I have never seen such a dirty Starbucks and have 5 employees there . There is no excuse to have trash in the tables and the floor. There was only 3 customers inside. For the floors and tables to be a mess is not okay. Have some pride at your job and clean up make it nice. read more

this is the rudest starbucks i've ever been to, nobody in line i walk up to the register and nobody wants to help, eventually after i call someone to help one of the employees came over to take my order and was super disrespectful, i basically said forget it and walked out, this starbucks is horrible. i would never come back. it's also really dirty inside, some of those employees just standing around need to start cleaning, and taking out the overflowing garbage cans. disgusting. read more

I don't like giving bad reviews, but I just think it's fair to any person who is thinking of going to this Starbucks. Don't go here unless you have a mobile order. I had to wait in the hot sun because they only allow a couple people in at a time. I waited around 10 minutes which seemed like a long time. It made sense when I went in because the girl making drinks was making a bunch of mobile orders, and also made the drinks for people that ordered after me. I was standing right in front for another ten minutes or so. Can't she see that I have been waiting? Also, I was told to wait outside because there's only 4 people allowed at a time (there were 4 people inside). When I finally came in a couple came in after and there were 5 people. The worker did not tell them to wait outside like me. Not a big deal, but the fact that I had to wait a long time outside AND the couple after me got their order finished before me made it a very aggravating experience. I totally understand if someone ordered a mobile order before me, but I waited patiently outside and inside. Mobile orders can spare a couple minutes if they can comfortably wait in their car or wherever. Also the matcha I ordered was clumpy! Smh. read more

I came in and ordered an iced quad expresso with 3 pumps of white mocha with lavender foam. My total came out to be $6.10. I gave the cashier girl a $20. My change should be $13.90. Yet for some reason she only gave me $13.50. How hard is it to prompt the amount the customer gave you on the computer and it tells you EXACTLY how much you should give back?! I stood there for a while because she is too stupid to figure out how to open the drawer to give me back my correct change. So I just said put the change in the tip jar. Then the barista that made my drink didn't make it correctly. She gave me a quad expresso iced with a more milky looking foam on top. I asked if it was my drink because I showed her that there was no white mocha. She says she will remake my drink. I watched her pump only 2 pumps of white mocha, and the lavender foam isn't even lavender. I question if she really put in 4 shots because the level of espresso looks like my normal order of 3 shots. Needless to say this store's district manager should retrain those two employees because they are clearly incompetent at their job. I only say this because I used to be a starbucks employee and I know what it takes to make a drink and ring someone up. Not hard. Oh, also if you want to confirm my story, Starbucks you can check your cameras and see. I came in at 918am Sunday March 24. I also wish I could take back my tip. Moving forward, I urge everybody to tip after you have received your drinks/food. This is just to ensure better customer service and that your drink is made correctly. Sorry but this place is tragic. The facility is small and does not have a warm or welcoming atmosphere. I did a 360 around the building because the door was not obviously marked. The staff worked sooo slowly. The were processing orders out of turn. People who walked in and ordered after me got the food and drink before me. I had to ask for my food. Came in this morning and ask them my dumb question of the day. "How come sometimes I ask for a large coffee, I'll get a bigger one or I'll get a really nice smooth one"? She explained it to three different kinds of coffee they had and let me taste each. I guess I'm a light roast kind of guy. These are the sweetest and nicest people I've dealt with in any Starbucks. I've been coming here almost every weekday since November after dropping my child off at school. This Starbucks shares a parking lot with the Fairfield Inn and a few other eateries that aren't open in the morning, so we usually always find a space. They are also next to a gas station, which is very convenient. The store itself is small and not meant to really meet up with people/spend a lot of time there and is usually filled with travelers, which also helps with freeing up parking! I almost always order mobile and they usually have our drinks ready to go every time. No matter how slammed they are, the workers are amazingly resilient, positive, and truly care about the customers. They work hard to get drinks out quickly, the orders right, and even with the app down or through construction, they find a way! In the area, this is my go-to Starbucks every time. (The only time I dont go is if I'm in a rush and cant order ahead.) read more

The sweet lady with the pins on her apron is the only reason for the one star, she's always welcoming and kind! Everyone else is rude, and acts like they hate their job. Had a thirst I needed to quench while visiting Bay 101 and realized that although they proudly sell Starbuck's coffee, it's just plain ok' drip. Booooooooo!! Luckily for me, there is a Starbucks Coffee right down the street. I kid you not, it was less than a 10 minutes walk [YES, WALKING!!] to reach my destination from the cardroom. I arrived to a good sized crowd kind of lounging and was shocked that there were a few empty tables for me to sit at- that almost never happens!!!! I placed my order for a [Trenta] Mango Passionfruit Refresher & a [Grande] Iced White Mocha with Whip and walked away. The drinks took a bit longer than I anticipated, especially since it was slow. Mind you, I used to be a Starbucks partner so I know what I'm taking about!! Maybe this location is just a lot slower in pace than the one I worked at so whatevs. The refresher came out first and then the iced white mocha. The wm unfortunately came out with the whipped cream but it was a quick fix once I brought it to the barista's attention. No biggie. 3 stars overall because a few patrons before me were given drinks without straws which normally wouldn't be a problem if the condiment area was stocked with this item. Another person had to approach the bar in need of milk which makes me think the milk carafes were probably empty. Last but not least, a few tables needed to be wiped down. There is definitely potential but the employees should work on restocking the condiment bar and doing a sweep of the store more often than not. Just sayin... read more

Rude employee - non-barista. She was cleaning the exterior windows when I walked up behind her. So as to not startle her, I waited until she knew I was behind her, waiting for her to finish cleaning the windows. She says, "YOU CAN WALK IN!!" rudely, as if she assumed I was expecting her to open the door for me. Heaven forbid, right? But I wasn't. Really. It's par for the course here that all employees don't appear happy. It may be time to move to one of the other five Starbucks on my route to work. read more

I frequent this location quite often and I've never had a bad experience with them. Firstly, let's discuss new covid rules. From the looks of it they try to maintain policy. Keeping their capacity to just a few people. The staff all wears a mask--covering their noses!! Which is very important, especially when handling other people's food/drinks. It's always pretty spotless in there. Customer service is impeccable. I'm the type to order the same thing day in day out, except when I'm feeling adventurous bc something new on the menu looked interesting enough to try. I always ask the barista taking my order for their honest opinion if they've either tried or liked the new item. And they never hesitate to give me the low down on if I should or shouldn't try it. If on the rare occasion I didn't like the drink as much as I thought, they're always on standby, ready to make me something else. Which I really appreciate. read more

This particular location gets busy very quickly, especially during peak morning and mid-day hours. Lines can get very long here, but the staff members always maintain composure when dealing with the most difficult of customers and constantly keep orders moving. Their lobby area always appears very clean and you will regularly see employees wiping tables and picking up trash that needs to be dealt with. They don't always have the greatest merchandise selection, but that could be either because it sells out or shipments do not always provide what they need. All in all, great place for your morning, afternoon or early evening java fix. read more

When I brought it up to the Starbucks worker he just told me just to take it so I did however they gave me five pumps of vanilla which was waaaay to much. when I asked for them to remake it , they still gave me a venti. Staff seems average. Not the friendliest, but not unfriendly. There's a decent amount of seating and is pretty average for a sbux. There's a combination for the restrooms and nowhere to plug in any electronics. They have covered up all of the outlets, so this isn't the most inviting place and it's pretty apparent that they don't want people sticking around after they order. There is still good wifi and it was not crowded. Easy to find a seat and not too loud. I came here to get some work done before picking up a colleague at SJC. read more

This is the closet Starbucks to work so I come here the most often esp when I need a pick me up. Usually service is pretty fast. And parking in this strip mall can be an issue but in the early morning, it's usually no problem. I once tried to order through their app in advance, and got there to pick it up and they didn't have all the ingredients to make what I wanted so nothing was made and no drink ready to go. Had to pick something else on the spot - not sure if it was more or less than what I wanted. But that seems like a glitch in their app. I feel like I should have been notified in advance. Disappointed. But usually I get an iced tea, or mocha or latte. Nothing super fancy. They make it fine. Place is medium sized and people are usually parked in there, studying or chatting. read more
