was buying for a group of people. I ordered 4 drinks and $30 worth of pastries. The baristas were all very friendly and helpful. They were extremely busy with drive thru orders and once I started placing my order a line started to form behind me. If I could leave a review for the impatient customers behind me they would all get a thumbs down except the last lady in line (older lady, I think she had a cane and she smiled, she seemed calm unlike the rest of the line). I kid you not, I checked the time on my phone and they were waiting less than three minutes before they started to get assisted yet they were rolling their eyes, heavily sighing, tapping their feet and frowning. First I'd like to start off by saying I created a Yelp account just to write this review. I LOVE STARBUCKS. I go very frequently and spend a lot of money. Let me tell you, this location is fucking AWFUL. I live 5 minutes from it so it's usually my go to. MORE OFTEN THAN NOT WHEN I COME TO THIS STARBUCKS THE WAIT IS OUTRAGEOUS. 20+ minutes almost every single time. There is no sense of urgency and they always seem to have an attitude and never polite. No smiles. No hi, how are you. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. Normally when you walk inside the store they never acknowledge you and when they come to the register they just stare at you. Usually I would be able to deal with this; however, my order again more often then not is always wrong and or taste absolutely like shit. For instance this morning I asked for a Caramel Mocha and you know what I got... a caramel macchiato.. which might I add taste like shit. And I refuse to go back in line to wait another twenty minutes for my correct order. As a frequent customer you would think I would be treated a bit more respectfully but that's not the case. This place is garbage and if I could give it zero stars I would. Who doesn't love Starbucks!!!! I am glad I got the frequent buyer gift card thing. Kind of neat how it works and the pretty card that you get alone is pretty awesome!! This location has a drive-thru --which makes it deserve the 5 stars I gave it for that alone in my opinion. Never had a problem here and I hope I don't jinx myself saying that! I'm confused by other reviews. Out of all the Starbucks' that I go to, this one by far is my favorite. Granted I always order on the mobile app or in the drive thru, but the staff here is so nice. There are two or three who I swear always work (not sure of their names) but they are super nice. Every time I've ordered on the mobile app, my drink is ready and waiting for me when I get there. Once or twice there has been some issue and they replace the drink quickly. This is my standard to compare to other Starbucks stores. read more

Dear Starbucks, Look, I get it. I'm not much of a morning person either. But, where I work, I go in early. I mean, butt-crack early. It used to be my options at 5:30 a.m. were pretty limited. Wawa. McDonalds. Einstein Bagels. So I was pretty thrilled when I saw that you were open that early. Of course, things did not go that well on my first try. It was Monday. Someone overslept and didn't make it in time to open the store. These things happen. But then it started to be the little things. Does it take that much effort to include a napkin? Or put things in a bag? A week and a half with no black tea lemonade available. Out of oatmeal a couple of times. The oven isn't warm yet. All of which means a few things. I either go down a few lights to get something terrible from Hardees, I fight the crowd at Wawa, or my boss brings me something from her always on-the-money Starbucks. So this morning, yeah. It was awesome. Granted, I was there at 5:32 a.m.. But ... I could see you working inside. Three of you. So I waited. The guy who pulled in behind me gave it a few minutes then backed up and drove off. I drove around and waited. Then at 5:45, I tried again. And ... silence. And, I could still see you all in there. The lights were on. So I did what I hate doing--getting out of my car, because it's early and I am not a morning person and, hey, that's why you're a drive-thru, so I don't have to. But, I got out and went to the door, which was locked. And the young lady just stood there looking at me. Your customer. So I got back in my car. And, I really like the cool hat and all, but running over to unlock the door at that point was just a little too late. So, all of the art on the cups and the expanded menu and all of the woo woo, you know, it's cool and all. But ... if you can't serve your customers, they will go elsewhere. I don't really want to, because no one else has what you have that I really, really love. (Which is the iced tea lemonade.) But I doubt I will try tomorrow, maybe in a few weeks, or maybe not at all. Waited in the drive-thru for 30 minutes just now when I go here everyday and get the same drink, and it always turns out different, it's still good. But today they put extra regular sugar rather than the syrup sugar in a cold drink and as soon as I took a sip all there was, was bits of sugar all in my mouth. They should know to either blend it enough so that doesn't happen or use the syrup sugar that I ASKED FOR. Not to mention once I got to the window I had to wait another 10 minutes for my drink. Went to this Starbucks earlier this morning around 9:30-10, went through the drive through. The person working drive thru was extremely disrespectful and condescending. I kept repeating my order and when she finally acknowledged what I said she was extremely rude and proceeded to tell me this is Starbucks as if I'm stupid and don't know where I am at. I'm very familiar with the company and the products they carry. I've been a gold card member for a couple years now and this was my first encounter with a rude Starbucks employee. Needless to say I left that drive thru without my order because I will not spend my money with rude workers and no telling what a person with such a nasty attitude could and would do to my order.
