First time going to this location and I'm not mad about it. Wanted to mobile order so I could use my points so I asked one of the workers to make sure I had the correct location. Very nice when answering. Looked at my phone and confirmed. I ordered a shaken espresso with blonde espresso, white mocha, raspberry, soy milk and raspberry cold foam. My drink was made perfectly and was delicious! I appreciate that the girl who made my drink actually read the sticker. It looked and tasted great. Two thumbs up to her!! I wanted to sit down and chill and enjoy my drink and I did for a little bit but it was FREEZING in the store. Felt like I was in a damn freezer. I would have loved to sit in there for a bit longer. They have a bunch of tables and I think I saw an outlet on the wall by each one. But it was so COLD!!!!! It did NOT have to feel like the arctic in there but it did. I'll have to bring a thicker hoodie next time I wanna go. All in all, I would go back but again, just need to bring a THICK hoodie!! read more

I come here one morning order food and a drink they don't have change for $100. I'm already annoyed after waiting in line. I order less than what I wanted and used singles the cashier takes my change and puts it in the tip jar after making me leave to get change then says Oh sorry. Friendly, prompt service here. It's across the street from Jamaica Hospital and lots of medical personnel were in and out. It's a big space. The barista told me the Jamaica Hospital staff liked to take breaks inside the Starbucks. Hopefully we'll all be able to dine in safely again. read more

This location is bittersweet. First off you will never find parking, secondly they are always out of stock of the seasonal drinks such as peach green tea lemonade, caramel ribbon crunch etc. & lastly majority of the employees are unfriendly. Aside from that. One employee whom i always enjoy seeing is KIA!!! She greets customers with the biggest smile & always accommodates. She even goes out her way to put your piping hot panini in a shopping bag that way you don't burn your hands & she always has a smile on her face. When i go there in the AM hours i always look forward to her taking my order, if it weren't for an employee like her i wouldn't bother wasting my time at that location. 3 stars, for Kia. read more

This is a hit or miss location. At times, my coffee is delicious and my order is delivered in a timely fashion via Uber eats. However, the last two times I've ordered from here, service was not the best. A few days ago I ordered a latte, and there were small chunks of what seemed to be a pastry inside of the drink(and I did not order any food items so very concerning). I don't often go to Starbucks especially not early in the morning while on my way to work, because I make my own coffee. This morning I felt like treating myself after such a long stretch of work without any days off and being that it's the last work day before my spring break. Anyway, I ordered a tall mocha. The first thing that turned me off is the fact that the girl used her whole hand to put the lid on the cup. I really have an issue with that. I have to put my mouth on the lid to drink from it. Then I taste the coffee, c it's lukewarm for one & for two it tasted like warm milk. Starbucks is known for their strong coffee flavor. This was gross! I wasted $4.63 which to some may not be a lot but I could have treated myself to something better later on ib the day after work. The worst Starbucks coffee. I've ever had. They don't have a restroom, which they should have a sign up or something. Because when I spend almost $2 for a 12 ounce coffee, I shouldn't have to be told to use the restroom at Walgreen's next door. Walgreen's bathroom was filthy and had no soap. What sets this apart from some of the others in the area is it is its own parking and its location - locate conveniently within walking distance of the sub stop of the E train. The place was fairly busy with customers constantly in and out but the trafiic was well handled by the staff. Service was fast and quick. Has ample seating inside. Coffee is the standard Starbucks quality with few nut and snack options as well. Overall a very convenient and clean place for a coffee break. read more

Very spacious with many chairs & tables which is great because about 80% of locations I go to are so cramped. This is such a great Starbucks. The baristas (Junior, Star, Juju, Diana) are so great!!! They are super friendly, fast, hard working and just make my day brighter. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy and ur order comes fast and correct. Wish there was a bathroom but I don't usually stay longer than 15 mins anyway. I liked this Starbucks. It wasn't the biggest or most interesting location I've been to, but the staff I interacted with were fast, courteous, and friendly. Likewise, the atmosphere was laid-back and homey, without the rush and bustle of some coffee shops (or so it was during my visit, at least). There was adequate seating, including a comfortable booth. My coffee was good and fresh, and I drank it with a good lunch and a good book as good music seeped from the front. I enjoyed myself, overall, and if ever in the Jamaica area again, I'd like return. I think this is probably one of the best, if not the best Starbucks I've been to thus far. Not because of the drinks, because drinks are pretty standard accross the board, but I think that this location has the best customer service overall-coming from all employees at one location. Everyone who provided service was stellar which was great! Also, I like the size of this particular location. It's pretty spacious. read more

Great location. There is a parking lot available however, it's small and I highly doubt you'll find any available parking spots. I live close by so this is my go-to starbucks (also a plus, it's right by the E train !). I've had maybe one bad experience here but it's not that bad to change my views dramatically. The service is timely(I did not say fast) and my beverage is almost always made just the way i like it. I do a mobile order every morning. I like the separate section hey have for mobile orders. The young ladies who work here are so efficient and diligent. They work so hard and always try to get your order right. My drink is ready within no time. Three is an issue with a water spill on the ground. This has happened a couple of times. I love Starbuck's so I was delighted to find this location right off the Van Wyck. I was also happy to find that there is a parking lot. Every so often we like to get Starbucks and decided to give this location a try for the first time. Layout is nice but could have been better compared to other locations I've been to. Cashier could have been more friendly but there was a crowd so he gets a pass on that . Now for the drink iced caramel macchiato it didn't taste like What I Normally get when I do go to a Starbucks. The worst Starbucks I have ever visited. Went in the evening and got a tall decaf coffee. The "hot" coffee was cold-- not lukewarm, cold! At other Starbucks, they make a fresh pour over when they run out of hot decaf coffee. They ran out of soymilk, so they offered me coconut milk, which made the coffee taste sour. Absolutely disgusting. I dumped it after 2 sips. They weren't apologetic or accommodating when I told them the drink was terrible. Never again.
