    Bourbon honey eggs benedict
    Michelle M.

This colorful building really stands out inside and out and is a unique find with good service. Lots of interesting things to look at while you wait for your food. I was excited to try the bourbon honey eggs benedict for a unique take on this breakfast food. Unfortunately, it fell flat. It's one huge eggs benedict instead of two which was surprising. The bread (which looks like a huge burger bun) was way too big and thick for the amount of toppings on it. It also needed way more sauce as a result of the huge bread as it was overall a very dry eggs benedict. I really feel the flavors would be much better appreciated on a more traditional English muffin (or at least a significantly smaller piece of bread).

What a whimsical and fun place! Went here on a Sunday after church, on a recommendation from a friend. A downtown Safety Harbor little jewel. Our party of three were seated right away and brought menus. We scoured the menu and were brought drinks. My daughter chose the Black and Blue Bacon Burger, my daughter's beau selected the Bacon and Cheddar Burger, and I wanted to try the Womelette with Spinach and Feta. We chatted for a while and looked around the visually stunning room. There was a plush pony playing the piano, multiple unicorns, a psychedelic deer head, rainbows, and posters all around. It was walking into a My Little Pony dream. This also was the theme outside and even on their "company car." Our food came and the two were very impressed with the burgers. They were both tasty and did not spare the amount of Bacon! My first attempt at a Waffle/Omelet, the Womelette, was disappointing. I envisioned two halves (or whole) waffles, made from eggs alone, with the Feta and Spinach inside. Instead, they were placed on top of the waffle. This made for a very dry and disappointing taste. I'm glad I did try it. Luckily the two shared a couple bites of their burgers. A pleasant atmosphere, almost circus-like, and definitely eye catching. Service was great and I think it would be a great place to bring our grandkids.

What a phenomenal breakfast and lunch restaurant. Daydreamers Rocks! I recently moved here and im addicted. The owner and our server were so courteous and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Oh the food. I ordered their British Breakfast absolutely Delicious. My sister ordered an Eggs Benedict. Wow!!!!

Delicious food and amazing service. It's tucked off the main drag in a cute little house. The blueberry hibiscus mimosa was flavorful; as was the Smoked Georgia eggs Benedict breakfast. The joining sausage and potatoes were also packed with flavor. I also live the thick grits! Overall, lots of food options for breakfast and lunch to ensure a repeat visit.

Cuban "Best of the Bay" - NY Style

Great eclectic spot in downtown Safety Harbor. Perfect spot to sit outside on a "winter" day having brunch. Had the Cuban sandwich (NY Style) which was fantastic. Rest of the family each loved their food. Service was great, responsive and accommodating. They even grabbed our dog a bowl of water :). Recommend this spot if you're in the area.

The food was good and super fast. But the place was quaint and employees were so friendly and hospitable. Everyone, including the owner were warm and so welcoming.

French Toast plate with eggs & floppy bacon

Excellent service and food. Parker was our server and she was phenomenal! I ordered the French Toast plate with eggs & floppy bacon. Bacon is made floppy unless specified you want it crispy. I love floppy bacon so this was perfect for me! I requested my eggs be cooked over medium. Everything was perfect and fresh!

Ok if you've seen this from the street, it's a sight to behold! I'm always eyeing it and the cool mural on the outside. It's adjacent to the ShamC art center I believe, so maybe after you grab a bite here, check that out. The staff is super friendly and I love that it feels like a true neighborhood hangout. I tried the breakfast cuban, which won Best of the Bay, and I can see why. It was belly-busting and delicious, and even came with perfectly crisped potatoes. My friends ordered a towering burger crowned with bacon and an equally skyscraping club sandwich. I don't think you can go wrong here...

Super cool, little hipster place. Came here for breakfast when in town for business. Steak and eggs were super yummy so was the iced house coffee. It would definitely be one of my go to places if I lived in Tampa area. I was also lucky enough to taste a sample of chef's dinner special that he was preparing for that weekend - very cool experience. Last but not least, service was very nice as well!

    Scrambled eggs

Was very delicious! The scrambled eggs were cooked perfectly. The waffle was light and amazing. Cute British breakfast place. Highly recommend

When I came in I got greeted by the owner and sat wherever I wanted. The server seemed like she didn't want to be there. Which I get they were kind of slow, but if you have a paying customer there should be some kind of courtesy. I ordered a cranberry juice and it was $3 for a small cup, so I asked for a bigger glass and I was charged another $3. The food was good, kind of small proportioned, but I got full. Nothing more to say, charming little place and the owner was sweet.

    Brunch!

What a cute whimsical spot! And the food was delicious, just different enough to not be basic but not too "out there". We enjoyed everything we ordered!

Cute little breakfast nook in cozy downtown Safety Harbor. If you're into supporting local businesses, this is the Main Street to do it. Daydreamers offers a stacked breakfast and brunch menu that even gluten-free breakfast lovers can feast their eyes on. I had quite a few different options! My party indulged in tasty mimosas while I guzzled iced coffee. Note to coffee snobs: they don't have liquid/melted sugar. Hot coffee preferred. For breakfast, I ordered my favorite: chimichurri steak and eggs with potatoes. It came with a biscuit & gravy that I gave to my friend (because gluten). Everything was cooked well. My eggs over medium were perfect. Portions were big enough for me to share a few bites. Everyone was full and satisfied afterward. I noticed lots of unicorns and dreamy quotes inside. Seemed like a friendly place, welcoming to all.

Stopped by Jerome's at the new location on McMullen Booth today around noon. As it was at the…read moreprevious location, the cafe and bakery is bright, clean and well staffed. In fact, the staff couldn't be nicer, and they were quite patient as I spent some time ogling the bakery case making my decisions. My selections were all sweets today. Blueberry croissant - a first for me and utterly delicious (couldn't wait to get home and had to have a bite in my car!). An almond and chocolate croissant - the gold standards. I topped off my order with the classically French tarte au pomme and a fresh berry tart with cream filling. Just divine, each and every one! Jerome's does not disappoint!

To call this French is an insult to France! I was born and…read moreraised in France, getting my bakery goods in the mornings from bakery down the street. The ambience was nice and so was service, but that's where the good things end. This was a disaster and shameful that it's called French. Serving croissants and eclairs and putting French names to menu items does not make something French. We ordered a turkey omelette with eggs on top, an eclair, a chocolate croissant, a croissant with ham and cheese and tomato and lettuce, and a cream filled beignet. Let's start with the bakery goods. All bakery goods should be made fresh that same morning. The croissants, and pastries all should be flaky and taste fresh. These were hard as if they were all yesterday's leftovers. The filling on the beignet was obviously a Jell-O pudding mix, and definitely not homemade. The eclair for some reason had some kind of supposed chantilly cream and raspberry instead of the traditional filling, and both of those fillings were also all store-bought. The eclair was also stale and tasted like it had been in the fridge since yesterday. The omelette was an absolute joke. If you look at the picture I posted, my index finger was actually taller than the entire omelette which is supposed to be filled with ham and cheese as you can see from the post photo. The ham and cheese were also packaged meat and cheese as you can tell since they all were sliced exactly in the same way and same size and tasted processed, and the cheese wasn't even melted completely. The omelette was just incredibly dry and bland. The croissant suffered from the same disease. It was hard, not flaky, and tasted stale as if it had been made yesterday, and all of the meat and cheese was obviously packaged meat and cheese which tasted processed. This tastes nothing like anything you would find at any French bakery in France. In France. Everything is made the same day, and the moment it starts going stale and stops being flaky, is thrown away. This is an absolute insult to French bakeries. Even if you compare it to other American bakeries and breakfast places, nothing tasted good and for that price, it should. Definitely avoid this place. I know I will.

We chose to sit on the patio and waited for nearly 30 minutes without a single employee checking on our table. The line inside was all the way to the door, so at first we assumed someone would eventually come by, take our order, or at least acknowledge us. Instead, we watched multiple tables on both sides of us receive service while our table was completely ignored. Eventually, we ordered through the QR code on the menu. What wasn't clear is that QR code orders are apparently treated exactly like takeout orders. When our first item was ready, it was handed to us in a plastic container inside a bag. We explained that we were dining in, not taking food to go. I specifically asked a staff member named Graham if the remaining 3 dishes could simply be served on regular plates. He told me "that wasn't possible and that QR code orders automatically come in to-go containers". That explanation made very little sense considering we were sitting at a table in the restaurant. A few minutes later, one of my friends flagged down another server, who had no issue arranging for the food to be served on actual plates. That inconsistency was honestly mind-blowing. To make things even stranger, one coffee arrived in a ceramic mug while the rest came in disposable to-go cups. Nothing about the service felt organized or logical. As for the food, it was fine. Not bad, but nothing particularly memorable or worth making a special trip for. Given that I drove about an hour and paid tolls to visit, I definitely won't be making that drive again. I understand places get busy, but basic service still matters. If you're asking customers to tip when ordering through a QR code, serving dine-in food on actual plates instead of plastic takeout containers doesn't seem like an unreasonable expectation. There are simply too many other coffee shops with better service for me to return. 3 stars because the atmosphere was decent and the food was okay, but the service was disappointing from start to finish.
