I absolutely love love this Starbucks I come in a few times a week and order the venti honey citrus mint tea and they make it perfect every time. I sometimes get the Turkey bacon sandwich and chocolate chip cookie warmed but I didn't get that today but when I do it's delicious. The service is always great and the team is very friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. They keep this Starbucks looking clean and well organized. Terrible customer service every time I come here. Today was exceptionally bad. My wife used the mobile app to make an order and wanted to use the BOGO offer for the pink drinks. It stated on the app that the pink drinks were unavailable. We ordered a couple drinks and a couple bacon wraps. We get to the speaker and they say they are not sold out of pink drinks, weird? We order the pink drinks separately, get to the window, go to pay, and the employee did not even care to use the stars toward the order or apply the BOGO offer and then after she took payment, we mentioned it and she said it is too late because she already took payment. She is lazy, because all they have to do is refund the order and re process it properly but, I get scammed out of money. Then they say they do not have the stuff to make two bacon wraps, after I have already paid. So now I was forced to order something else. In conclusion, I received my items, the wrap was made extremely poorly, it was crunchy, overcooked, messy and all around unenjoyable. I will never come to this specific location again and I do not recommend it to anybody else. read more

Waited over an hour for 1 latte and was met with unbelievable rudeness by one of the baristas when I asked if she would be able to tell me where my drink was in line. Other customers saw the exchange and were flabbergasted. This particular employee is never welcoming or friendly when I visit the establishment Placed my order at 10:14 AM, had an estimated time of 10:26 AM...was handed my drink at 11:14 AM. I had been gifted a Starbucks gift card earlier this month and decided to stop at this location on my way home. I asked the barista if she could check what type of sugar is listed in the nutritional value on a breakfast item because the app is not specific & I am on a strict diet because of recent unexpected health concerns that have came up. I used to be a barista some years ago. I know there are books that list informative information about the products they sell. I understand it is tedious to check something like that and you may need to ask for someone to cover or ask someone for help but I bet I was the only customer that day who asked that specific question and it would have only taken her a few more moments of her time while she was at work to do work. Instead she gave me an excuse, she would been better off asking for a supervisors help. Like I said with serious unexpected health concerns and as a former employer who has worked many customer service jobs, it is the employees duty to fulfill their job which entails doing everything they can to help a customer with their concern of course within reason and capability. I will make sure that it's noted I don't want any Starbucks gift cards for now on or to trade them with other ppl. What a shame, I probably won't even do business with Starbucks after I'm allowed to have added sugars again because of this. read more

Purchased two large drinking cups for Christmas presents, two sandwiches and a Frappuccino. When I got the sandwiches I asked if I could have a bag for my purchases. I was told, "just a minute." I went with my boyfriend and his niece today and ordered an iced matcha brown sugar and otamilk three cake pops and a cookie crumble crème frap, all of our orders were messed up. an employee named Megan put lavender foam on my matcha, watered down my boyfriends frap, and gave us the wrong cake pops, not only did everything taste disgusting she was extremely rude to all of us and impatient which made us feel unwelcome and like we weren't wanted. she also was extremely snotty. safe to say we will never come back here again bacause of Megan. read more

Horrible experience! I ordered my drink online and pulled up and called the number and was told to wait for my drink to come out. 15 minutes pass and I see other people getting their order. At this point I know my drink has been sitting on the counter for some time so I called to have my order canceled and was told I needed to come Into the drive through line to get a refund. I have now been waiting in the long drive through line which what I was trying to avoid. It has been 25 minutes I have been here at Starbucks just to get my refund. read more

This is absolutely my favorite Starbucks! I always mobile order and every time I get there they are just finishing up my food/drink. I order a pretty complicated iced tea and they nail it every time! I went there this morning and noticed the barista making my tea so I thought I would watch. She carefully blended the honey with warm water so it melted before she put the ice in. Seems logical but this is the only location that has ever done that. Usually I grab my drink and notice all of the honey stuck to the bottom. Not here! The dining area is always clean and the barista's have smiles on their faces. It's a good place to go first thing in the morning to start your day because you know you will start off on the right foot. Bravo, Starbucks! read more

I just came from the drive through a few minutes ago, with a terrible experience. As a partner who works for Starbucks, I don't want to place blame on the full team but after the experience I just had I'm not sure I'll return because of a certain barista. My brother has crohn's disease and dairy can cause extreme health issues for him. I ordered him a vanilla bean Frappuccino with matcha powder, and happened to forget to say with Soy milk and no whipped cream. I got to the window and asked nicely if they could quickly fix it, and immediately was met with attitude and rudeness. I was told they cannot change things at the window and I informed the barista of my brothers severe allergy. She consistently cut me off and told me she can't change it. I kindly informed her I'm a partner, and that it's possible. The barista slammed the window on me, and gave me the "remake". I'm pretty sure they just scooped the whip off and gave me the same drink. My brother took a few sips and already is having stomach problems since we've gotten home. If you have any allergies or issues, I'm not sure i'd recommend going to this location. Never thought I would see a Starbucks close to me. I recall when the closest one was 40 miles away in Ann Arbor, but that was in the 90s. I am happy to report this location is as good as the first one I visited. In fact this one is cleaner than some locations. The coffee was fresh and hot. The pastries were fresh and tasty. Lots of seating but not many people for a Saturday night. I do hope Downriver supports this place. I appreciate that they opened here. read more

On the first visit to this location ordered tall Caramel Macchiato with 7 pumps of vanilla and tall extra Caramel . And Caramel Macchiato with extra caramel; both were a bit watery. Decided to give location another try; this experience was a bit better. But, this location still seems to lag behind in comparison to other locations (Woodhaven/Allen rd. And Taylor/Eureka rd.). When enter and approaching the counter as I stood there waiting to be serviced; I was not greeted ( although there was four employees at the front counter and no other customers waiting inside to be served). Once the initial cashier did approach counter to help; she asked," how can I help you". I said," good morning" to which there was no reply. Placed order for two tall Caramel Macchiato's; one with 7 pumps of vanilla and extra caramel. The second with extra caramel; as she rang up the order; I added one tall black coffee. At which time the cashier turned around, poured the black coffee , turned back towards me and dropped the coffee (with out stopper) on counter like it was an inconvenience to her‍. Paid for order and proceeded to order pick up counter. At which time the cashier had made her way to that side to place something on counter. I asked if there was any stoppers; without a word, she grabbed 3 and handed them to me and walked away. Now, the ladies on the order end were as most Starbucks employees usually are.... friendly and courteous. Maybe the cashier working the front counter ( who's name I do not recall/ 5'2; curly dark hair) was overwhelmed with absolutely nothing. Because, I was the only customer at the counter .
