My brother's house is in walking distance of this Starbucks location so when I'm craving a mocha when visit him I walk in over. I can't say it has always been the best Starbucks, but something has changed because my last visit was quite memorable! They made my Toffee Nut Mocha with Almond milk perfect! I also got a green smoothie and a grilled cheese as breakfast. The baristas were so friendly and so good at their jobs! I hope that it stays that way because it's such a cute location right across from a great Indigenous Mural that I always love staring out at through the Starbucks window!

Eh, store manager didn't want to scan my Rewards so I could get points for two drinks or approximately a $12 transaction...the process felt rushed and disappointed with the customer service. I got a Nitro Cold Brew w/a pump of Vanilla syrup. It was good - still sweeter than how I liked my coffee, but still enjoyable. Honestly, wouldn't return and would hunt down the local coffee shop in downtown Safety Harbor vs. Coming here. Customer service wasn't inviting so I'm def. Skipping as a result of my interaction...so disappointed the scanner wouldn't work to receive points or the fact the manager did the bare minimum to attempt to help me with the situation...No thanks!

Newly renovated, but all the new chairs are horrible. Won't be working here anymore.

So excited to try the newly renovated Starbucks in Safety Harbor! This is where my excitement ended. Newly renovated, but for some reason it doesn't seem like the whole "Design and Research" department at Starbucks tested the seating and comfort designs on humans. Let's get started with the HUGE bench in the new part of this Starbucks, why is it so high up? Why is it so uncomfortable? Did the designer actually SIT on this? Nice plugs right by your feet, but why? No Human could ever sit here and plug away at studying or work while enjoying Coffee because the tiny tables in front of the bench is LOWER than the bench itself. What? Yah. This would be torture to try to use these little tiny tables even for setting a coffee on. OK, so what about the chairs? Very odd wooden bottomed chairs with either a strange padded back or NO BACK AT ALL. What the heck? I wonder how many back injuries are going to happen after sitting in here over a cup of coffee and a scone. Bench along the window. Good idea I guess, but I can't get over the horrible chairs. To the designer, are you a reincarnated Medieval torture device engineer? What on earth are you thinking!? As to the coffee, yah it's good and the service is still on point. But the Baristas were even complaining about back pain because they lowered the counter they have to work on by 4 inches and over the course of the day they are hurting. Starbucks, you might want to go back to the drawing board on this design.

Stopped in after dance class yesterday, to catch up with a lovely fellow dancer. Haven't seen her in a year and she looks FABULOUS! I ordered my chai latte and she got a peach green iced tea. Both drinks were made with efficiency and a smile on the barista's face. It wasn't a busy day, so there were plenty of seats for us to grab and gab. We spent an hour sitting in the corner and chatting. Have to say, one of the more comfortable S*bucks I've been in recently.

Dont order a bagel from here. It was individually wrapped in plastic and they just give you a generic tub of cream cheese. Definitely not the einstein bagel experience.

I'm always looking for a good place for corned beef hash that is homemade. They also were not stingy with the amount of meat for the hash. The eggs were perfectly cooked. I ordered pumpernickel toast and it came perfectly toasted and buttered. They also use premium jam, Dickinson's red raspberry jam in a little jar. It was a nice touch. To drink I had an iced chai latte. I do not know of many places that actually brew it from scratch with chai tea leaves and spices. My husband tasted it and thought it was as good as what you would get in an Indian tea stall. It does not have any sweetener in it, but has lots of flavor. It was brewed just the way we like it. I don't like places that use sweetened chai concentrate. So be patient while they brew it fresh for you. We also ordered French toast, which was challah bread that had been soaked to give that custard flavor and feel. They also put a little bit of butter on top of the French toast, which adds a nice salty creamy flavor. We were surprised that they were not super busy for breakfast. I would highly suggest trying this place for a wonderful breakfast treat.

We ordered 2 Italian Club Sandwiches, 1 Lemon Cake Slice & 1 cream cheese brownie. It said it would be delivered in 35-50 mins. I noticed my driver was at the store waiting but they were there awhile. They finally text that they haven't made it yet. It took them well over an hour to make 2 sandwiches so it was 30 mins late. Ok, we were ready to try this sandwich that looked amazing on the site. HUGE disappointment! At first we thought it was moldy. There was so much pesto spread on it that it was oozing & the sandwich was soggy. My dog wouldn't even eat it, he turned his nose up at it. The rye bread did not taste like any rye bread I've ever tasted & it's one of my favorite bread choices. I tried to eat it but it was soggy gross I had to toss this $18 sandwich. It did not come with any side or chips either. So I figured may as well eat that lemon cake. It looked good too. Wrong! How do you mess up lemon cake? The icing was like glue but gritty like raw sugar. I took the icing off & the cake itself wasn't too bad but for the price, I could get a better one in the reach in case at 7-11. It was that bad. Then, the brownie... really thought it would taste like cheesecake or chocolate cheesecake... I'm not sure what cream cheese they used but it must of been rotten. It was so sour we couldn't even eat it. I'm not sure what is up with this place but I can not recommend anything from here. The coffee looked so good too, I am glad I did not fall for those pictures because it would have likely been just as gross as the rest. Their prices are high & quality is very low. Please don't waste your money here. Portions were good if the taste was there. I don't feel it was fresh since it was very soggy & I would NEVER order again

As far as the coffee - they have a great variety of coffee drinks (iced, hot, frappe style, etc). If I'm not mistaken, I believe it's French espresso beans which I'm a huge fan of. They definitely want to make sure you enjoy your coffee and are always willing to adjust sweetness levels based on your preference. The food is also very good! $13 for a big sandwich is a great deal - I've gotten tiny sandwiches at other shops for the same price so imo they are priced very fairly. Try the homemade banana bread btw - it's great!!
