I've had some unfavorable experiences here but today was rough. I went after lunch, there were maybe one or two cars in the drive thru? I sat at the order spot for a solid 10 minutes, the first five no one even greeted or acknowledged me until I said something and they said they'd be back with me. horrible--every time i went (within last year) has been not good. the times i went, i got different orders and they did not take like the actual drinks and would taste watered down, would forget a additional detail (just like add chai or cold foam), and it just never tasted good. the service was mediocre, except the first time i went which the lady was a bit rude. also every time i went, not only was there no people--inside or drive thru--but it would take ABNORMALLY long to even get my order, even worse there was no people so i don't see a problem with time. i wish i could come here often since its on my way everyday but i now have to go out of my way to a different location because this one doesn't even reach the normal starbucks standards. read more

This location used to be great service was good and the staff was welcoming ! Unfortunately I can't say the same anymore. I placed an online order and my drinks were made in the wrong size that I had clearly requested . So I asked them to remake them the correct way and the girl with the nose ring had a whole attitude and was extremely rude and unprofessional she didn't wanna own up to her mistake and continued to try to argue with me. The situation was uncalled for when all she had to do was make my drink correctly the first time. As for this girl with the nose ring and short hair with headband she needs to work on her customer service or just completely avoid customers if this is how she handles small situations do better please ! read more

This is my TOP favorite Starbucks. There are times (not a lot of times) that they may be a little behind, so I suggest not to stop if you are in a hurry. But being the way life is now days, they are still definitely top rated for me. My items are always served as ordered... they have THEE best staff!!! Thus far I have always had the best experience. I'm at a point in my life I refuse to patronize where I'm treated any type of way or purchasing items that I am putting in my body served with an attitude. Today was my first time every trying Starbucks. I walked in nervous and intimidated by all the options and how fast the employees were moving. Gladly there was an employee that helped me throughout the entire time I was there... her name was Sara. She was so sweet and patient when it came to helping figure out which drink was best for me. I went with the Matcha blended drink.. thanks for her recommendation when it came to customizing. If I ever go back in store, I'd like to tip her (if I can). Don't waste your time. I was stuck in the drive through for a half hour, and once you're in line, you're stuck. I never imagined it would take that long for a plain cup of coffee. I was reading some of the other yelp posts about the ineptitude at this location but I needed a Starbucks and I was right there. Going through the drive-thru, I hoped for the best. Grande + 3 shots, extra cream, 6 sugars. When I took the lid off the coffee cup in my car I found it was filled to the brim. Had I been wearing a business suit, I would have been livid but it's just laundry day. I'm OCD so I would have put the shots in first to make sure I had enough room for them, then the coffee w/room for extra cream. Not sure what the problem is with this location but this store is so inconsistent it's maddening. I go out of my way to another Starbucks to avoid this one. Main reason is that this location closes unexpectedly and only puts a sign on the drive through WINDOW. So, people are sitting in the drive-thru line waiting at the menu board for someone to respond. No where does it indicate the location is closed. You have to give up and drive thru - then you see the sign in the window. This has happened to me 3 times in the last 2 months. Also, drive-thru line can take a very long time...like another reviewer indicated. I've waited 20 minutes with just 3-4 cars in front of me. read more

From the get go the service wasn't great. As a former barista at Starbucks, I definitely know what good Starbucks service is. First off, I ordered an Iced Matcha Lemonade, easily found on the "Other Drinks" page, and she kept putting in an Iced Green Tea Lemonade. I repeated my order until she had to have a Shift Manager help her out, and it even she took forever to get the order sorted out. After that I had ordered a Blueberry Oatmeal, and when I received the oatmeal, there was way too much water; to be honest it was like a soup, terribly disgusting. I also had ordered some Egg White Egg Bites, and the disorganization of their handoff counter left me waiting for my egg bites for about 10 minutes, leaving them cold. This is by far the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. When my husband and I started coming here 6 months ago it was great! It's been slowly going downhill. The last few times we've gone, his iced coffee was way too dark despite asking for sweet cream in it. So we asked for some in a cup (since Covid you can't send it back in to be fixed) and this seemed like a problem. The drinks are never made like we order. The forgot sweet cream cold foam multiple times - and even charge $1.00 extra for it!!! Today was the last straw. Ordered our drinks - iced coffee too dark again, and the other drink had sweet cream cold foam on top and he handed it to me overflowing out of the top, all over the cup, and had the audacity to say "oh looks like we put a little too much in there." So I asked for a bunch of napkins and he hands me 2. TWO NAPKINS. So I asked for more and the drink is spilling the sweet cream cold foam all over me and on the inside of my car. HOW IN THE WORLD DO YOU HAND A CUSTOMER A CUP LIKE THIS AND ACKNOWLEDGE IT'S A MESS??? So I had to ask for even more napkins and he seemed annoyed at my asking. Well. If you wouldn't have handed me a messy cup overflowing, I wouldn't have to ask for so many napkins. I would give this place zero stars if I could. The service is terrible now and drinks are never made right. Get the old crew back you had 6 months ago! And teach your employees CUSTOMER SERVICE because they are clueless. We will gladly start going to the one on Lindbergh and Clayton - despite no drive through and out of the way - because the service is super fast and drinks are perfect EVERY TIME.
