The drink was served similarly to how an iced caramel macchiato would be (syrup/flavor on the bottom, milk and shots on top). So when I took my first sip, I was just hit with espresso... I mixed the drink around to incorporate all the flavors. I was happy that they didn't use pistachio syrup which tastes too artificial for me and they used a paste instead. We love the clotted cream and jam and the petit fours, pate a fruits, and macarons. The little fruit is a nice touch. For tea, I had English breakfast and my child had fruit tea. Both were nice.
